Apparently Landmark no longer owns/runs these apartments and no communication has been received advising who has taken over or if we will still be able to pay rent, request service, etc online. I had a water leak a month ago and I’m still waiting on repairs to be done. Originally the complex wasn’t bad but it seems to be getting worse. Hopefully the mgmt company that took it over will improve things.

We moved in and everything was fine. The apartment was clean and ready for us. However, each month you pay $ 3 for pest control. They only came the first month. We finally made a maintenance request and they came. Cochroaches are a HUGE problem we’ve had here. The 2nd week we lived here, my bike got stolen. I told the front desk and she made it sound like it was my fault and shared no sympathy or offered advice on how to go about getting it back. We also had a pipe burst in our kitchen. They came one day, said they have to wait for a plumber, and came back the next day in which case it was 10x worse. They spent the whole second day working hard on our kitchen and were very nice about it. We are in no way dissatisfied with them. But, our carpet was soaking wet for a whole week, we tried to remove the water but it was settled in. Now? We have mushrooms growing out of black mold. We are currently trying to break out lease due to UNLIVABLECONDITIONS. I like [some] neighbors though. And the pool, whenever kids aren’t throwing toys or bricks in it. Oh, and there is a HUGE crime wave going on around here.
