Great pizza, great customer service!!!
Price is phenomenal and all done in s timely manner!

Excellent service from the staff behind the counter! They were attentive from the second I walked through the door.
Excellent food! The quality of each and every item I have ever ordered has been exemplary.

I have been a patron of this store since it opened. The food is good, the place is clean and the pizza assemblers are consistently good and cheerful, however, some of the employees need further customer service training. I have over the years often paid for my pizza HERE with a check. The last time I was there the employee told me not only that my check would not be accepted but questioned that I had ever written a check there. Now, I’m OK with a policy change but don’t tell me I have never written a check there. When I pressed it and asked if she was calling me a liar she went in the back and asked the «Manger «that was evidently too busy to address the concerns of a long time local patron to show his or her face (even though I was the only customer in the store at the time.) She returned telling me «cash only» Really? What a coward is this manager? I can show many cancelled checks for this establishment. Why should I have to? Tell me your policy has changed but don’t question my recall especially when you are WRONG. You may just have lost a long time local customer because you are a bad manager and your employees are ignorant about customer service. It doesn’t take much to make a loyal customer to walk away and it could have been easily resolved. Watch me as I walk away…

Papa Murphy’s has good pizza at a great price. It’s also great that you can take it home and cook it so that its fresh. I would suggest calling in your order first so its just ready for pick up that way you don’t have to wait in a big line. They always seem to get the order correct. The places usually clean. And their specials are good.

Terrible customers service. I called the next day and talked to the owner. She was just as rude and told me that she owns several other locations… And soooo??? Apparently, her locations don’t care and are not trained in basic customer service. It starts with management and works its way down so I would not expect any change.

This place is great, pizzas are great and condiments are fresh.
Sometimes this place is very crowded but at the right time, is an in and out store.
It is not that expensive and sometimes is faster than take out. The staff is friendly and fast too.

They make a very good Herb Chicken Mediterranean Delight pizza one of my favorites here. Prices are reasonable. But the best time is Tuesday. For any large pizza its $ 10 but you do have to cook it yourself. That’s why I give them three stars.

Tickets get lost and there is no sense of urgency to fix the problem. The crew leader is not a crew leader on this night shift. It’s pizza I get it no one died it’s just food. The real problem is people and customer service. I can buy a pizza at Costco for cheaper or anywhere for that matter. Just take time to take care of a receipt that falls on the floor and no one knows how to fix it!

Went here last night for a basic phone in take out peperoni pizza. I go to the cash register with the sign that clearly says phone in take out orders here. I go and wait in line with no one else. About five minutes later after waiting i ask a pizza handler if anyone is working this till? She gives me an incredulous look as if I’m bothering her and how dare you do not no that despite what the signs clearly say, they only operate out of 1 till for incoming walk in orders only.
So I go over to that till and wait than pay. Once I pay the cashier goes over to the till where I was standing to retrieve the pizza from the stand that was 1 foot from the till i was standing at.
This is one operation I will steer clear of in the future. They do not have a clue as how to treat customers or how to run an efficient operation to make a profit.

This is our go to place to feed a crowd! With their variety, how can you go wrong? We love the Chicken Bacon Artichoke, Taco, Hawaiian, and each crust — we’ve never been disappointed! Love at 425! I’m not sure why people are so dissatisfied — we love it! To save time, call in or order online & it will be ready in 15 minutes or less, even during busy times! Yum!

If you want to pay for bland, tasteless pizza and deal with rude employees who could care less this is the place for you.

Mikal hits it pretty much spot on, you are basically paying about the same $$$ for pizza that tastes worse, you have to go and get, and cook by yourself.
Save yourself the trouble, pay the extra buck or two for delivery, and don’t deal with the hassle.

I think Papa Murphys is gross. I mean come on it doesn’t even taste like pizza. Than to top it off it cost the same price as any other pizza joint but than YOU have to cook it! FAIL. Some people still like it though, oh well.
