Papa John’s Pizza

Worst customer service ever! Told pizza would be 30 – 40 minutes, called them after 60 minutes just to be told there was a glitch in their online system and it would be 85 minutes. Then told that their system doesn’t allow them to put more than 40 minutes in. Total lie, I have gotten email confirmation before of 75 – 85 minutes.
Delivery driver was nice but other than that, the people answering the phone (TJ in particular) are condescending a-​holes.

What’s with these major pizza outlets always skimping on toppings? I’d swear they’re measuring each topping with an eye dropper. Papa John’s is a culprit too. Yet, I’ve been to several «independent» pizza shops that have no trouble putting on generous portions, yet they stay in business for years. Come on Papa John’s and all you other pizza chains, you know who you are. quit being chintzy with the good stuff.

A saltine cracker with a brushing of ketchup would have been better.

I had banned Papa Johns from my house years ago. Primarily due to price and how little topping you actually got. We decided to give them a shot just to see if anything had changed. We did an online deal and had it delivered. It was an extra large two topping and 24 wings.
Good: Delivery and driver were good. Pizza and topping were good. Wings were on par with the competition.
Needs Improvement: Temperature of the pizza. Their Buffalo sauce is absolutely NOT good and I wouldn’t order it again. Blue cheese and Ranch dipping sausces were good.

Love it, great customer service awesome flavor and well cooked pizza.
This is where we order pizza from at work potlucks, they are always on time and its always hot ans delish.
Good prices too.

I ordered two pizzas one a pepperoni one supreme with chicken.
then send me two pizzas one with pepperoni and one supreme with pepperoni and chicken. I called the manager to get a new pizza this dumbass send me a pizza with pork sausage on it! then tells me I cant re order another pizza! im on my way as we speak to go the fuck in on them.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a pizza online. Got the email confirmation saying it would be about an hour wait for delivery (I figured that was acceptable seeing it is new years eve). About 1 hour after the email, the general manager called me personally to apologize because they had lost my pizza and they were currently making me a new one and it would be on its way shortly. He also offered me anything else on the menu and told me my order was going to be free. I just asked for a 2 liter of soda. My order showed up shortly after with an added dessert also. I thought this was a great act of customer service and more businesses should act accordingly!

We’ve ordered from here often. They suck. 1) they are snotty, rude delivery people 2) this happened today-​my 6 month old daughter was down for her evening nap (she is teething too) and they knocked on our door so damn loud it woke her up! Is that really necessary to knock on someone’s door so loud?!
I called and complained about it, the girl on the phone just said «well they have to knock on your door when they deliver.» No shit Sherlock, but banging on my door so loud you wake my baby up is fricken loud! So unnecessary and rude! Probably will not order again from here.

Wow what a bunch of children at this location. I ordered two large pizzas, 24 wings and extra ranch and extra cheese sauce. Were staying at the holiday inn because we are out of power due to the wind, so I spend 50 dollars on two pizzas and wings and don’t get my sauce??? Are you kidding … So I call ask about it get out on hold tell the other 12 year old that works there and all she can do is giggle because her employees are making fun of her accent? Seriously what a bunch of crap. I love papa johns but don’t order from here if you want a good deal because they are all a bunch of childish kids here. Then I’m told they can bring me sauce in 45 mins. Well by then wouldn’t my pizza and wings be cold? Are you dumb? I’m pretty sure you are

I order from Papa Johns all over the country and was disappointed when I attempted to order from this location. They do not participate in the national promotions. Such as the football gameday offer – offer code GAMEDAY10 («Gear up for today’s NFL games with a Large pizza of your choice for $ 10! That’s right, a Large 5-​topping or specialty pizza is only $ 10!

I called and got some excuse about being the official pizza of the Seahawks. I travel and will not be ordering from this PJ if I’m in this area again.

This has become our new favorite place for pizza. One of the things we noticed is how fresh it tastes. Now, I know that the pizzas are made to order but the ingredients just taste a lot better than the competition. The other thing we noticed is that there is hardly any grease at all in the box when the pizza is done — others will have A LOT of grease and you can feel your arteries clogging.
They constantly have great deals and they have a reward program, which is even better. Only once have they made a mistake and when we brought it to their attention — they fixed the situation to our satisfaction. My sisters have become fans now and they reheat well too.
My only negative comment is I don’t like the stickers they place on the side of the box. I wish there was a different way to identify the box. It has your name, phone number, and address — if you forget to take it off — it ends up in the garbage. I know that I am slightly paranoid about that kind of information but it’s the only bad thing I can say.
The staff is consistently friendly whether I place an on-​line order for pick up or the delivery folks.
I guess their catchphrase is accurate — «better ingredients, better pizza, Papa John’s»

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza! It’s so easy to order online and pick up at the store. They have great deals and specials that we always look for. This week I ordered online and let them know I’d pick it up in 2 hours after I was done running some errands. It was ready when I got there and perfectly fresh. I always get great service from them!
