Need to get people who can hear better, I ordered a sandwhich and when I got it was not correct at all so there was«Money» that I wasted. I won’t be ordering here no more

Just had the worst customer service experience. I just came in with 5 people behind the counter. None of whom greeted me. Then they all just stared at me until I ordered. No, «what can I get you?» No suggestion. Nothing. Then finally the last sandwich guy just threw it on the counter and very incoherently said the name of my sandwich. I get that is just sandwiches but is IS your job and you’re SUPPOSED to have good customer service. I feel very let down and will take my business elsewhere.

Love this place! The claim to fame is the white French bread roll that they bake fresh everyday for the sandwiches. It’s just so good! And they make good Italian subs — capicola and Genoa salami are used in the Vito sandwich. Also on the Italian note, Provolone is the only cheese offered I believe. They are super quick and I have never had them mess up my order. Delivery is always ridiculously fast. Totally worth a stop!

This is the place our granddaughters always request when they come to our place. Its also our go-to place when I don’t feel like cooking. I love the online ordering where I can save a sandwich done«our way» to just order it again without going through the customization. Quick delivery, fun delivery personnel, fun store staff, fresh ingredients and the perfect bread to innards ratio. Good stuff!

First time at Jimmy Johns in Tacoma Wash. Not Impressed. Either beef, turkey, or ham with lettuce, tomato and mayo on a French bun. No combination like a club sandwich. No choice in bread. just a French roll. Give me Jersey Mikes any time! Will not go back.

If you are yearning for a good sandwich and short on time, this should be your first and last stop. This place never disappoints, period. Staff are friendly and quick to help. And when I say quick, I mean incredibly fast. This is one of my biggest complaints about Subway… during a lunch hour, when traffic is the heaviest, the line can seem endless with 3 people total working behind the counter. Walk into this place at lunch time and it’s like a machine — they have no less than 7 people working behind the counter, and that doesn’t include the drivers running in and out picking up orders. Location can be an issue. Although located in a strip mall, parking can be difficult to find at lunch time. People are also constantly driving the wrong direction down the technically one-way drive lane. Surprisingly finding seats is rarely an issue, as most people come in just to order. Also, take some time to look around at the walls and read the signs! I find many of them pretty humorous — my favorite reading, «Bread so French it had to be liberated!» Sandwiches are great. I personally enjoy the Vito with peppers. In fact, I say add the peppers to every sandwich. Also don’t sleep on the Veggie, it’s fantastic. Again, just remember to add the peppers!

Usually when I order food at a restaurant and they bring it out to mere moments later, the dreadful thought rushes through my mind on what horrible things they could have done to my particular meal as there is no way they had enough time necessary to make it properly. Ordering here will leave you with the same gut wrenching feeling that it was made long before you ordered it, but the unfakeable freshness will leave you certain it was just made to your specific likings!

I love Jimmy John’s! The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. They have a vegetarian sub on the menu that is delicious and very good chips. Affordable, fast service and yummy food.

Absolutely horrible service. Argued with me that i was not in the delivery zone. I am 5 blocks from the cut off. I will never eat here again. Hire someone older than 16 who knows how to read a map. The new slogan should be freaky fast jerks. I’m still hungry dammit.

I am definitely not a fan of this chain but the location earned a good review. Pros: 50 cent day old bread Fresh sandwiches They care about my allergies Not horribly priced Cons: Parking sucks Traffic flow Price The sandwiches are really good but I took a star for 7 dollar inch sandwiches. The place is clean though and the food good. When I take my book store trips I always stop in. They serve their food quickly and accurately. I have yet to have to return a sandwich. They really care.

Near the office, so it’s easy to stop in or get delivery when I’m craving a sandwich. Nothing overly special about this location, but it’s clean, the subs are consistent and the employees are very courteous. Service is lightning fast whether you’re there for take out or delivery.

Their sandwiches are the best! Much better than Subway and Quiznos. My boyfriend and I eat here every other week and we never get sick of it. They make their own bread which is so delicious. They also have extremely fast service. If you’re in a rush this is the place to eat. Only bad thing I would say is the chips aren’t that good. but who cares it’s all about the sandwiches!

This Jimmy John’s staff is impressive. I stopped by for a sandwich during their lunch rush, the restaurant was extremely busy. My first thought was, «Great this is going to take a while». Not only was I in and out of Jimmy John’s within 5 minutes, the staff never let the pressure of how busy the restaurant was effect the food quality or their attitude. They kept a smile on their face and worked very well as a team.

Italian night club is AWESOME! Way better than subway or jersey mikes, by far! My sandwich is delicious every time. I do wish they would deliver a little farther than they currently do. I love this place!

Very plain and bland sandwich, for the price they are charging it should be a crime to make a sandwich that awful! The employees here seemed more intent on yaking to each other then helping the customers! Wasnt impressed!

Since Quizno’s are few and far in between these days and Subway can get a little bland and boring, Jimmy John’s offers a nice variety to the sandwich stop scene. The sandwiches are very tasty, beware though that the wheat bread is not a hoagie but the thick sliced style bread. Lots of yummy fixings but most come at a cost. They offer a decent amount of variety but any variation will put a little dent to your total amount. Other than the cost I would go here more frequently and they deliver as well.

What’s not to like? Good subs, good service and it all comes together quick! Standard sandwiches are filling for only $ 4.95. I’m a big fan of places that don’t require me to build my own sandwich so this is great! We don’t have Jimmy John’s in Boston or nearby so I try to stop if I find one during a visit elsewhere. I’m glad to see the Tacoma Jimmy John’s still going strong.
