As a general rule I don’t eat at salad bars or any kind of Buffet. I’ve been in the food business for a long time and know how tough it is to keep them safe and Clean. This however is the exception to my Rule. I have been to a few different locations of this chain and have found it to be pretty consistent. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant is Clean. The food always taste the same. And the salad bar is always full and tidy. I usually get an appetizer and the salad bar. I love it. There is a lot Of different choices for greens, toppings, and dressings. You could really just have a giant salad and be totally full. They have quite a large menu And there is something everyone will enjoy there. Take the whole family for a decent well priced meal.

I came here with my sister after our dentist appointment. It was fine. We both had the unlimited salad bar option to our meal which was awesome. The salad bar has a lot of options to chose from bad was delicious! We both had turkey burgers which were fine. I would probably come back here after the dentist again because it was a quick lunch spot that has affordable options for everyone.

This is a review on common courtesy. I walk in early into this place just looking for change for a twenty so my kids could play videos games at the arcade. A lady that answered we have no change and we are not open. Her tone was very rude and condescending. I understand you don’t have to give change to people with kids, but you are in the hospitality field and how you speck to people shows how you would treat potential customers. Nevermind the food get some help with class.

Do not order the $ 5 burger only comes with the burger no FRIES ! it’s a joke… we learned the hard way after ordering & eating it… received the bill and questioned the waitress. The menu doesn’t tell you it’s just the burger only… &NOFRIES. unbelievable!

Ok. So let me start by saying something positive. I give mad props to the Ruby Tuesday corporation for thinking of us vegans and vegetarians by adding the veggie trio combo to the menu. I would also like to say that I think we can all agree that we love a good salad bar. Unless you’re a communist that is. This visit was mostly what I expected, with one glaring exception. The bartender was friendly and prompt, and although I thought the beer selection was a little on the smaller side, it was ok, allowing you to upgrade to a 22 or 24 ounce beer. So far so good. However… we happened to sit in front of two of those daiquiri machines. You know the ones, the kind that keeps the liquid inside slushy by having a paddle that constantly churns up the liquid? It was(**shudder**)…crusty…inside from residual daiquiri of days gone by. It was vile. I’m sure it has been cleaned out, at least once in the last month, and I am sure the crustiness is from the sugary syrup they use to make daiquiris… but…yuck. If this is any sign of what the cleanliness of this restaurant is, no thank you!

Had the chicken and ribs, I wish there was more chicken and the broccoli was over cooked. The service was good and the salad bar was good.

Went on a Tuesday. Service was poor. Waited 20 minutes before being greeted with water. Another 20 to order and another 30 to get the food at which time 2 people in the party received their food and I waited and waited. Took an additional 8 minutes(while my party waited). I watched one party walk out after not even been greeted with water after 15 minutes. They apologized at the end, but the damage had already been done.

Frozen food that is not cooked with TLC. Last experience here made me boycott them and all other chain places like this for life.

It’s OK, but kind of hard for me to eat there with all of the cheesy sauces and butter. I ordered the grilled salmon with zucchini and spaghetti squash, one of their ’ fit and trim’ menu choices.

We took the kids(5&2) here one night a few weeks back. It was a Wednesday, so not overly busy. It was chain food. Plain and simple. My husband got some kind of steak with shrimp on it. He refused to even try more than a bite of the seafood. I don’t know what shrimp is supposed to taste like, since I’m allergic, but apparently, it didn’t taste like shrimp. I can’t even remember what I had. Clearly, it was forgettable. The kids had Mac & cheese and sliders. The Mac looked ok. The sliders were little hockey pucks with cheese on them. We won’t be back. I gave this place three stars because the service was great. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and great with kids.

A few years ago I would have given this place a horrible review and I avoided eating there. I was convinced to try eating there again this May and was very surprised. They offer many healthy menu options like roasted spaghetti squash, mashed cauliflower, and a great salad bar. They also give you these really delicious biscuits at the beginning of the meal, like some places give rolls. I have no complains about the service, either. The last time I went I had a flatbread pizza with chicken and avocado that was very tasty. I saw a similar option at Chili’s a week later and ordered it expecting not much difference. I can honestly say that Ruby Tuesday’s was much better.

The Ruby Tuesday at Swansea Mall is always clean and there never seems to be a wait for a table. The staff is prompt and friendly and usually the food is good depending on what you order. Here is my recommendation based on the following. As with all RT the menu has changed drastically in the last few years. Old favorites like the Carolina chicken salad are made now garnished with almond slivers instead of the traditional pecans(how I missed the taste). In the name of «freshness» the once abundant salad bar items have been reduced to the simple basic vegetables while the dried cranberries, puddings and other goodies have been removed. Even the desserts have been affected with the removal of the tall cakes, and the newer Italian cake. Still, although full dinners are now offered I usually stick with a salad, or simple soup and salad bar, or the mini burgers with fries which includes the salad bar(At one time the fries were refillable but maybe no longer). On my last visit I notice the dessert menu offered a complementary coffee with any dessert order.

Overall the food and service was ok. Wife ordered a salad with chicken, she stated that the chicken was dry. I ordered the smokehouse burger. Tasted good, a little over cooked. Ordered the burger medium, there was no hint of pink at all. Would go back, i just hope that they pay a little more attention to the details. Overall, it was ok… Hence the 3 stars.

Usually good service, a bit drab inside but it’s ok, a good deal with their salad bar with a meal! Eat the salad bar and take the meal home :) Only 4 stars because… THEYNEVERREFILLTHECROUTONS! They are the best croutons you will ever have, perhaps that’s the problem? They disappear so quickly… However, this is a problem I’ve seen at every Ruby’s I’ve been to :(

Never been a fan of ruby’s but we thought we would give it a try again. When we walked in I thought it was senior citizens night. the décor was very outdated and shabby. The salad bar was fresh unlike the patrons. It needs more options. The rest of the meal was average. If there are other options take them.

Chain food, herds of shoppers, an aging mall, punk-ass kids… random thoughts. For coherence’s sake: Get the ribs. They’re tastier than the ones at Chili’s. 24 words. I’m on a roll.

Ate here tonight. Ruby Tuesday earnings — 4.5 stars. Asked to sit at the bar after being promptly greeted. Barmaid’s name was Sarah. She had knowledge about the menu and explained several items. I ordered a beer and went with a glazed salmon steak, spaghetti squash, shrimp and pea pods. My meal was garnished with the usual cheesy biscuits and I included a salad bar(unlimited). Everything was prepared perfectly and required no seasoning at the table! My order came without one item and Sarah caught it and made it right. Nice job. Taste and service top notch. I highly recommend Oh, the half star? _one dirty plate at the salad bar.

I haven’t tried any other Ruby Tuesday and every time I have gone not too many people have been inside. With that said, the food has always been VERYGOOD. Food comes out in time and wait staff great. Apps are good, can’t beat a good ol’ burger once in awhile, as well as pasta chicken dish I had once, was very tasty.

We stopped here on our way home to Philly from Cape Cod. After bypassing a jam-packed Friendly’s(with a 25 minute wait — you’ve gotta be f-in’ joking?), it started raining. We stumbledinto the Swansea mall and marched in to the Ruby Tuesday. Honestly? My expectations were really low and our dinner for 3 — included a creamy bowl of Mac ‘n lotsa-cheese for the 4 year old — was very good. Service was excellent by our server and an expediter. The food arrived quickly(paramount when travelling with kids) and as we ordered it. The check came on demand, and a take out box was hasitly fetched. Such nice gals! My only complaint? The chicken picatta was served with a deep frioend chicken breast(a la chicken fingers style.). Eew. I wanted a grilled or sauteed chicken. Oh well. Hubby enjoyed a mamoth cheddar burger, and the little one charged thru her mac ‘n cheese and ate a bunch of tomtaoes, peas and black olives from the garden bar. After a pit stop(spacious, fairly clean restrooms) — we were back on the road. Thanks, Ruby Tuesday’s! You’ve redeemed yourself.
