My husband bought a ring at this store .
It was a ring with 2 diamonds and an emerald. They were all small stones.
I wanted to replace the emerald stone with a small diamond. Where do I begin? The owner was not willing to put another diamond in that was less than $ 1000. This ring cost $ 450 and he wanted to replace the little emerald with a $ 1000 diamond!!!(he had no diamonds less than $ 1000 was what he said) He would not give credit for the emerald that I wanted replaced with a small diamond and he didn’t want it back
Well guess what? We took this ring to a jeweler in Salem that informed us that the emerald was scratched and the 2 little diamonds did not even match!!! Not to mention 3 of the tines were bent and one of the diamonds was off set. Guess we now know why he wasn’t willing to work with my husband on this ring.
We would have never known he sold us a unworthy piece of jewelry because we are trustworthy so I guess we were scammed

I have lived in this town all my life. I have always used Kenneth Jon as my «go to» jeweler. Jon has saved me from many issues from other jewelers. He is honest and his prices are fair. He has replaced clasps on jewelry at no cost and has re-​set my wedding ring for a nominal fee after a jeweler out of the country messed it up. I wouldnt trust any other jeweler.

I needed a watch repair, and Kenneth Jon was highly recommended by a friend. Reading the negative review on Unilocal caused me to take pause, but I brought my watch in yesterday and they could not have been more accommodating and nice!
Having just spent $ 35 at Long’s where they sent the watch out to replace a battery (that will be a separate review!), after which the watch was losing time and they quoted me 12 weeks to get an estimate since they don’t sell that watch, Kenneth Jon re-​replaced the battery on the spot at no cost, in the hopes that is all that’s needed. Otherwise they will get me estimate of repair within a week and tells me it likely just needs to be cleaned.
