Very clean and friendly. I felt like they took care of me! Only complaint is that the appointment took a while, but they do have Saturday hours if work schedule is an issue.

I saw Dr Reddy several times. I’m young so I was basically going in for contacts and glasses. Until I started to have problems with my vision in one eye. I went to him numerous times for him to evaluate the loss of vision in my one eye. He never dilated my eyes… He just chalked it up to me getting older (I’m 33).
I immediately went to another doctor who diagnosed me with a retinal detachment that required surgery the same day. This was something that should not have been missed on numerous visits to Dr Reddy. Now I have some vision loss in my one eye forever. Thanks a lot Dr Reddy! I would not Recommend him.

Friendly and professional staff and an overall great experience!
I recently brought my daughter here for her first eye exam. She is not quite fours years old yet and was scared once she saw the exam chair. She thought she would have to get a shot and was close to freaking out a couple of times but thanks to the very nice and accommodating staff she was able to hold it together and complete the exam. I was very impressed with Suwanee Vision Center and very proud my daughter too! I would happily recommend any parent to bring their children here!

Dr. Reddy is wonderful and very thorough. I have been in contacts for 13 years and Dr. Reddy was the first to go back and recheck in the exam room with the new contacts in to make completely sure I was in the best possible pair. His staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Great experience. I chose Suwanee Vision center because of its good reviews on Unilocal and I was not disappointed. I was able to see the doctor on a Saturday and the staff was very friendly. They told me up front what my insurance would cover and walked me through all option expenses with no pressure. I would highly recommend.

Great staff and atmosphere. My glasses had to be redone but the doctor explained how and why it was necessary. Very happy and will be back to!

Great location, awesome service!

I was hired by a company based out of Suwanee and before I could deploy I had to have all my bits checked out. My eyes were an obvious part of this and this is the place that the company sent me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The lady told me what I needed to fill out on the forms and after just a couple of minutes I was called back. I dealt with two different gentlemen and things went very smooth.
This place also had a nice selection of glasses inside as well. I actually saw a couple of pair of sunglasses I was interested in that I may grab when I go back through (if they still sell them at that time).
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the staff was great.

So far, I am very happy with the decision to go here. I was referred here by a co-​worker. I was quickly called back with very little wait time, the staff was nice, and made me feel comfortable. Since I am new to the world of eye care, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Luke walked me through all the tests and made me feel comfortable, even though I suddenly. The Dr. came over and greeted me while doing my tests and assured me that Luke would take good care of me. Dr came and lead me to the room and that is when I realized he is the one I spoke too when I booked my appointment. That spoke volumes to me. He is a down to earth guy that doesn’t feel above his staff or patients.
He was incredibly thorough in discovering what was going on with my eyes. He was able to detect a difficult prescription and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with what he found. I have not picked up my glasses yet, but I feel very confident that it will all go just as smoothly. If not, I’ll be back to update my review :)

Suwanee Vision Center is wonderful. I travel a lot and it’s hard to get to appointments sometimes. I’d been neglecting replacing my glasses and finally got to the point where I had to. I called them on a Saturday morning, and got an appointment Saturday afternoon. When I got there, they were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. Even though I was a new patient, I got registered, saw the doctor, and picked out my frames in well under an hour. And it wasn’t like I was the only patient there — they are just very efficient. The selection was very good, and the person who helped me was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push anything on me. And of course they handled all the insurance. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend them.
