After a terrible experience (by a former employee at the salon), Tammy @ Jackie and Company Salon reached out to me to make it right. Having a good experience at a salon can be wonderful. However, its true character and commitment to excellence is evident in how that salon handles an unsatisfied client. Tammy let me vent, understood my frustration, and got me back to beautiful. She worked with my schedule and got me right in. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU TAMMY & THANK YOU JACKIE!!! Never felt so beautiful in my life. Best salon experience ever!!!
