The food here is yummy! Quick, fresh and a nice variety! I have not tried the desserts but they do look great! We especially love the dog friendly patio and the wine options. Slightly over priced for a sandwich, but the location makes it worth it, right in town center near shopping and concerts!

Food here is pretty bland and unenthusiastic. Veggie wrap has no flavor. The tuna salad is runny and reminiscent of the same style of tuna salad I made when I was 12 learning how to feed myself after school. If this place wasn’t strategically located in city hall they would absolutely bomb as a standalone.

Passing through Suwanee and needing a coffee we called. The coffee was good and free wifi. We also bought two brown bag deli meals for a picnic en route to Tennessee. Very good, fresh food. Well done.

Glad that they have organic coffee. Very disappointed that they microwave their eggs… it’s really not that hard to use a pan to cook an egg. The lady at the register was not as aloof as last time though which was nice.

Breakfast bagels were okay, nothing special, and the muffins looked like they were bought at Costco. $ 30 was a bit pricy for what we received. However, our main issue was that the service was very unfriendly. The woman who took our order(possibly the owner?) acted like we were interrupting her day. She never smiled or greeted us, and when my husband asked a question, she just motioned to the menu board instead of answering him. We were the only guests in line to order, so it wasn’t like she was pressed for time. There are definitely more welcoming restaurants to visit in Suwanee. We won’t be returning to this one.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch! Never had a bad experience. Only downfall is it is a bit pricey but the location and portions make up for it.

Most unpleasant staff I’ve ever met. Lady with a lip ring looks like she is completely miserable, didn’t even give me the time of day. Made me feel like I was bothering her when I tried to order. Turned me off to the entire place. Customer service is a huge part of a business and there’s a lot of reviews about how poor it is so clearly something needs fixed. Also, $ 9 for a sandwich the size of a hockey puck is not ideal.

Stopped here for quick lunch and got the BBQ grilled sandwich with avocado sandwich and a huge pickle. You can tell all the produce is fresh. Lots of options! The owner stopped by my table and chatted with us for a bit. You can tell they care about their customers! I’ll defiantly be coming back here next time I’m back in town. I appreciate businesses like this one that is family owned and are really out there to better their business and relationship with customers.

I rounded up, as I enjoyed the food. I’m not sure of the price vs. quantity, but I also like the atmosphere of the dining area. Their menu selection is decent. I would stop in if I didn’t want to do fast food or even Five Guys(down the block), but didn’t have time for a longer meal at one of the other Town Center restaurants. Worth checking out.

If your in the downtown Suwanee Area and want a quick bit; something different from the chains and a chance to support a local deli then Brown Bag is a good option. A sandwich with either chips, potato salad or a few other side item options I dont recall right now will run you about $ 10 – 11 with tax. The sandwiches I have tried here have all been pretty tasty and just the right amount. You won’t leave hungry or overstuffed. The potato salad was um, fair. I took a couple of bits and passed it to a friend, then went back for some Lay’s Classic. That salad is not an easy one to make and one that can be so different depending on the ingredients. It is truly hit or miss wherever you go. The tv’s in the seating area a great addition as we were able to catch up on the world of sports while enjoying lunch on this visit. Come check them out if your ever out this way.

It is just ok not great. I really wish that they would aim closer to a real NY deli.

I got the Ragin Cajun Chicken sandwich and it was excellent. Bread was very good, the chicken was well-seasoned and juicy, and the vegetables on top were very fresh. Service was average, everyone was pleasant, the facilities were very clean, but our food did take a little longer than anticipated. Worth the wait though!

I love this place! Haven’t tried a thing I haven’t been satisfied with yet. He coffee is amazing and the sandwiches are great and the perfect size. Great place to stop and pick up lunch for a picnic with the family as well. I will continue to go to Brown Bag Deli unless something changes drastically.

My wife and I love coming to Brown Bag Deli as often as we can. They do a great job with their orders everyone. We always appreciate how friendly the people are whenever we go here. I’ve never had a bad meal while at Brown Bag whether it’s a sandwich or just a bagel and coffee while I wait for my car at the garbage. One of our favorite reasons to go to Brown Bag is during Food Truck Fridays at Suwanee town center. They have a sweet outside tent/booth for buying alcoholic drinks during the food truck event. The line goes quickly, too! We love this place, and will always give them our business over a chain restaurant any day. They do a great job! Visit Brown Bag Deli. You won’t be disappointed!

Brown Bag has become a local favorite for me. This place is located in the beautiful Suwanee park with lovely scenery. They provide what I believe to be quality meals for an affordable price. This place is wonderful to catch up with friends, hang out with the family, or go on a date. I take my middle school bible study group to Brown Bag once a month because they love it so much! They love the chance to go out to the park and eat good food at the same time. From personal experience and the feedback of my middle schoolers, I recommend the Rajun Cajun. Although it’s pricey, they have a wide selection of beverages that include beers to wine. This comes in handy for an afternoon of relaxation with the girlfriend or my buddies when we feel like being lazy outside.

Have been there three times. Small sandwiches with a large bill. And they could not be more unfriendly and unhelpful. They make you feel like you are bothering them. I will take my money else where. Just a normal nothing special with tiny meat and cheese between bread sandwich.

I have been there 4 times now. The food is great. The people that work there are the most unfriendly and unhelpful people in Suwanee.

This is a deli? Not if you know what deli food is supposed to be. This deli has really small sandwiches at really big prices. I had their deli special and it was definitely nothing special. The bread for my special was stale AND over toasted. It was hard as a ceder shingle. If I were not with others(who also had a bad experience) I would have taken the thing back. This place definitely survives based on location, location. location. The lady at the register spent more time on the phone that with customers! I would rate it zero stars, but I don’t have that option. STAYAWAY!!!

I frequent here for meetings and to grab coffee in the morning and really wish I could say better things about the food options. I really wanna like this place, but outside of the good coffee and seating area this place is a fail. The location is perfect right at the Suwannee Town Center the atmosphere inside and out is nice with comfortable seating options. It is almost all pre made or un packaged stuff. Even the bagels are bought in bundles and lack the taste of a bakery. All of the wraps are not prepared from scratch and are simply frozen and microwaved. I really wish they could see how having things made locally or even in their kitchen would improve things for customers.

Awesome little spot in Town Center. Lots of variety in soups, sandwiches and everything else. My boss and I ventured in for lunch one day — I was surprised it was that good. Prices are average for the area and good for the quality. Seating area was good — if the weather is nice, you can even sit outside and watch the world go by. If you haven’t checked out this place, you’re missing out. They’ve got the ordinary lunch stuff — and so much more. Buffalo chicken sandwich was killer — messy though. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and you need to go check it out. Why haven’t you?
