Romancin’ the Range

This is my favorite clothing store in Sutter Creek. The owner has great clothes not just for western wear. She is super nice and not pushy at all trying to make a sale like at most clothing stores. Really cute stuff for little girls too.

I absolutely LOVE this store, was in there this past weekend and got my tiny, super hard to find (size 0 – 3) glitzy jeans for HALF OFF — note, there was no sale posted but all the jeans on the front table were half off, unfortunately did not go back and buy the leopard belt which was also half off but hey, there is always this weekend!!! Great quality merchandise, great service, great owner…

You will not find any better service! Darling boutique with beautiful clothing, scarves, hats, jewelry and anything else a chic cowgirl could ask for! The owner gets new items all the time, so it pays to check in frequently! My favorite store in Sutter Creek, or anywhere else for that matter!

The service was superb! This shop in Sutter Creek has some beautiful clothes and fashion jewelry that not most stores carry. I bought my beautiful cameo ring from the shop and will visit again to see the new items that are shipped to the store. Renee, the owner mentioned some new stylish scrafs were arriving soon. The shop was set up and organized to make it easy to navigate through the store.

Rene (owner) is a delight to meet and has a unique collection of cowboy/​girl items. A lot of young girls clothes, but a lot of neat items and gifts — lots of fun.

Don’t go by the name of this place… it is not all «western» wear. There are some really cute dresses, I bought one for my daughter, and there were quite a few girls that looked like they were in high school buying clothes.
Really cute stuff… a bit pricey… but most shops in Sutter Creek are a bit on the pricey side…

Okay, so it’s not ‘my bag’ but certainly I can’t review things based soley on my preferences… if I was someone with an affinity for westerns or country themed attire or furniture. this would be HEAVEN. Heck, even with it NOT being my personal style… I found myself wandering the store, and even talking myself out of purchasing a toy buffalo (it was completely adorable, but my sensibilities won out, luckily).
If you know someone who watches Tombstone repeatedly (you know, your friend that keeps quotes like «I got two guns. one for each of ya» in common usage) or someone who was elated by the comeback last year of victorian lace collars and prarie boots…, this is where you should shop for them. There is a wealth of things for younger cowpokes, just in case you know both of those people I just described… and they have found eachother… Get the baby a cuddly toy bison… it’s pretty fantastic.
