I have just spent two very chilly weekends and $ 380 to discover that a) the furnace was running but not working, and b) subsequent to closing, the sellers requested a refund for the propane in the tank, prompting the gas company to lock out the tank until I set up an account. I was not notified in any way that this would happen. This kind of crap reflects totally unacceptable due diligence by the realtors involved.
