McDonald’s

What can be said about McDonalds that we don’t already know. Stopped for breakfast and the board had already been changed to lunch. Asked if I could still get a sausage and egg biscuit which is not on the breakfast all day menu and the server actually said yes. For fast food this was a good experience with no wait in a very crowded place.

Very bad service. I waited for over 20 minutes at drive-​through. My order was wrong even more upsetting! I rarely do McDonalds, but this was a very poor experience.

Nothing fast about this food. No matter the time of day you are waiting longer than you should for cheap food

Very poor drive thru service. They must go out of their way to hire stupid people. Three times they screwed up simple orders. I am moving on to someplace that offers real customer service.

Went there for dinner at dinner time. Waited a long time to get my meal. For the amount of time I waited I should have know what to expect. Every item was the same temperature, like warm not hot. Also I had a hard time to find a clean table to sit at too. Plenty of helpers but they worked the drive thru and the one who work for dinning in also work for the drive thru.

Food was fresh

Just got home from this locations drive-​thru. 2 McDoubles and a large fry. Fries cold. Sandwiches just above cold. Called store was offered replacement if I came back. I passed.

3^rd time I’ve gone to this mcdonalds. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Frys and burgers are always cold.

After tasting the new Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich in Colorado and thinking the thing is pretty tasty, I decided on it for lunch today from my local McDonalds in Surprise, well, bad choice. Number one, I don’t want a medium or large drink and fry, I want a small one, nope, couldn’t do it, had to have a medium sized meal… wth. When I picked up my order from the second window the girl asked me to try my fries, and see if they were fresh, yep, good and hot and fresh, so off I went, got home and opened up the sandwich box, what a disappointment, the bread was hard, seemed old, the tomato was disgusting looking, had a brown hole in it, and the sauce was just plopped in the middle on top of wilty disgusting lettuce, if that is what the green stuff is supposed to be, oh well, just another 9 bucks wasted on crap. It’s honestly no wonder Mcdonald’s is seeing it’s customer base shrink, they have no consistency, and to serve a customer hard, old bread is simply saying, screw you, give me your money, and don’t come back, which I won’t.

This place is disgusting. Came here today at 10:20 am was expecting to get fresh lunch items and what I received was complete crap. Fries were soggy from being soaked in grease, they weren’t even fully cooked! Chicken nuggets for my kids were hard and dark as bricks! My husband got a quarter pounder the meat was so gross it tasted like a day old patty!!! When I called to speak to the manager to get my refund they told me they could send me coupons in the mail but couldn’t give me a refund! I was furious! Coupons?! Really! I demanded a refund since I was already planning on taking the nasty food back they decided to serve me. I will be calling mullin and sons on this mcdonalds and the manager annalee. I will never return.

Long brown hair entangled into my sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable. I can tolerate getting my order wrong but never hair in my food. It’s absolutely disgusting!!!

As far as Mcdonalds go, this is a gem. Their food is nothing extraordinary, but there is only so much you can do to make Mcdonalds food taste good. That aside, the staff is amazing. They all radiated energy and were exceptionally fast. More than that though they all smiled, as If they enjoyed being at work. I am use to seeing lifeless people behind the counter, proving lackluster effort at fast food restaurants so there charisma was a welcome change from the norm.

Not a good McDonalds experience. They were out of quarter pound beef patties and self-​serve ketchup. Cashier was not competent even towards simple questions and staff just looked unorganized– suggests bad training. The lobby was dirty with trash on tables and food on the floor even as the restaurant was not busy and was adequately staffed.

I can only review on the playland playground. This one is always clean and everything works. I love bringing my kids to this one even if the drive is long. The food is your basic McDonald’ s fare. You either like it or you don’t.

Tried the clubhouse burger. YUCK, the flavors don’t blend, the bun tasted weird, too much sauce that was not complimentary to the sandwich, long story short didn’t like. Gave it a thumbs down to manager, who seemed un interested when I told her that we ate only a third of the sandwiches we purchased.

Go to Taco Bell across the way. This place sucks. Rude and can’t get food right or even hot. They can even keep the play area clean and they weren’t that busy.

Awful. 6 times in 6 visits and every order incorrect. Maddening. The last was a quarter pounder with cheese where they forgot… the cheese… there’s just no excuse. 6 times is just too much of a coincidence which leads me to believe that the workers here are neglectful, forgetful and Just don’t give a fig. I’m done with you guys and MacDonald’s, period.

The playground here is a lot of fun. We came here on our way up to Flagstaff and the kiddo loved the playground! I liked it, too, because you didn’t have to do a whole lot of crawling trying to get to your kid.
We had breakfast there and food was par with other McD’s. Good service, too, probably better than average of other McD’s I’ve been to.

Maybe its new, but it sure is on the slow side? Maybe I got a bad crew day. The employees sure were unfriendly and seriously 1 napkin for 3 meals? 1 sauce for 10 nuggets? I had to keep asking for stuff. Maybe more fast food places like this will make me not want to eat fast food.

What can I say! The changes! McDonalds has been around forever! And now they want to change! Just because a few people wants to run our lives! I get it! You can always make it an option! But no! You have to request fries! or soda! If I want a freakin apple or milk, I’ll just eat at home! We come to the golden arches to get away from everyday life. Give me that processed food! That’s why we come here for!!! Anyway, this location is like any other place. Good service, at least they try! You have to realize that if these workers were more valuable, they would be working somewhere else! Give these kids a break. We have all been there!
