I have been coming to this store for many years, they always made exellent signature packed sandwiches. The past 4months at least, the sandwiches bread is hard, smaller and very little meat if any. I came in last week and asked for a fresh sandwich and the man at counter went into refrig. and gave me 2 sandwiches that were dated the day before. I said these are todays? He said yes, I said why is yesterday date on package? He said the lady just printed it. I know I should have stayed and found a manager, but the sandwiches have gone down hill. The Turkey looks and tastes dryed out. I dont see any chicken provolone any more. I guess I need to find anyother place to buy sandwiches. I always bought at least 4 to 5 sandwiches every 4 days for at least 3 years. SORRY THAT YOUR DELI DEPT WORKERS DONT TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY MAKE.

The staff is RUDE. I came in past midnight for some vegetables and there is only one counter open, but the cashier is not there. I patiently wait for five minutes before going to search for the cashier.
Turns out he’s chatting it up with his co workers, the slacker. I give him another 30 seconds before interrupting. I politely tell him I’m ready to check out. He grunts «ergh over there» and signals with his arm to go to the counter. His co workers laugh and I hear one of them say «haha that was great customer service.» I proceed to wait at the counter for another couple minutes before this guy decides to show up. He aggressively scans and shoves my items to the bagging area without a single word. He does the same for an older gentleman behind me.
The staff in this place, the past-​midnight cashier in particular have no place working in any position that involves customer service. I will not be visiting this place again.

I don’t mind this location at all. It’s a short walk away from work, which is convenient. I usually come in before 10a or around lunchtime. It’s quite busy but I’ve never had to wait for a self-​service kiosk. The staff at the pharmacy is really nice as well. Never have any issues while shopping here.

It’s 8.30 pm and there’s only 1 open counter. Minimum wait time is 20 mins? Even if you have a single bottle of milk or groceries for the whole week. The customer service counter closed at 8.30 pm. I asked for suggestion box. And the attendant’s reply was. «I don’t know what that is»… Are you kidding me? You don’t know what a ‘suggestion box’ is? Avoid going here… Worst customer service ever.

Some dude riding his bike in front pumping Chinese Opera? That is damn weird. Must be the heat. This place has been renovated and self check out is the new goodness here. I can get my stuff and get right the hell out without being stuck in line with a check writer. Iced tea and Pellegrino on sale. Time to stock up
