Extremely disappointed at the quality of the chicken and cleanliness of the place. Even though it is a fast food restaurant, you could at least try and keep the place clean.

Good mashed potatoes and gravy. Decent food but they forgot my cookie! That is the best part and they forgot my dessert! BOOOOO!

First time we went here to get a chicken bucket at the drive thru. We ordered crispy chicken and got the original non crispy ones, that too looking stale. Guess what? It even tasted so stale that we threw the whole bucket after tasting three pieces.

We just happened to be in the area and stopped by. The restaurant was well cared for and clean, and, more importantly, the staff was fantastic. They were attentive and answered all our questions. I couldn’t find what I wanted on the menu, but the cashier made sure I got exactly what I was after. It was such a pleasure to see a fast food restaurant like this.

My father and I just ate at this kfc and the customer service here is amazing and all the employees are very enthusiastic. The food was very good also. :)

I doubt one goes to KFC to get stellar food, so this pertains more to the service. I used the drive-through of this particular KFC, and the greeting I had was extremely curt. Apart from a «Hi» at the beginning, the lady taking orders did not say any other courtesy during the entire stay(not even a «thank you» at the end to say I should drive to the next window). At the serving window, they did not confirm my order, merely the amount, and almost tossed the food at me. While not rude as behaviour, this was hardly welcoming.

this location has a super nice swdttaff(based on my one and only visit lol). I didn’t know what to order so they guided me and gave me advice. came home with enough food to a small army when it was only me, J, and the kid…(oops.) anyways, had the chicken pot pie which I was very happy with(is it bad that I ate it all and didn’t share? coz that thing was gargantuan!) also liked the hot biscuits with butter and honey slathered on. otherwise, I wouldn’t really know too many places to compare to(except for maybe Zippy’s chicken and in that case Zippy’s will always win!!).

I’m a fan of the colonel. Fried chicken, they’ve been doing it for years, and they still around, they doing something right. Good chicken!

This is the closest location to my house, and the service really sucks. Sure, they help you when you step up to the counter, and appear to be nice, but getting your order right? Good luck with that. 99.9% of the time, the order is wrong, even if it’s something simple. Take ordering mashed potatoes, for example. There is a difference between«mashed potatoes» and«mashed potatoes WITHGRAVY.» See how there are two(2) extra words on there? Perhaps you noticed that it even looks longer than«mashed potatoes?» THAT’S BECAUSEITIS. Honestly, I’m not racist in any way, but come on. Please hire some people that can fluently SPEAKANDUNDERSTAND English.

My family has gone to this KFC several times before, but on Thursday, August 19, 2010, our family got a rude awakening when we got home. Our coleslaw was spoiled, inedible. We had to drive all the way back to this KFC location to get our coleslaw replaced with something suitable. My mother went on a huge rant at the employee who seemed to not take her very seriously. After waiting for him to finally get us some proper coleslaw and full replacement of our order, we were on our way back with all our food, but with a bitter distaste of what had happened. I know not if this happened due to some bad apples in the employees, or from an honest mistake, but I hope it never happens again.

Went to 2 different KFC’s last night the first one said it would take about 20 minutes for some chicken so we went to what we thought was a better KFC, we were wrong when I ordered my food she said it would take 20 minutes for the biscuts. And I asked her isn’t this a fast food restaurant? And she didn’t say anything and took our money. Then I got home to eat my chicken and it was terribly dry like the chicken had been sitting for too long. Moral of the story, don’t go to KFC terrible food and worse customer service.

I love and hate KFC! I secretly love the taste of their chicken, but I know that it’s contributed greatly to my grandma flags! My flabby arms will not go away if my husband keeps insisting that we eat here for his birthday every year! Get a coupon if you can, because we bought a 20-piece meal for $ 30. EEK! I don’t remember KFC costing that much back in the day. The mac&cheese was alright, a little weird in color because they used a darker cheddar cheese. But the mash potatoes have always been a winner in our book, and the grilled chicken is yummy! I don’t know what Oprah’s fuss is all about with the grilled chicken because I think it’s just as greasy as all the other fried stuff!

Place is pretty damn small and old but that’s not an issue as the girl that was the cashier at the time was very kind. I ordered 2 grilled chicken thighs but they didn’t have any so they gave me 2 extra crispy pieces along with a free biscuit. There’s no drive thru and the parking lot is pretty small but that’s relative to the size of the actual restaurant so no problemo.

KFC. is KFC. but the customer service here is great! I went at night(around 8pm) and everyone was well trained. I had to wait for my fries to be cooked, so the manager asked me if I wanted mac & cheese as a complimentary because I was waiting like 7 minutes for it… which is no big deal. I like the customer service here then any other KFC.

I was at a buddy’s place last Friday night and he decided that he wanted some KFC. I hadn’t been to KFC in at least 3 years and didn’t have shit to do that night, so I went along for the ride. The smell of greasy, crunchy chicken strangely aroused my palette, so I stepped to the counter, made the plunge, and ordered a 5 piece wings and some biscuits, figuring this was a safe FourthMeal The dude behind the counter informs me that they are out of wings and won’t have more for at least 15 – 20 minutes. I got really angry thinking about a chicken place with no chicken and pouted for 20 minutes while they made our wings, ate the rubbery chicken, and then remembered why I had stayed away from KFC for the last few years.

How can I ever give anything short of 4 stars to this wonderful establishment that allows me to feed on food that clogs my arteries? I do so with wholehearted willingness. Just remember — it’s Chicken Breast, Original Recipe. The new and improved potato wedge fries are a worthwhile accompaniment to this hearty feast. Now what sets this place apart is the fact that the people attending to the drive thru were pleasant and patient. As I pulled in behind a hatchback that had a «I love Burger King» bumper sticker, I knew this place was it. Pardon the eavesdropping but I heard the lady in the car with the bumper sticker repeatedly asking whether the chicken were deep fried. Yes, there was a stunned silence that ensued, but the drive thru attendee said, «Yes, they’re deep fried, deep fried in oil…» It’s like going to a dollar store and asking how much everything costs. I guess the abbreviation of KFC had this lady fooled(Kudos to the Marketing group at KFC.) She did buy something and I got my bucket of KFC for the Super Bowl party!
