I love this place. I have always gotten 100% amazing customer service. I am addicted to their carrot cake and chicken salad. Keep up the great work guys.

It was really good. Clean, cute, & super yummy. Really nice people. Don’t listen to the 3 stars. It should be rated higher. Really Yum!

I like the food in Erik’s anyday, no complains when it comes to this location. But the staff is pathetic, they don’t care about the customers. I ordered a to-go, the staff walks to me and hands me the to-go bag so that I can start packing the sandwich. Haven’t seen such service ever.

Isn’t Erik’s Deli known for their pickles??? Where the H… are they! We ordered for 4 sandwiches and a quart of soup!!! Nothing!!! Not a pickle In any of the 3 bags!!! When I placed the order, it took 3 different people to get it our order straight. One of the ladies was speaking spanish on the phone saying«esta mujer es complicada,» which, translate this woman is complicated. Totally not COOL at all! :-((

If you’ve been to an Erik’s Delicafe, then you know the standard fare menu. Good sandwiches at the deli price. However, this location could use some TLC to bring the dining area up to par. When you walk into a Panera or a Specialty’s Café, you are greeted by a bright, clean, open space. The charm of an Erik’s is its cozy, rustic, pioneer feel and décor. Cleanliness shouldn’t be mutually exclusive, but the windows here are unwashed, there is dust and silt on the sills, and spider webs on the ceiling. Chairs are stacked by the door, making the space seem closeted and rendering the seats next to them unusable. Too bad, because all this makes me question the hygiene during food preparation, despite how good the sandwiches taste.

Don’t recommend this location. I generally like Erik’s Delicafe’s but this one can best be described as tired. Service is lackluster and the food looks unappetizing and tastes mediocre. Seems like the product of an ower/manager/staff that just doesn’t care. They don’t seem to like what they do and it shows. Had a tuna sandwich and the bread tasted old or like it had been sitting out. The tuna tasted like day old and lacked any seasoning. Just not what I’d describe as even remotely good.

No au jus, very upset about that. Got chicken pesto, not impressed at all. Same goes with the chili

Good food but it can be very frustrating when I call ahead for an order and get someone that I can barely understand.

I like Eriks deli but I don’t recommend this location. Poor service– bad food– unhygienic I always go to the one in Santa Clara. Coming here is a mistake.

Soup was cold. No pickles and orange were served along with sandwich. Sandwich was ok, definitely had it better in other Erik locations.

4 stars for quality sandwiches only. You need 2 of them to be full and that will run you $ 20 if you get a drink. Too rich for my blood but I get it. They are tasty little buggers. In a strip mall, dead center. Raging bull is my fav. Always keep coming back but cant say I would recommend it to anyone that is really hungry but great for light meals.

Great sandwiches! My first time here. I’m not a fan of sandwiches but this one time last week, I was at a nearby business and during the wait time, walked into this delicafe. Their chicken Pesto sandwich was really good. Price at a little over $ 7 is very competitive. Service was pretty good, the staff were polite and the wait was minimal. Would definitely recommend and would go there again.

I have always enjoyed Eriks Delicafe, but I probably won’t be coming back to this location. I ordered my sandwich with the bread toasted and it came out rock hard. You could literally crumble it. I asked if I could just have a new piece of bread and they took the whole plate to remake it. This is fine, but they only brought me back half a sandwich…

Erik’s is one of those places that’s a sandwich spot where I don’t necessarily have bad things to say about them, but neither do I tend to have good things to say. They’ve always produced decent sandwiches and soups. This particular Erik’s was noteworthy enough. I strolled in there with a friend on an off-time, but the two ladies working there at the time still took the time to reach out and assist us. They were patient with our choices and answered any questions we had. I tend to order gluten-free and both ladies were attentive and helpful in pointing out which options would be best. I got a sandwich and soup and I could tell the sandwich was well made and plenty of food. It’s nice to feel like I got my money’s worth. I have been to other Erik’s but the customer service and quality of the sandwich was the best here.

Normally I LOVE Erik’s but frequent other location. This is by far the worst Erik’s I have ever been in. The place has a run down feeling to it and the two people working there were solely lacking in customer service skills!

While I don’t think Erik’s is anything particularly special, I do feel that it warrants saying that Erik’s ingredients taste very fresh and wholesome to me. I much prefer them over other places like TOGO’s and Subway. There’s not much else to be said besides I really hate the décor and find it depressing. If they would just modernize their look the place would be a lot more upbeat and more appropriately match the brightness of the produce they use.

Been in the area for 18 years+, good hearty sandwiches made to order. The Marrakesh sandwich is my favorite, the tomato soup and the chili is really good too. I prefer sitting outside but the old word farmyard artifacts hanging on the walls are cool.

My office frequents this place for our lunch and company meetings regularly. We use them for groups as small as 15 to over 100 people for catering. The manager is awesome. He always remembers me when I call and I have the craziest combinations of requests and he always understands what I want. We usually get the Large assorted sandwich trays. They have gluten free and the vegetarian sandwiches are great even the meat eaters love them. The bread is always soft and the meat and vegetables fresh. The sandwiches are always delivered on time and the manger usually delivers them himself. They have saved us from so many last minute lunch requests. THANKYOU!

This is one of my company’s preferred lunch choices. The owner will bend over backwards to make his customers happy and has bailed me out of many«Oh did I forget to ask you to get lunch for today’s meeting» requests. And of course, the food is awesome!

My company ordered on line and i went to go pick up the lunch. As I said the name the order was from i was asked to go down to the cashier. Once again I explained Im %*&$%^ and im here to put up an order made on line. The cashier Eliva proceeded to look at a paper and enter everything on the register. She did not once go over the order. The total amount of the bill turned out to be $ 60.50 … I know the our shop manager usually orders large orders so i did n’t think to question the amount. I paid with the Company Credit card. As I Get back to work i look through the bag and we have 4 sandwiches, 3 salads and two soups. My Manger state«This is NOTOURORDER» !!! Because the Cashier Elvia did not confirm my order she just grabbed any order. I called Eriks Deli And spoke with the Cashier and manger. Some help they did offer to bring the correct order. But that will not work. My Manager was wanted to ear now. Not wait 1 hour for them to get around to bringing the correct item. My orignal bill should have been $ 30.00 and they charged my Credit card for $ 60.00. and everyhting was vegetarial that was in the sandwiches except 1 which was eatable. The the Cashier«Elvia» Maybe you should be retrained to go over the order before giving them away and charging people. This was one of the most worst service I have every had here.

I generally like this place; the sandwiches are good as are the«homemade» soups. It seems to have taken a leg down on this visit. The ciabatta roll of my sandwich was over microwaved. The outer edge was thus converted to tough, dry ring. Their formerly very good carrot cake is now gone. In its place is chocolate marble«bread». It looks like cake. I asked, «is it bread or cake». The counter person looked at the label and read it to me. «It’s bread.» One us obviously knows less about this subject than the other. «Is it sweet?» I asked. «Yes.» It was cake. It was good and what I wanted, however I don’t trust food management that hire help that lack a basic understanding of their craft. Gonna stay away from here for a while… maybe it will improve later.

not sure if they did before, but they now offer free wifi. I eat here once a week to every other week. It is on par with any other eriks deli. which is good. my go to is a square meal — full sandwich and cup of soup(if i am hungry), or the half sandwich cup of soup combo. 99.9% of the time i get the pilgrims progress. always good! i tried the REO one time, it was ok, i guess i didnt see all the rage about it. 100% of the time i get the clam chowder. not that there’s is extra good, but i pretty much get clam chowder anywhere/anytime i can. they need wifi: i go on my lunch break and there location is a 4G(or even strong 3G) dead zone, get some wifi in there so i can watch some youtube while i eat.

My boyfriend got some chili to eat as a snack. It was a pretty bad bowl of chili and even some cheese couldn’t save it. It was just goop and didn’t have any meat(if it did, I didn’t taste it). The chili at Wendy’s tastes better.

I wanna say everything’s just fine But only a fool could believe that line Still every now and then, I think of you. Every Now and Then — REO Speedwagon I usually go to the Erik’s on Steven’s Creek, but it is being remolded this week, so I went to this location for the second time. I had the REO speedwagon sandwich and a green tea iced tea drink. The bread used has a dry ¼ inch crust that is unappealing, and the meat is positioned in the middle of the bread instead of distributed to the edges. The iced tea was warm, so my ice cubes completely melted. Not good. Just ok for a rather pricey sandwich. I will try other deli’s in the area soon.

Great commercials, not a great sandwiches. Ordered the half soup/half sandwich. The soup(chili) was tasty-ish, but not quality. The sandwich(Rio Grande) was made on pretty floppy bread, and the ingredients weren’t quality at all.
