Walked in (no appointment) on a Sunday around noon, was seated for my mani-​pedi immediately. Place was super-​duper clean. Could very much appreciate the sterilized and one-​use tools set up for my arrival. Standard Pedi was attended to with care — very pleasant massage, exfoliation, the works.
Same lady did my mani (which was a relief, because I always clam up when deciding how to divvy up tip for the manicurist and pedicurist when they’re different people). Throughout, she made pleasant (brief) conversation, so I felt comfortable in her capable hands.
Then as I’m drying my nails under the fans, she politely asked if I wanted a neck/​upper-​back rub. Um, YES. And while it was over quickly, I could’ve fallen asleep if she’d been at it another two minutes. So maybe they keep the back rub short on purpose. I wouldn’t want to scrape napping clients off my chairs either.
Happy to have a go-​to nail spot in my new ‘hood!

My mother and I popped in for a gel and regular mani and we were both very happy. They took their time but both of our nails still look great a week later.

I liked the lady who did my nails. I have very ticklish feet so when I almost kicked her, she laughed it off. Pretty fast and efficient. Good selection of colors.

I had a wonderful experience at Grace Nails. I got a gel manicure which was quick and clean and they have a huge gel color selection — much larger than most salons I’ve been to. I walked in around 5pm without an appointment and was seen very quickly. Sara was extremely kind and professional. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at any business in New York City. I will definitely be back!

Went here about a month ago and found place was VERY clean… people and staff were super nice and helpful… cater to your needs… very professional. Lots of great colors to choose from… great massage chairs while getting mani/pedi…will DEFINITELY be back!!!

My manicure/​service was nice, the young Asian lady was nice and did well, although a little too slow for my liking. But overall she did a good job. My issue came when I was getting the Brazilian wax. She couldn’t get all the hair out and proceeded to go over and over the area approx 5 times, wiping oil and powder over again as well. My vag became extremely raw and in pain, and also starting to feel really irritated from the oil and powder. I stayed quiet as long as possible but after the 5^th time I said I don’t think I can do it anymore. She told me in very broken English that she didn’t clean my vag properly in the beginning so let her clean and try once more. I was taken a back at her admission but being in the beauty industry I know things can happen and allowed her the chance to try once more. After what seemed forever, she said she couldn’t get it off. I asked for a mirror and also noticed hair around my anus, and she had already gone around that area! I was so annoyed! She said becAuse I could stand any more pain she didn’t get to do it. Um no, it should’ve been done, at this point I had been in the room for an hour. I usually get a full Brazilian, full legs and underarms in an hour. Ok maybe it was not her strong point. When it’s time to pay, I took out my card and she says oh you don’t have cash? I said no, it says you take credit cards on the door. She said she would be right back and I asked her to hurry because I had to pick up my son from school. She went out the front door and came back five minutes later with a good container in her hand. So basically I waited for her to get food. Then asked the young thin Indian chick to assist w the credit card machine. The girl comes over and now the machine is not working properly. She also told me a new price other than what the other chick quoted me. I called her out on it but then decided to still pay because I deemed it fair although changed. Then I asked for the managers name and she ignored me. I asked again and she said I’m going to tell you. She never told me. Then the credit card machine wouldn’t give receipts. I told her I didn’t have time to wait because again I had to pick up my son and had gotten there in well enough time to get him on time. Anyway I left, with a half hairy vag, legs not waxed, feeling like I wasted hard earned time and money and also treated disrespectfully. I will still speak to the manager to advise them of this I’ll practice, but needless to say will never patronize them again.

They were so nice and thorough! Had a great spa pedicure and it was running late (past closing) and they weren’t rushing or stressing the time even though I felt horrible. Great customer service and work. Definitely will be coming back!

I LOVE Grace Nails. I started going here after my previous nail salon went downhill, and I actually prefer this salon and wish I’d discovered it a year ago. It’s extremely clean, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. The quality of services has been terrific. My gel manicures easily last two weeks with no chips, and pedicures are great as well. I’ll be trying out the threading and massage options in the future. Prices here are low compared to similar salons, so I always make sure to leave the friendly, competent staff a great tip – they deserve it. There are a lot of nail places in this part of Queens, but Grace really stands out.

One of the best massages I’ve had in years, and the price was amazing! The nails, though, weren’t great.
I feel bad, because the girls were so nice and accommodating; however, they don’t yet have the proper equipment for creating gel nails. They did them by hand, without grinders or paintbrushes! Mine were botched and I ended up getting them redone elsewhere.
But seriously, go here for a massage or a facial instead of nails.

They’re so awesome!!! Had my first mani pedi here today and Sarah was really wonderful. She’s super attentive and sweet. She made sure I had the perfect polish and look. This is my new fav place. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went here for first time after work. I did not have to wait. I had Sara and I had a pedi a 10 min massage and my fingernails cut. All this for 35 dollars. Sara spent the whole time looking after me did not go off to anyone else like some salons. Everything I had done took maybe 30min and her attention to detail was perfect. It honestly doesn’t look like much from the outside but was lovely inside. Excellent service! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Every time I come here I receive great service in a very gracious manner. All of my needs are addressed with the highest quality standards and techniques in nail treatment /​care, facial threading & waxing. The service is consistently great and I always feel welcome and like a VIP client even if I just get a single service.

Excellent service, they take there time to make a great job. Prices are good. My manicure last long and my pedicure was amazing. After your 10 manicure you get a free one. Everything is disposable.

I have been going to Sarita, the owner of Grace Nails and Threading, for about 3 years at her other salon, Rose Threading, and I have never been anything short of ecstatic with their work. I would never trust anyone else with my eyebrows or nails! She is simply fantastic, the best of the best. I always leave so pleased with my eyebrow shape, and her team are highly skilled at manicures and pedicures. She always goes the extra mile to do a perfect job, and if your nails chip or you see an extra hair or two the next day, she’ll gladly fix it for you free of charge. Her new salon is gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated – and it also has a threading chair! A wonderful place to relax and get pampered. I would recommend Sarita and her team to anyone, and I look forward to many more services at Grace Nails and Threading in the years to come. Try them out – you will NOT regret it!

Very pleasant experience. All the ladies were super sweet and Grace did a phenomenal job on my nails. After receiving a bad gel manicure in the city it took quite some effort getting the layers off my nails. The ladies are detailed and clean. I will be back soon!

Best in Sunnyside. My new favorite. Wonderful 10 minute back massage. I have had three with different technicians and all were excellent. Clean, friendly, good prices.

$ 7.00 manicure! Everyone is very friendly and detailed. I took about fifteen minutes picking out my color but they were all patient. 11 visits and you get a free manicure!

I got out work late on Thursday night and I needed to get my nails done for a wedding the next day. My usual place closed early for some reason, and Karma Nails had a half hour wait. I remembered passing Grace earlier in the week and their signs for a $ 7 regular manicure. When I went in at 9:00 PM, there were 3 nail technicians and I only had to wait 5 minutes.
I was afraid it would be a rushed job since it was almost closing time, but the nail technician took her time to make my nails look their best. There didn’t seem to be a minimum charge for credit cards as I was able to put the $ 7 charge on my card; they even offered to put the tip on the card, but I always prefer paying the tip in cash. It seems there’s also free WiFi for customers; the password was placed on a mirror across from the pedicure chairs.
While the ambiance is not as spa-​like as some other places in the area, I appreciated how quiet it was at the end of a long day and the politeness of the staff. Most importantly, it was very clean!
