Good food. Very nice staff. Just wish after following the signs for the place along the side to the back of the hotel that there was more direction once there. All the doors said employee entrance only. So we had to walk up the hill to the hotel entrance and go from there. I also ordered a strawberry daiquiri very good with puréed fresh strawberries.

The food was delicious, we had the crab cake mixed with shrimp, it was so delicious and smooth. The sauce it was served in was mind blowing! Then we finished with the prime rib and seared tuna, delicious and fresh! Very romantic for a night on the town.

Don’t waste your money! We were seated and had to chase down a waiter to serve us. The place had families from the hotel seated around us and the kids were all over the place jumping on chairs and crawling on the floors and throwing food. I’d say that is an issue of bad parenting but no one in the restaurant management seemed to care to do anything about it either. Our waiter finally took our order and then we never saw him again. We had to ask for bread from someone else and when our food came it was horrible. It was so expensive and not worth the money. Definitely not a repeat!

Very good nice restaurant in the hotel we are staying at so very convenient as well. We came with our two kids so I probably would have enjoyed the ambiance more without them. The food was very good overall. I had the spinach salad which was very large and could probably be shared as a side salad. I also had the spinach dip pizzetta which was also good and also large so I had left overs for a few days. My husband had the lobster Mac and cheese which had large chunks of lobster in it. delicious! Even my son’s Mac and cheese was quite good.

Wow, There is so many words to describe a restaurant, but I will just say wow! I’m impressed. I like everything about this place. The view, the interior, THEFOODANDSERVICE! No matter what kind of food you choose be sure that it will be delicious! From bred to steak just mmmmm! Service is amazing too, even if you are an a***olé they will serve you like a king. Usually the guy named Khasan serves me and he is one of the best. The girl in the bar is super nice too. I’m giving this place 5 stars, because this place is 5 star place. One thing if you have a supercar or lowered car make sure to be careful at the entrance:)

Very spoiled by the service at this lovely, cozy restaurant. From the reception desk to the wait staff and all the other staffers, I felt pampered and well-taken care of the whole time. My server was Valerie whose lovely French accent was itself a treat to hear. There were so many tasty-looking menu options. I selected the Atlantic salmon, which was fresh, moist and completely delicious. They offered two options for its preparation and I opted for grilled. For dessert, I selected the key lime pie, which is what you must do when visiting Florida. Their interpretation was very well done, including a whipped cream topping with a hint of coconut. I think this place is a lovely place for a romantic dinner or a business dinner that really caters to its customers. If I get back to Sunny Isles again, I will definitely return to try more options on their wonderful menu.

Great restaurant in a hotel. Service was quite good. I had the grouper filet. Excellent, very fresh. Cooked to perfection. Chicken wing appetizers were delicious. Perfectly seasoned and not greasy. Nice wine selection. If in Sunny Isles, there’s no need to drive to Miami for a good meal. Go see Mickey at the bar.

Hidden Gem! Wow! I almost hate to write a good review… want to keep this place all to myself! The French chef is amazing with presentation, quality and taste of all the dishes but ESPECIALLY desert! Crème brûlée is to die for! Came here for brunch and what a surprise ! Oysters, clams, stone crabs, shrimp, lobster tails, crab claws, salads, omelette station, pancakes, waffles, eggs Benedict is superb with truffled oil! Do you want more? Yes, Of course there is bacon and sausages and potatoes and pork and turkey! Still not enough. Ok… Desert station with chocolate fountain and the view of the ocean ! Doesn’t get better than that! Service is fantastic! Décor is beautiful! Located inside the Sole hotel and you must valet for $ 7 with validation from the restaurant. This place is Worth every dollar and a must try if you are in the area. Stop reading, stop thinking, stop talking and just go!

My first time dining was this past Sunday for my friends birthday and I loved it. The place is very intimate setting, location is convenient because it has valet parking, and the food is delicious. For a Sunday night it is not crowded at all and they accommodate large groups.

Food was lower then average. Ceviche we could not eat. Seafood salad they drowned in the dressing. The pizza was just ok.

There are few restaurants by the ocean in this neighborhood given the mass of private properties taking up that prime real estate. That is why this place gets 4 stars. If it had more competition, it would really deserve a 3. I can only rate the Sunday brunch buffet — which featured a good variety of selections including seafood — from crab legs to ceviche to caviar, freshly prepared omelets(which were excellent), a choice of eggs benedict is also included and some tasty sweets including a chocolate fountain for those with a sweet tooth. The servers are spot-on — ready to replace silverwear, water, refill mimosas, make bloodies. Very, very attentive. The price is $ 50/pp — not including alcohol — average for Sunny Isles. Frankly, I don’t think the food is worth it — nor is the venue, but again — not a lot of choices. This is the restaurant of the hotel Sole — an «OK» looking place — could use a little shining and buffing. It is new but looks a little run down in spots considering it’s age. That said, this restaurant is fine and attractively decorated. I would not host a super special anything at this venue — but it is a nice place to visit and enjoy some above average food in this neighborhood at a(relative) value price.

Recently had a date there. We shared the beef tartar, caramelized onion flat bread, and the seafood risotto. It was all delicious. Kind of pricey for the area, but it was worth the price. You get high quality food, attentive service, and a beautiful view.

This place is amazing, beautiful view of the beach, great atmosphere, tasty food and amazing staff with service. I have never seen bread representation like this and it was very tasty as well. I don’t know how people prefer to have their dinners at the parking lots and not in the ocean view terrace. Love this place and will definitely come back. Btw it is great for kids. They have special kids menu and crayons for little ones. Oh, and drinks Montauk, watermelon bliss and fresh strawberry mojito are the best.

Amazing location right on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach(not as easy as you might think to find a good ocean-front restaurant with a view in this area), and the food was really great. Varied menu and everything we had was delicious. Service very welcoming and attentive, restaurant very comfortable and upscale but relaxed. We will definitely be coming back for dinner again, and also want to try for lunch to take advantage of the daytime view over the beach & ocean.

I went here last night for a business dinner. It’s located in the Solé on the beach side of Collins. My husband and I arrived earlier than the rest of our party and so we waited at the bar. We were promptly greeted and served our drinks by the very friendly bartender who also gave us the menu to look at while we waited. The décor here is an eclectic beach theme. Walking in, you can see the magnificent view of the ocean. Once the rest of the group arrived, since the restaurant was empty, they let us choose which table we would like. We chose an indoor table by the window. Since a few of the people were visiting from elsewhere, they were completely awed at how gorgeous the beaches of Sunny Isles were. We ordered a dozen Gulf Coast oysters and the burrata appetizer to start. The oysters were fresh and sweet. They arrived prettily displayed with cocktail sauce, a dropper that contained cider vinegar, and a wedge of lemon. After we started digging into the oysters, we realized that there was no horseradish and flagged down our server. He disappeared and two of us waited to eat the oysters. No horseradish arrived. We then flagged down another person and repeated our request for horseradish. We still had a few minutes wait but we finally got our horseradish. As we were eating the appetizers, they presented us with fresh homemade bread loaves with an olive tapenade. Absolutely delicious. Next we ordered our entrees. We ordered the marinated hog fish, the fresh grouper, ahi tartare, the bone-in NY steak. The Florida Coast hog snapper was mouth watering. The herbs complemented the sweetness of the fish to perfection. The grouper with green beans was perfectly cooked and delicious. The ahi tartare was small but fabulous. The steak was ordered medium rare and came out just right. The steak was served with a garlic butter and potatoes. All fresh and yummy. We also ordered a bottle of their Stag’s Leap but they came back with the news that they were out but offered to replace it with a more expensive wine but at the lower price. The substituted St. Michelle was actually really good and when we ordered a second bottle which they gave to us at the discounted price as well. Overall, the food was perfection and the location fantastic. Since it’s still a new restaurant, they had a few minor serving glitches. The horseradish is an example of one and they also never cleared our dirty silverware and appetizer dishes and we had to order new one settings after they brought out the main courses. So very minor but just the sort of little things that make the difference for the upscale dining experience, you know? I highly recommend this F.A.B. restaurant. Get there by 7:30pm and enjoy the stunning view of the ocean as you enjoy your food.

Had dinner 2 days after the official opening night, so will return in about a month or so and do a proper review. To sum up, it’s a gorgeous restaurant with an amazing view that has much potential in the kitchen. It would be unfair to really rate the food or service yet because I’m sure they are still working out the kinks and the menu is bound to change. That said, there’s a Michellin starred chef in the kitchen who has put together a small but intriguing menu. There was hogfish and stone crab and duck and other goodies. One thing they should NOT change is the bread service. Delicious! The very gracious host mentioned that they do brunch, and given that the chef came from the Biltmore in Coral Gables, I’m sure it is spectacular. I’m looking forward to the return visit.
