Food Lion

You always seem to shop close to home because its convenient! So for birthday cakes my family gets them from food lion. The first screw up they did the wrong flavors, but I had no time to argue before the party. The second time I ordered for school birthday party it was the wrong character but daughter was fine with it, what else could we do we needed them that day. THe third time they didn’t have my order, didn’t apologize… AND didn’t offer to make it again. So in a panic I called up Publix, Explained to them what happened. Not only did they make it for me in three hours, but they gave me a price break because of the anxiety I went through. I am now a publix customer for life on my bake goods. Food lion I will continue to shop but I will not use their bakery!!!

Disgusting. Never ever buy any perishable food item from this store. I have known several people who used to work in the deli and they tell me horror stories about the woman who manages the department. I have been told that customers complain about the department constantly but management does not seem to care. I once saw deli woman taking labels from her mouth and sticking them on food items. Disgusting!
