All I can say is great customer service! Tori was very patient and even let us try some chicken salad beforehand! The food was awesome here! I had a great experience overall!

As a lover of chicken salad, I was really looking forward to eating here. I ordered the Original Chick which the menu says comes with your choice of a side. I asked what the sides were and the cashier just pointed to the sides on the menu sign. I saw chips so I ordered that as my side. If you’re going to charge 10 bucks for a chicken salad sandwich, chips and a coke, it better be some good chicken salad. This ain’t. It’s mediocre at best. Add to that an extra charge for chips that the menu clearly states comes with the Original Chick, a dirty dining area complete with dirty tables and you have the recipe for a big disappointment.

Walked in on a whim while waiting for a waxing appointment and was super impressed. Food was great and service was even better! Definitely recommend and will be back every time I have a waxing appointment now!
Back for a second time … I live out of the way or I would frequent more often. This time I got the jazzy Julie. Delicious as usual. I love this place and the customer service is out of this world. The manager always walks by and asks how things are even when they are swamped. Definitely worth frequenting.

I like this place because you can sample the food, but I do not think chicken salads are crazy amazing or anything.
The restaurant is set up fast food style. You order and sit down or take the food to go.
We ordered one pound of regular chicken salad and one pound of Nutty Nana chicken salad with the wheat/​flax seed crackers. It was a little over twenty bucks for the two pounds, which seems a little pricy considering it really is not that much food.
It is better than fast food, but you really need to like chicken salad! When in the south, I suppose.

Brilliant! I’m a huge chicken salad fan, so the concept of a restaurant that sells JUST chicken salad is absolutely brilliant to me! Laura actually found this place and turned me on to it and now we’re both hooked like crack heads. My favorite item is the smoked cheddar and bacon chicken salad. I usually get the trio plate with a scoop of 3 different chicken salads, of which includes the smoked cheddar and bacon and the fancy pants. I like to branch out on my 3rd scoop so I explore the menu in that way. I tried the buffalo chicken salad, and wasn’t to excited about it. All in all, this is a great place to grab a quick lunch.

I don’t even know where to start. If you like chicken salad… (and you wouldn’t be going here if you didn’t)… then this place is your HEAVEN. We have tried just about every variety they have, and it’s ALL delicious. The sides are great, the breads are wonderful… SERIOUSLY, give this place a try.
The ONLY thing I could suggest to whoever is in charge at the Summerville location would be this: PLEASE cut down on the air freshener or those candles you have sitting around on the shelves in the dining room, or whatever that overwhelming scent is. Let the deliciousness of the food be the aroma… NOT whatever that stuff currently is. It literally chokes me every time I come in to the point I can’t stay.

Eh. Chicken Salad Chick isn’t bad, persay, but each flavor tastes like the next. I went in with friends and we each ordered the plate with 3 diffrent chicken salads, each of us tasting them all. Yeah, they have diffrent ingredients, but most of them have little to no seasoning to actually make the diffrent ingredients pop. The one with pineapple and macadamia had one tiny piece of pineapple and tasted just like the one with cashews. We all agreed that the ranch and bacon one was disgusting but the Buffalo wasn’t too bad. Pimento cheese was just okay. Everything was under seasoned and just this side of bland.
Customer service was good, the prices weren’t too bad. I won’t say that I won’t be back, but there are loads of restaurants in the area that have a better chicken salad.

Delicious alternative.
We stopped in for a quick bit before our movie. They are conveniently located near the theatre. At first we were disappointed because they were out of most of their menu but the manage came by our table and gave us four free vouchers for our next visit which we thought was very nice. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back.

This place is great. Clean, good food, and friendly service. I love their chicken salad (several favorites — plain, little spicy, and the one with grapes and apples) on a croissant with the grape salad (more like a dessert) and cookie! It’s enough to split if you don’t have a huge appetite. If your hungry go for it without sharing!

Came here for lunch, the line for chick fil a was around the building and we were hungry. Excellent food and the grape salad was amazing! Very aware of food allergies, specifically gluten (in my case) and made sure to take extra precautions when making of food. Will definitely come again and highly recommend them!

Boy was I surprised. I expected good chicken salad, but this was great! And their broccoli salad is to die for! I was very impressed with everything from the customer service that helped me decide which of their 16 chicken salads to choose from to the different flavors of the options I ate. If I had to have a complaint it would be that I am 9 months pregnant, and they would only give me a tiny water cup. The big cups are for soda purchases only. I had to get up to refill my cup 5 times.

The turkey hoagie is delicious.
The grape salad and broccoli salad are both tasty and fresh.
The chicken salad is light and scrumptious!
Chicken Salad Chick is a lighter option for your meal, but don’t misunderstand– the portions are generous and the atmosphere is inviting and clean! We love eating here! We have loved exploring the different additions and flavors to chicken salad! Chicken Salad Chick = chicken salad perfected!

I’ve been here a few times for lunch. Food is excellent. I enjoy the dill diva chicken salad. The fruit cup side is far better than any around… fresh fruit and nice variety. Management is excellent as well.

Ate here last night. Ordered the soup which was a creamy artichoke and chicken I think it was. It was out of this world!!! I also had the three scoop plate. Two were phenomenal but the «buffalo wing» one didn’t taste like buffalo wings to me. VERY friendly staff, exceptionally clean. Will definitely go back again! Just wish they had one in my home town!

Interesting place to try. Definitely recommend trying it at least once. New store so it was pretty crowded. Menu is very diverse — any type, flavor, add-​on you can think of for a chicken salad sandwich. Standing in line — it can be a bit overwhelming to figure out what you want by the time you get to the counter to order.
I had the Southern chicken salad sandwich, came with fruit and chips. Very interesting flavor — had pickles and eggs in it. Very yummy and very filling. You have a choice of bread to get it on.
Kids menu is good for the price, but not for those kids with a large appetite — get them the something off the normal menu.
Inside is very nicely done, tables and booths.

Went here for lunch with the husband and was pleasantly surprised. They have a lot of different options for chicken salad. You can choose what type of bread you want it on and even their sides are good, too. You have to try the grape salad. It’s fabulous!

Chicken Salad Chick is a cute little restaurant. The staff is really, really friendly and knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. Their menu is on the snarky side, which I love because they have a whole section of the menu dedicated to the people who don’t love chicken salad and who were «dragged» into the restaurant.
I had the Olivia’s Old South chicken salad on sourdough, which was good even though I like my chicken in my chicken salad to be on the chunkier side.
