European Wax Center

Extremely disappointed to see they closed over half an hour early without any signs on the door indicating why or giving any explanation, especially after driving 50 minutes to get here because it’s the closest location while visiting home. I’m a frequent customer to the Louisiana locations and never have a problem walking in and always with great service. Unfortunately the Summerville location doesn’t live up to that standard of service.

I love going here. I’m greeted with a smile each time. Whenever I call in they are understandable and are willing to find a time that suits you best. Will continue to go to them for service! Shout outs to DJ and Rachel who no longer works there sadly and the whole team! Thanks :)

Fast, minimal pain, minimal mess. And for a great price.

Mindy is awesome!!! I just moved here and needed to find somewhere to get my eyebrows done. I was placed w Mindy when I made an appt. I will definitely be back. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. The wax they use is so awesome. Doesn’t hurt a bit. It’s not scalding hot like other waxes. I highly recommend it here!

Can you say smooth and silky? This is the most awesome facility. The staff is friendly and professional. They have wonderful products that are effective. I love the wax passes. I am the queen of EUROPEAN Wax Center. I have all the passes and am always in there. Thank you Johni and DJ.;-) :-) :-D

Very nice staff and the place is super clean. I got the free wax (since it was my first time there) but upgraded to the Brazilian was which was half off (great deal!) i also got my eyebrows done as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and the lady i had, Ashley, was super nice and did a great job with both waxes. I definitely recommend this place for your waxing needs!

Sheron is the best around! Punctual and painless (as much as waxing can be!), Sheron does a great job, keeps her space clean, and makes appointments fun!

Excellent staff and great products! First wax is free and I got to choose from bikini line, eyebrow or underarm. They will also let you upgrade your bikini line to 50% off a Brazilian which is a better value. I have always been able to walk in but they also accommodate appointments weeks in advance: I absolutely LOVE the European Wax Center!!! And their products are AMAZING!!!

Very nice facility. The ladies behind the desk are very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time in a European Wax Center. I felt comfortable asking all my awkward questions and each answer was given with respect and taste.
I went in for the first wax free promotion and received an underarm wax. The woman waxing talked me through how to prevent ingrown hairs, described what she was doing, and waxed me quickly and effectively. I was very pleased with the service provided.
While paying for a product, another woman was very rude and curt with the receptionists concerning the time of her appointment. The receptionists handled the angry customer very calmly and solved the problem quickly.
EWC in Summerville is clean, classy, and the women there are highly skilled for what they do!

The building was nice, very clean, courteous staff. It has been 1.5 weeks since my Brazilian and I have hair, the tech said «oh, your hair is breaking instead if coming out at the root». Well, I should have just shaved?! I really wanted to like this place and I am sure some techs are more experienced than others, but I won’t go back, I really want a pro for a Brazilian.
