Yum. It’s all good here. The only place that was open during the ice storm a couple winters ago. For a vegetarian like me, this place is heaven and the sweet tea is terrific. Enough varied menu offerings to keep a regular customer coming back.

My wife and I are avid fans of their food. She loves the chicken finger dinner & I love the fish plate and «tartahhhh» sauce. We’ve gotten food there multiple times & the food is consistently great. Service is fantastic and worthy of an additional STAR!

Yes Mammmm… this place rocks! During our move we had to eat out A LOT and this place is perfect! When we drive by even our kids shout out for Captain D’s!
I agree with other reviewers — everything is good! We have tried almost everything. I really liked the country style fish and the surf and turf kabob thing. They also have the sweetest sweet tea around! Does this stuff make you fat?! I love sweet tea…
Side items are plenty to pick from: the mac and cheese and fried okra! Oh and the baked potato… just go there already!
We had the fried banana cheesecake with carmel sauce dessert. It was sweet and hot but eehh… just ok… other than that, not a bad thing on the menu and good prices.

I love me some Captain ds you dont know what u got til its gone.Sniff.I love the chicken tenders, fried shrimp seriously the cocktail sauce was so good, tarter was good hell even their honey mustard was good, but the best thing was HUSH PUPPIES! I miss fried hush puppies, sweet tea, fried shrimp, crabcakes, fish and chicken, kids night, coleslaw, the little dessserts everything .I think the closest thing here is long johns in Falls Church. Nothing At captain ds is bad. Seriously also salads, soups and grilled chicken, fish and veggies for diets. miss u! Why does Winchester have a Captain ds a sonic and a 24 hour walmart? and Sterling Dulles doesnt. I mean a 45 minute drive if your lucky? I also read a Captasin ds in Manasses ok but with traffic haha it will be cold time I get home.

Nobody has a review for this? Come one now! Sure, it doesn’t garner the most thought out review, but it is a place to eat. Anyway, what can I say? It’s Captain D’s. It’s cheap, it’s fried, and it’s edible. Nothing super fantastic, but it helps out on those meatless Fridays for us Catholics.
