Jack In the Box

Okay we came in tonight and ordered and ate inside. The front counter help took there time about getting to the front counter to help us. However when we went to leave we ordered some items to go and they royally screwed up. First of all the girl who was in charge of the front counter had went outside to take a break with her friends. The other people working the drive thru and cooking stared at us waiting to be helped… They didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever. She finally came back in by now there are 4 people in line waiting to order. We had a coupon for buy one taco get one free and we purchased a jack munchie meal as well. The burger with the munchie meal we asked for no taco sauce. They called our number they had only given us the burger and one taco. Then they took the bag back and put the rest of the order with it. When we got to the house the burger had a piece of meat and some stuffed jalapeños on it with no slices jalapeños no cheese or anything else that was suppose to go on it. They still only gave us one taco. This place is pitiful. Also the girl had rap music blaring on her phone while she wipes the counters off in the lobby… Very unprofessional! The owner should really look at management and staff who runs this place in the evenings. They are not representing this establishment well at all.

My family and I go to Sulphur Springs once a year to buy school clothes and eat at Jack in the Box. We have been doing that for years. Last year we went it wasn’t the greatest but we decided to try again this year because it is tradition. Let me start by saying I was really disappointed. First we placed an order for which we were not given a receipt, the cashier handed us cups for our drinks with his hand inside them. I had to ask for more cups because of santation issues. Then we sat down. When we got our food the buns and meat were Very dry and the burgers were soaked in condiments. There was so much on them I had to scrape it off. Once I did that I began to eat my burger which was absolutely awful. I did not even eat half of it. Shame to waste the money but I could not make myself eat it. I then decided to try the bacon potato wedges which are my favorite thing to get there and the more of them I ate the worse it tasted. They tasted old and like they had been sitting in lard. None of us were able to complete our meal. We left to take the long trip back and three of the five of us got sick to our stomach. It is such a shame that such a wonderful tradition for my family turned into a very bad idea. We have decided that we just can’t eat at this place anymore. Since it is the closest Jack in the box to us we have to say good bye to Jack. Such a sad day for us.

Stopped for breakfast & had the BEST service from Michael! Great way to start my day!

Stopped by yesterday and experienced the worst service ever. I have never seen such incompetent staff in my lifetime. We waited almost 30 minutes for food. Told the young lady at the counter and she didn’t seem to know anything. Her answer was we only have two hands. I said that other people that got there well after us, were getting their food and asked what was going on, again clueless. We finally gave up and told the manager that we wanted our money back. Again, she had no idea what was going on with the place or how to lead her staff. Two sandwiches… unbelievable. Finally stopped at one in Princeton Texas and had two cars in front of us and it took 3 minutes and food was fresh and hot, that’s how it’s supposed to work. I wouldn’t even give this place one star, but no way to rate lower. I will be contacting the company to let them know.

You can’t be 2 tacos for $ 1! I love this place and we have to stop each time we are near one since there isn’t one in our hometown. So, I really like it! Oh, and their fries I absolutely love too!!!
