Walked into this Chili’s at approximately 7:15pm. There was only one table available for our party of five; it was a very busy Wednesday dinner rush. Our drink orders were taken immediately and we were able to get our drinks with very little wait time. The waiter returned to take our order but we needed a moment to decide what we all wanted for entrees but we put in our appetizers order. The appetizers came out with what felt like normal wait time and he took our entrée order. Our drinks were not refilled until after our appetizers were completely finished and we had stacked all our plates. Almost 30 minutes passed and the waiter finally cleared our plates away and told us our steaks are«coming out right now». He accidentally gave us a sweet tea instead of an unsweetened tea. Another 10 minutes passed and he finally got our entrees out to us. The food was delicious and our food was cooked to our satisfactory; it’s Chili’s– you can’t expect extraordinary food here. My sweet tea was replaced with and unsweetened tea, but for some reason this tea tasted like the way toilet water smells. I’m from Hawaii where the tap water is insanely clean so maybe I’m spoiled but I cannot stand the way this tea tasted. It was weird too because my first unsweetened tea tasted perfectly fine and delicious. We ordered dessert after dinner and it arrived with little wait, tasting amazing. Overall, the waiter was nice and friendly and the food got to us in the end. My assumption is the place is either understaffed or just really busy. I would come back again but only because the staff is nice and food is pretty good. Still, though… would rather go somewhere else and pay the same amount to get my food delivered to us quicker. Edit: When the waiter brought our check, he neglected to split the check and explained we needed to input our rewards into the digital table kiosk to get our discount. After wrestling with a difficult system and asking for assistance and even a manager(for which none arrived to help) for more than 20 minutes, the waiter finally inputted the discount himself and gave us our paper tickets. GETYOURDIGITALKIOSKSYSTEMTOGETHER, CHILI’S! The last half hour spent struggling with splitting a check and taking off an appetizer and dessert was the deciding factor: We will not be dining here ever again.

This Chili’s restaurant has the worst service and worst food of any Chili’s…ever. I feel like a fool for going back. I always expect it to be better, and it never is! My orders have ranged from undercooked steak, under seasoned shrimp, and cold sides to burnt chicken! The service is very poor… minimal usually. On my last visit, very little of the experience was even satisfactory.

We were in town this weekend for a horse show, and went to dinner on Saturday around 7:30 or 8:00. We ordered 4 Presidente Rita’s, and an app of the SW eggrolls to start. The Rita’s took forever because they were finding tequila for them, and were then served in mugs not shakers. The consensus is that they weren’t actual Presidente’s, but a house Rita. Three of the four of us ordered the new«Mexican» fusion offerings, and the fourth a steak. None even remotely resembled the items pictured on the menu. The«prime rib bowl» looked like Alpo ala’ Rice. My husband ordered the smothered prime rib burrito, and again just bland and awful. It reminded me of those old boil in a bag dinners, or a crappy TV dinner. Additionally, service is not awesome. When you pay $ 56.00 for a dinner for two, you should be able to expect a lot more. None of the the food was fresh or actually cooked in the kitchen if I had to guess, just heat and serve.

I was in town for a business trip, didn’t want to eat fast food so I gave this chilis a try. I ordered a to go over the phone. The person that took my order was very nice and energetic. I ordered with no problems at all. I showed up about 20 minutes later to pick my food up. I paid with ease and was in and out within 5 minutes it was awesome. I went back to my hotel room to eat and everything I ordered was in my bag as well as extra napkins and silverware. The food was still hot and was able to enjoy it. Overall my food and experience was good. I have been to quite a few chilis restaurants good and bad but this one I would have to say was good. I would definitely go back if I was ever in town again!

My friend and I came to have a nice dinner and catch up. We got there today at about 4:30. We each ordered steak. My friend ordered two sides of broccoli and I ordered broccoli and mashed potatoes. I told our waitress that for religious reasons I do not eat pork, so there wouldn’t be any on my plate. We were deep in conversation and finally looked up and realized we had been there for an hour and had not received our food. We asked our waitress, who said she would go check on it. A few minutes later she comes back, and you can imagine my horror when I see that my potatoes are covered in bacon. I told the waitress I needed the potatoes removed from my plate and she very rudely asked if I would need a whole new steak too. I said no, just get the potatoes off my plate. At this point we had waited so long, I didn’t have any reason to believe I would ever get to eat if I sent the whole thing back. My friend then cut into her steak only to find that it was cooked unevenly all the way through and was nothing close to the medium well she asked for. When the waitress returned we asked for the manager, to which she replied, no, he’s busy cooking. We told her we did not want our food, we would take our check for our drinks. She said fine and stomped off, not bothering to ask if there was anything she could fix or apologize that things were not ok. When she returned she slapped our check on the table and walked away, despite the fact that I had my card in my hand, trying to give it to her. It took about ten minutes to get her attention and get her back to the table to cash us out. So thank you, Chili’s, for ruining my night out with an old friend.

The offerings on the printed menus always look better than the food actually tastes. The watermelon cooler tasted like what I would imagine artificial watermelon would taste like. Is that possible? Though we requested the salad and soups come out first they arrived at the same time as the entrees. The fresco salad was basically bagged spinach with a tiny bit of cheese. Not cool, not tasty, not yummy.

Obviously the kitchen is understaffed. If you eat here for dinner give yourself at least 2 hours.

Chili’s is tried and true and generally the same at each location. The food is pretty good, stuff I like and return for. The staff at this location is friendly especially considering how busy they are, however you often have to wait longer than average times just to order drinks. Once drinks arrive the staff is great about refills even from the bar, huge plus for that! The downfall of this location is the kitchen. The worst part is the painfully slow time it takes to get food from the kitchen to the table. Often the food looks like it has been sitting for some time. I get it that if we order a steak our easier and faster items may sit and wait but we ordered Cajun pasta, burger bites, and kids grilled chicken. It wasn’t fresh from preparation looking and leaning towards cold. The chicken was dry. It’s like there isn’t enough attention paid to what the cooks are doing. They are over cooking food and then it sits waiting to be served. Granted it’s not always like this but the past 2 times I have been there the kitchen has been the problem. Servers and managers are awesome, however.

Went there for dinner, busy place! Probably one of the best Mexican food I’ve had! Sizzling beef& shrimp was very good, table side guacamole was good, using avocado sauce is really creative,I never like avocado before, but they put some cilantro, onion& tomato etc., made it very tasty, highly recommend!

The service is horrible today! We are sitting in the bar area and bartender is too busy exposing her single life business to other co-workers to make sure we are taken care of!!! I have had to result in Using the Ziosk to reorder my drinks!!! I would also like to point out that it is 2:50 p.m. and the there is only one other table here!

This chili’s location has really gone down the tubes since they first opened… The waitress was really friendly and she was very attentive to our table but the temperature of the food and the presentation of the food has just declined more and more. Considering all the spots that sell this type of food around burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers they don’t try to go above and beyond. With food coming out of the kitchen like this I would be ashamed as a server to deliver it to a table. Server was great but if the food comes out cold and sloppy looking that won’t make up for it and in turn it can directly be reflected in her tips. Feel sorry for the wait staff because the kitchen isn’t doing them any favors.

Convenient location, fast and friendly service, nice lunch choices for a good price. The soups we got were all way too salty. The sandwiches and flatbreads were good. The very hot water in the restroom was great for washing hands.

Cold food. Slow service. Bar tender must be a chick hater. Was ready to get me out as soon as she set my cold food down. I was drinking too!

On a business trip there are situations where you choose the«familiar» chain restaurant over something more adventurous. In town for the week from Atlanta, needing a place where I could stop for dinner between working a full day and night, and wanting(needing) a restaurant where I could access approximate calorie counts… in steps Chili’s to the resxu. The place was packed on a Monday night so I sat at the bar to make it simple and fast. I ordered a beer and made my dinner selection by completely ripping apart one of their healthier items and putting it back together again with more veggies and no rice. I needed the beer… I didn’t need the rice. The changes to the meal were simple, I know the bartender took the order correctly because when he saw it delivered(and saw the look on my face) he picked up the plate without a word and returned it to the kitchen for an overhaul. Honestly, I just swapped rice for broccoli and said«no tortilla strips» so this wasn’t rocket science. So why the high review if the meal was messed up? He knew it was wrong, fixed it without my having to request it, apologized after returning the offending meal to the kitchen. The real meal was delivered by a manager who inquired after my happiness and apologized for the confusion. And the meal was lovely. I believe this will warrant a return trip.

Ordered food to go for a business lunch. I tried to order online but after inputting everything, the website deleted everything after I checked out, so I had to call it in. The staff were very friendly and helpful with taking the order. The food was good, but the prices are very high. A simple club sandwich was over ten dollars. I had the guacamole burger. A little salty but a nice patty. The fries were decent. I can’t say I would eat here again due to the prices. I would rather patronize the mom and pop establishments if I am going to pay a lot.

Average, in every way. There is no real reason to go here ever.
