Cruddy service and barely anywhere to sit down. We had to repeat ourselves several times and they still did not get the orders right.

I have not been to this particular location for a while and there is a reason for this. The last visit that I had, I saw cockroaches by the strawberry and chocolate syrup on the back wall. I also wrote to Dunkin Donuts regarding putting glass doors to close in their doughnuts. I wrote to them to do this because when you open the door flies and other insects follow you in. I also observed people coughing and who wants donuts exposed to all of this? Dunkin Donuts never responded to my plea. I will just stick to buying my donuts from Krispy Kreme where they keep their donuts behind a glass. The next time you’re in a Dunkin Donuts, pay attention to how the donuts are exposed to pretty much anything. The iced coffe is great but just watch this location for bugs and rodents. One more thing, this location prides itself with serving ice cream. I just hope their refrigerator is constantly working to keep the ice cream cold. I once came in to buy ice cream and one half of the ice cream refrigerator was broken down and they were still trying to sell ice cream on the other half which looked halfway melted and not appetizing. I was so disgusted with this place, that I have not returned since. luckily there’s one up the street, but they do not sell ice cream.

I’m not a picky eater. I’m usually the guy to settle for a cheap and fast meal and be on his way. I have never been to Dunkin Donuts before. I’ve had their donuts before. No complaints here. To start off, this store had good customer service and everything was pretty clean. I ordered the big toasty and an iced coffee. The big«toasty» was really moist. The eggs were obviously factory made and had a rubber consistency. The bread looked good, but was so saturated in butter/grease that I wanted to vomit. The bacon and cheese… was ok. I had to take the sandwich apart to eat it. My buddy that ordered after me told me he saw them microwaving the frozen eggs. The hash browns were stale and greasy. The coffee tasted great at first… but about three sips in my taste buds were gagging from sugar overload. Not a good first impression, Dunkin. I dunno what all the hype is about. I’ll just stick to the donuts.

I LOVE French Cruellers! They are so light and airy from Dunkin. This location is very small, but the selection of donuts is large.
