Having a chronic illness, I see a lot of doctors. I have never seen a doctor with such little respect for his patients’ time and such little empathy for their condition. After multiple incidents of 2.5 hour waits, the doctor was unapologetic, then didn’t even want to treat me. My first visit, he directly accused me of drug seeking. I am a patient with enough to deal with, without the very people who are supposed to be there to help me, accusing me of these things. I left that appointment sobbing. This doctor constantly over schedules, clearly trying to maximize revenue. When confronted about that directly he said«it’s never going to change.» Not recognizing inefficiency or having no desire to improve it, in my opinion says he may apply this to the practice of medicine. My case is difficult, so he didn’t want it, which is ok, because I wouldn’t want to be treated by someone who has such little regard for efficiency anyway. I have been treated at major clinics like Mayo and Baylor who apologize if they run five minutes behind, and believe you when you ask them for help. I will also be contacting provider relations at my health insurance carrier.

Excellent pain management doctor. Established where the pain was in my hip and treated with proper medication and physical therapy. He was very attentive and the staff exceptionally friendly and trained to help.
