This is my second trip to this location. I absolutely love, love, love Brenda. She is extremely nice, courteous, and patient. I do agree that this office would benefit from a receptionist however it was quick and pretty much painless. I also think this is an out-of-the-way hidden location that nobody really knows about. It seems extremely easy to get in and out of rather quickly.

I think that this office could benefit from a receptionist to take care of the check-in procedure. There is a bit of disorganization– I arrived with my mother, who got her tests done within a 10 minute wait; on the other hand, I waited at least 30 minutes before I was tested. I was serviced by a very nice and efficient gentleman. However, there was another lady running the office who seemed very impatient and was constantly complaining. I think that she would not be so upset if she didn’t have to do both the testing and man the front desk. Other than that, the waiting room is decently sized and clean. Once you get called to be tested, the procedure doesn’t take too long. I do recommend bringing something to do while you wait though.

Friendly staff. Quiet office, spatious, and they get you in and out if your paperwork is in door. Convenient location since the surrounding areas are loaded with medical buildings and offices. Accurate, and price appropriate test results with good turnaround time.

So apparently having an appointment doesn’t mean anything here. Poorly understaffed and not able to effectively manage incoming customers. Avoid this location.

Understaffed. I called their line. The automated message said appointments are not required and walk-in patients are welcome. They failed to mention that appointments take ALL precedence over walk-ins no matter what time you arrived. This location also failed to mention that drug screenings are only from 9 – 12 and 2 – 5. Yesterday I arrived a few minutes past noon. Being pressed for time I came back again this morning. After a 1 ½ hours waiting because I didn’t set an appointment, I walked out so I may try once more tomorrow. The one lady that worked all the patients ironically, had no patience and was very irate because all the people in the waiting area were chastising her for taking so long. It’s not her fault that all the labs have different schedules and are inconsistent. TL;DR 1. Schedule an appointment to save time. 2. Employment drug screenings are from 9 – 12 and 2 – 5. 3. Bring a glossy or your ipad, you’ll be waiting awhile.

Could you have BEEN any LESS helpful or miserable on that phone-call lady? Seriously? All I wanted to know was how to access my results, without an SSN. I get that it’s a Friday afternoon and you couldn’t help me get the results yourself, but seriously? Does it hurt to be polite and friendly? RUDE.
