Extremely unhappy with the staffs here. Front desk, Yida, always look like she has a bad day and is not too friendly. It is so hard to get In contact with anyone at this location because they seem to never pick up their phone. Also because of bad communication between the nurse, Patricia, I am now currently one month behind my transfer.
(2months waiting in total for frozen pgs transfer). Feels like a waiting game for us eager couple.
On the other hand, All the doctors are extremely nice.
My husband and I are planning to switch office even though the Sugar Land location is only 5min drive for us. Thank goodness they have other locations

I have been a patient here since August 2014. This location usually is pretty quiet and they get you in and out pretty fast. The receptionist, nurses and doctors are all so friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions and always call you back within a few hours. Everything is explained clearly and the office is new and very clean. We will be trying our first cycle of IVF next month!
