Location is great. Glad they moved from the Corner of dulles to better view in hwy 6. But today, I was at the cashier waiting to buy a buffet meal. Had to wait for 3 minutes. But kinda find with that based on how many people on a saturday. But the cleaning crew threw my cup away. Kinda upset but I got a replacement. Anything else is okay.

Just left. My daughter found a baby roach on the bottom of her pizza. We informed the staff. They said sorry and left it at that. Shortly after that we see them pull all the plates and we can hear them talking about all the baby roaches they are finding. Granted they put out paper plates but if they are that bad on the plates they are everywhere. So grossed out.

Pretty good price for all you can eat pizza!
They also have nice desserts. Really can’t go wrong going to CiCi’s. I usually go with a large group of friends cause it has a nice set up for casual dinning.

Don’t ever go to this location. You will only get bad attitude, cold pizzas, dirty place, worse service ever since the new management took over. So disappointed.

yesterday on 14th may 2015 our group of 11 people visited this location to eat pizza and we all were very much unhappy. before visiting, we reserved three tables for 12 people.
we went there and the manager show our place to sit. there were mosquitos and they bite three person. then we changed our place to sit. there were not paper napkeens we requested but they did not provided. we took our selves.
back door of the restaurent was opened for one hour due to this we experianced mosquitos bite.
rest rooms were very dirty.
we will never go to this location again

Worst experience ever with slow speed of pizzas to hit the buffet and no selection. People were hovering over the 1 pizza every few minutes. They didn’t have breadsticks due to a «pan issue». The place was dirty as can be with food on the floor everywhere. Definitely won’t be going back.

They started to put garlic butter on all pizza crust for the buffet so we had to order one without the garlic butter. When it came, it is a lot smaller than what it used to be. The salad bar has a bit improvement.

I have to say, this was the best visit to a CiCi’s that we have ever had. The cost is less, ($ 5.49), the salad bar comes BEFORE the pizza, and it is complete with baby spinach. The pizza? It’s right on. Even the dessert pizzas were made right with sufficient toppings. There is even coffee if you want it. The rest rooms were clean for a Saturday, no lingering odors. It’s too bad the location in Rosenberg is not like this, but it is worth the drive. We will be back, for a delicious meal that is affordable.

Brought my 7yr old and 14mth old boys here and it was very clean. I came on Saturday at 5pm and wasn’t even crowded. The salad bar was fresh and they constantly brought out fresh pizzas. Overall a decent location. I didnt give it 5stars because its not a 5 star restaurant, and the wings are gross! I ordered the mild and they were flavorless, no sauce, they were fresh and juicy and cooked well but there was no seasoning. Do not order the wings! Other than that it was a nice visit with friendly staff.

It was better this time when we visited the cici’s pizza buffet than prior visits. Buffet was well stocked, restaurant was cool, and it was clean. We enjoy bringing the kids here on the weekends after going to the park. They tried to make us pay for a drink for the kids under three though even though they don’t charge for the buffet. We insisted on water though and didn’t allow them to charge our toddler. Don’t let them strong arm you into paying for a drink for your children under three. Other than that, it was a good experience today.

Last time I went to a CiCi’s may have been in High school after cross country races … that was almost 5 years ago.
I went to celebrate my birthday with some of my brothers and cousins. It was nice to ease back a bit and enjoy a cheap dinner. I’m paying $ 5 so I know I’m not expecting much.
The sugar land location was pretty good with reloading the buffet. And pretty fast with bringing out personal orders. It was pretty packed when we went, so finding a clean table took a while.
I loved the desserts they have, well I could pass on the cinnamon roll, but that didn’t mean I didn’t eat it. If you know what you like then the experience here isn’t bad. The key is to sit and wait for the employees to bring out the fresh ones. Makes the experience at CiCi’s so much better.

This is a great CiCi’s. The selection is great, the service is great, and the restaurant is always clean.
I think the major reason people don’t like this location is because they are expecting gourmet food and A1 service. Lol, it’s CiCi’s! Come with ordinary CiCi’s expectations and you’ll enjoy it.
Seriously, if you want to check out a bad CiCi’s, go to the one in Mission Bend or the one on Westheimer and Dunvale. Lol. You’ll be praising this one after 5 minutes in either of those locations!

We decided to eat somewhere budget friendly tonight… and since I was craving Pizza… What a great place to come! Cici had already a variety of pizza made… But we decided to also get something customized… Great idea… Made fresh to your liking!!! They also have a decent salad bar and pasta area. Desert is just ok… Brownies and Cinnamon Rolls. I would definitely say come and try it out if you looking to have a good pizza night on a budget!!!
