so, my first issue was the driver did not know where she was going. it took almost 2 hours to deliver my food & it was lukewarm when it arrived. I ordered 3 sides with my black bean burger. the small a** thing of fries (there’s literally like 15) a side of cabbage (which is the only thing I can say good about this place) & a corn on the cob which can’t possibly be messed up so. I got grilled onions & green peppers on my black bean burger & they literally put 4 tiny strips of each on here. to top it all off, the driver forgot my drink. WONDERFUL right? I will NEVER order from this place again. EVER. not recommended.

Tried to order delivery through Eat24. After almost 2 hours of waiting, contacted Eat24 for status. They called the restaurant and the manager yelled at the representative for a few minutes saying they never received the order. Apparently this same thing happened for the past 5 Eat24 orders to this restaurant– all were cancelled by the customer. Cancelling my order made it 6 fails in a row. Won’t be trying to order from this place again.

I’m pretty satisfied with my order from Lene’s. It consisted of a turkey wing plate with white rice, their «mean» green beans, and a half-​ear of corn. I also added some fried jalapenos and chicken gizzards. If you haven’t figured it out yet, we’re talking about a soul food joint. I thought the wing was very tasty, as were the green beans (which are «mean» by virtue of having meat in them).
The other reviews complain about the long wait for delivery. I went through GrubHub, so I knew my order was going to involve a wait in excess of ninety minutes, so I didn’t hold it against them when they took almost two hours. The food was still warm.
The main positive here is that the prices for individual items are pretty low by today’s standards. I got a lot of food for under $ 15. That’s somewhat offset by a $ 3.50 delivery fee, but the minimum order for delivery is just $ 10, which makes it reasonable for one person to order dinner.

I ordered my food via Eat24 hours at 2:30… at 6:35 I still do not have my food. The first time they told me that the order never came through and the third time we called, they went off on the Eat24Hours person, I still do not have my food, and this was the second time I tried to order from them thinking that the first time was a fluke. Nope. I am good.

2 hours for delivery on grub hub. Warm sodas delivered. «Loaded turkey nachos» consist of a handful of nacho cheese Doritos, shredded lettuce, and an unidentifiable cheese/​meat sauce more akin to hamburger helper. Disgusting.

This is one of those times where I wish I could give no stars at all. And that’s rare for me. I support local businesses and I do it often. However, I will NEVER order from this establishment again. It took THREE HOURS for my food to be delivered to me. I was not impressed when it arrived. The driver had no change for me b/​c of his other deliveries… The food was cold and not that good. I am just all around flat-​out disappointed. I only ate and accepted the food b/​c of how hungry I was and with two small babies it was too late for me to just pick up and leave. TERRIBLE.
