I’ve been here about 3 times & get buffalo bliss which the sauce is good over all it’s an ok place to get your quick fix of wings

I can’t speak about Wingzone’s spicy wings because I didn’t order anything spicy but I did order their samurai flavored wings, voodoo flavored wings, and Mac n cheese bites. I also checked into my lovely Unilocal app and received a free side order of their cool ranch fries. Yum!
Customer service was great ! The workers are oh so nice and bubbly. You’re guaranteed to get a free smile and warm welcome as soon as you walk in. If you happen to have a smart phone with the Unilocal app downloaded, then you’ll get a free side order of their cool ranch fries too. Their fries aren’t potato wedges but they’re kind of similar so they’re basically a potato wedges cousin. I thought that the flavors I choose were pretty good and I can’t compare them to anything because I think this place is better than the competition. The Mac n cheese bites were delicious as well.
I came here because I happened to be in town and wanted to watch the eastern conference finals. They happened to have the game on and it wasn’t busy ! Yay! 4 stars :)

I’m writing this as I’m taking a break from forcing myself to eat what I paid for… because I can think of much better ways to spend $ 30.
Well start off with the good: quick and easy online ordering with a decent delivery speed, and a courteous delivery driver. Also food arrived nice and hot. Sadly that’s it for the good.
This was the second time my wife and I got food from here, but the first time for delivery. Having tried their wings the first time and finding them average, we decided to try their burgers this time around. My wife had a classic ¼lb cheeseburger, and I tried the ½lb version of their mac and cheese burger. The patties in both burgers were dried out and way overcooked — a giant waste of their «certified angus» beef. There wasn’t a single drop of juices upon biting into the burgers. I couldn’t tell if they were fresh or frozen patties but I’m definitely leaning towards the latter. My burger had mac and cheese wedges rather than regular cheese, which were bland and clearly frozen then deep fried. The wedge fries had good flavor but also seemed a bit over cooked.
This area lacks good variety for delivery options, so I’ll probably give them another try eventually, but after wasting my money today on such mediocre food, I have no desire to give them that chance any time soon.

Wasn’t nasty but I was expecting more. The samurai chicken sandwich is a flavorless breast dipped in sauce, a lettuce leaf, and one tiny tomato slice. Onion rings were okay with the smoky bbq sauce. Not worth $ 11.

Very clean store and nice environment. Food is at a reasonable price. Ordered the special for 2 and was upset they server both orders in 1 dish with the celery sticks wrap In foil on the side. Ordered garlic Parmesan wings which were drenched in Buffalo sauce. (I think ruins the taste) Definitely will give another try.

Yummy wings! I love that they arent stingy with their sauce. Tried the honey q and thai chili. Both were delicious. Service was quick. Will definitely return

I recently went here for the first time and absolutely regret it I don’t understand what all the fuss was about this place the lemon pepper flavor was disgusting I also tried some of my friends Parmesan sauce it straight-​up Tasted like vinegar. According to the flavors parmesan is mixed with buffalo sauce and Parmesan which could explain the nasty taste would definitely not recommend this place and definitely not going again

I’ve been going to this place since it opened. In the beginning it was great. As time went on it kind of seemed like they stopped caring as much. The big thing that finally got to me was I ordered a family pack which came with two Jumbo fries. The problem is they started to give less and less portions. When I get a jumbo fry I figure it’s not going to be a fourth way full. Wing places generally cater to Drinkers and people that are throwing parties for football games and stuff last thing you want when you’re drunk is to run out of french fries. It seems like a small complaint but when you pay up to $ 50 for these family packs I just figure you’re not going to rip me off on fries and sides. Not trying to say the place is bad just more of a heads up.

Yummy wings and they deliver! My favorite flavor is the honey BBQ, chicken tenders are also pretty yummy! They’re fast and food is always piping hot!

We got a takeout order. We tried the Garlic Parm and Thai Chili. We also got two orders of Texas Toast.
The Garlic Parm was the least interesting. I couldn’t taste garlic or Parmesan The Thai Chili had a nice bite. I would get that again.
The Texas Toast is not «Texas size» at all. The pieces are very small. Four pieces fit into a hamburger box. One order is $ 1.59 and is 2 pieces. It tastes like season salt.
I will go back for the Thai Chili wings and maybe try a new flavor. It’s close and convenient.

Just came here for lunch. We got the buddy pack with 10 buffalo bliss and 10 Tokyo dragon original bone in wings, jumbo fries, and we added on 5 of the garlic parm. They weren’t quite as spicy as they made it seem, but they all had pretty good flavors! Unlike BWW, the wings don’t seem super plumped and you actually feel like you’re eating quality chicken. Would definitely go back and the fact that they have delivery is a plus, most wing places don’t do that!
The food was good, but it wasn’t outstanding. Can’t quite pinpoint what was lacking. The atmosphere of the place could use some work too. They had one tv with the sound, and the rest didn’t match and it just felt very low energy in there. Nothing turned me off to them so I’ll be coming back and taking advantage of their delivery option!

So came in and ordered, We were told wait time was 30mins. We still ordered. My girlfriend ordered Buffalo Bliss wings and I ordered a hand breaded buffalo chicken sandwich.
My girlfriend’s wings were not only really dry but also had a very hard rubbery exterior. But the buffalo sauce was quite good.
Staff was pretty friendly, can’t complain about that. The place is pretty small, we were lucky to find a spot cause people were leaving. I’ll give it a second chance soon enough.

Customer service = horrible.

I ordered online but wanted to use my Unilocal COUPON for a free cool ranch frie when you check in. I wrote on the special instructions that i had tbe coupon to show them fro. Unilocal.When i got there they said (manager) they didnt add it to my order since i didnt have a coupon code. And said they were too busy to make them for me. When all it is os french fries tossed in seasoning. She could of at least threw in a free soda for the hassle. They should have called and told me on the phone. I love coupons and free stuff. So i left the place mad. I should have listened to the reviewd. Wingstop is better overall.
Tokyo dragon sweet not spicy. Thai chili sweet & spicy apples Asian zing and wing stops spicy Korean BBq is better. Mac n cheese bite bomb. Honey q apple bees BBq wings taste better but Thier better then wingstop BBq flavor. Mango fire was really sweet but had a good kick to it as well however, I personally did not like the flavor. This one was the hottest out of all of them. The garlic parm was really good. My favorite was the Thai chili. To be honest the mac n cheese bites were my favorite thing out of my order. Thier plain potatoe wedges don’t really have any flavor to them at all. I like wing stops French fires better.

I ordered the 7 piece Smokin Q which was good. My friend ordered the 7 piece buffalo bliss wings and was not satisfied. He then went up to go bring his wings to them which they took care of him and cooked him a fresh batch that came out a lot better.

Let me start by saying we ordered to-​go, so that could have played a part in some of the quality lacking.
I had the Tame and Garlic Parm for my boneless wings. First off the outside texture was meh. Yes, they were sauced but even the ones I get at Wingstop still have some crisp to them when I order to-​go. As for the flavors, the Tame was standard buffalo sauce so nothing special there. The Garlic Parm almost tasted similar to the Tame! No hint of Parm at all for me. Wingstop has them beat there for sure.
We also ordered wedge fries, which I thought tasted pretty good but bc of the drive home, probably made them soggy so that kinda sucked.
I don’t want to knock them completely off bc as I stated, it was ordered to-​go so that could have been a reason for the soggyish textures. I will give them another try later when the crowds die down.

I tried wing zone 2 days a go and I was not impressed at all. Let me start from the beginning when they opened on Thursday I had gone to order dinner to-​go a employee stopped me before I even when in the door and told me that if I ordered online I said no. She told me they had stopped taking order because the were so backed up. She did apologize for the inconvenience but still I wasn’t happy because it was their grand opening they should’ve been more prepared.
So 3 days later I keep thinking I want to try this place out so I ordered lunch via Online this time and guess what their website had a message saying I couldn’t place a order because they had ran out of the original wings! If your business is to sell wing wouldn’t you have enough to in stock smh!
Eventually I placed an order over the phone and took an hour to get here (I live two blocks away!!) my husband order the lemon zest that was not impressive at all the steak fries were soggy and chicken Parm it didn’t even taste like it had any Parmesan just garlic wasn’t good at all.
Overall I think if you’re looking for good wings for a game or movie night I highly recommend Wing Stop instead!

I came here on Monday for their free food giveaway before they opened on Thursday. The service was excellent and so was the food. The ladies at the register were very nice and patient.
My girlfriend and I ordered lemon zinger and buffalo bliss. The boneless wings were delicious and definitely better than Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings. The fries came in a good amount and the wings had the perfect sauce.
I came here again on their opening day, which was Thursday. Sadly, they were so backed up that we were asked to come back tomorrow, order online, or wait an hour or more for food. Since it was opening day, I found that a big disappointment that the staff wasn’t prepared. Although, the cashier was very friendly and sweet. She apologized for the inconvenience and was very professional.
Once again, I decided to come here after class. Around 1:40 or so. It was semi-​empty so we were able to order. The customer service was great the other two days we went. However, today it was the worst. Considering this is a new place and they’ve only been open for two days, I expected the great service from the last two times. The two cashiers appeared to not know how to greet customers or be friendly. Also, it seemed that they were not grateful be working there. Clearly these were different workers from the past two times. When the customers can tell that the workers are in a bad mood or just not trained well, that is a bad sign.
When we got our food, it was a huge disappointment.
The wings weren’t coated nicely. They appeared rushed and put on as if the cook (or saucer, if they have one) didn’t care. Also, our order of sweet samurai was completely the wrong sauce. On their menu, it says that it is sweet with no heat. I started coughing when I took a bite, because I was not expecting any sort of spice. Clearly, the cooks do not pay attention to what sauces they put on the wings. The fries were the most stingy thing on the plate. If you compared this to wingstop and buffalo wild wings. The combo was not worth the price for such a bad amount. And the fry amount for wingstop/​buffalo wild wings is a better deal. We were also only given one ranch for 16 wings, fries, and celery (which was in a plastic bag…).
Later on after we ate some of our wings, my girlfriend looked at the menu and we figured out that the sauce they gave us must have been TOKYO DRAGON, which has a spice level of three. Now, we love spicy food and can handle it. But, not when it is a surprise. Honestly, if it is a kid or someone who cannot handle spicy food very well, this can be a potential hazard.
For the price which was around 16 dollars (excluding tip) it was not worth it. Won’t be coming for at least a month or more until they fix their problems.
I don’t remember what the girl’s name was who attended the customers behind us but she was very rude when talking to them about how they told her their wing order was wrong.
Too much rudeness from the workers and we left early because of it.
