Very bad customer service at this KFC, always out of things. Very rude and immature employees — a drive t girl gave me an insolent smirk when I asked why my order was taking more than 10min. Edgar the manager did nothing to address sitution just made excuses for drive thru girl. They treat customer complaints like a joke, go to Taco Bell instead!

This is hands down theeeee worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life. Every time we go here they mess up the order, run out of food or make a huge deal about modifying or adding anything on. The only reason I continue to return is because it’s close to my house and I have a big family. I end up regretting it every single time. The manager is a joke and doesn’t know how to provide quality customer service or address a legitimate complaint. I just cancelled my order and left this establishment just so I can drive to another store and order my meal.

By far one of the worst fast food places in stockton always always a wait for wings and to have to park in the parking lot and wait an additional ten minutes after just waiting in a long line i would have though it would have been done very dissapointed and customer service needs to step it up a notch

This KFC location runs out of CHICKEN all the time, messes up the orders regularly, never puts utensils in the bag, and sends people on there way with incomplete orders. The only way you can be sure you get everything you PAID for is to double check your bag before pulling away. But that isn’t always practical if you are in a rush and have a large order to sort thru. The only reason I continue to visit this location is because of it’s proximity to my home and it’s on my way to work. Aside from that I would say avoid this place if possible until they get there act together.

This place sucks! We’ve been to this one a few times in the past few years forgetting how terrible it is! Two of the three times we’ve actually left @ the drive thru menu because the person working acts so dumb like they don’t know how to take an order. The management needs to rethink their hiring choices as the total we would spent if they had not been so stupid would of at least been $ 20 plus each time. Note to management stop hiring dumb people!

The grilled chicken and cookie taste like cleaning chemicals. I’m just happy I tasted the food before giving it to my 2 year old grandson. WONTBEGOINGTOTHISKFCAGAIN!

Worst customer service ever!!! Went with the family to find ourself in rude environment. No one in the front counter to greet us. When I looked around we notice 4 – 5 employees in the back chillin one was sitting on the counter while another female employee was on her phone. The worst part was that they notice us and they didn’t bother to tell us we’ll be with you guys in a minute .was so upset I just walked out to my service to the one in Waterloo different story the young lady greeted us once we walked in great working team there not like KFC on Hammer Ln.

I went inside and placed my order. Then 3 guys came in and ALL3 had, thru the drive up and paid but did not get their food. I thing the had waited about 15 minutes in the drive up.. One of the guys was extremely mad and was shouting obscenity. But no one seemed to be helping him or getting orders. He kept getting madder and it probably took over 15 min, then he demanded his money back.(He was very scarey). It was like everyone went on a break. NOBODY was helping anyone for 15 min. It took 25 min to get my order and I was so scared, I almost left without my $ 20+ worth of food. I don’t know how you could take 3 cars money and then not serve them AND make them wait 15 minutes. I swear it was like every one was on a break. Who ever was in charge should be FIRED!!! It was unbelievable. I have never had a more scary, worse experience. I kept inching toward the back door thinking about Sandy Hook. It was definitely a ‘pee in your pants’ experience. A good manager would have taken care of it. But who ever the manager was, he wasn’t on duty. As an unemployed(and looking) manager, I can tell you the whole messy incident could have been smoothed over in a very short time. And 25 minutes is way too long to wait for an order… we should have been offered a free extra(coke, extra side …). Again, the person in charged should be fired.

I went in to the restaurant hoping that the 3rd time was the charm… and it was. The staff was friendly, and although the wait was a little long(at least I knew my order was going to be fresh) it was worth the wait this time. My apple turnovers did not smell like fried chicken and it was yummy! I would most likely return.

KFC, why do I love your greasy original chicken so much? Why does everything that tastes good have to be unhealthy? My doctor would kill me but I love love love the original chicken skin! I think they should sell it by the pound! Hey, KFC if you do that, I want my cut!!! You know there must be tons of chicken skin floating around somewhere with all the skinless chicken breasts the stores sell! But, alas, they probably make cat food out of it! Had the 3 pc. meal with a coupon for dinner. All white meat. Which when I asked consists of two breasts(yeah for KFC… big breasts!!!) and a wing. Somewhere around 97 cents to upgrade the wing to another breast which is what I did. I was told that there would be a three minute wait for the chicken. which is fine with me. That just means it is FRESH and HOT! And THAT is important to me. I can appreciate fresh and hot fast food. but not fresh and cold/stale fast food. My 3 pc dinner was fresh, hot and yummy. Even the roll was fresh and tasty(either that or I was starving)!! OK, here comes the one ‘but’…I asked for and received extra ‘butter’ (not real) and ‘honey’(not real either. see photo ). I got several of each. Gotta keep my cholesterol up, ya know! I started eating… opening and applying the butter. then honey to the roll. The so-called honey was pretty liquid looking and thin in consistency. Hmmm. something did not look quite right. Flipped the packet of honey over, read the ingredients: High fructose corn syrup Sugar Honey Corn syrup Natural Flavor Caramel Color Yikes!!! Ok, to be fair, they now call it «Honey Sauce». Omg, when did this change take place? What was/is wrong with serving honey like the Colonel would want? Sanders would turn over in his grave if they knew what the corporate entity has done to the ‘quality’ of his food. As we all know, the ‘butter’ is called Buttery Spread… we have come to accept imitation butter… now we have imitation honey! Watch your mail for coupons… the only way to go!

I like KFC, but everytime I go to this location I have to wait forever. They’re either out of biscuits, out of original, etc. And it’s not like I come at odd times of the day. I come during lunch or dinner when they should have plenty of biscuits and fried chicken available. One time they had a 20 minute wait for original so I took extra crispy instead. The crispy was really weird that day. It was soggy and dark brown like it was boiled in over-used grease. Blah. The next time I went it was also a 20 minute wait for original. I had the time so I waited. The problem was in the rush they had to pack the chicken right when it came out from the fryer. So after sitting in the bucket for 10 minutes, the steam completely disentigrated the crispy skin. Blah.

I was very disappointed at all of the cobwebs on this building that should of been my first clue not to go there :(but we were hoping they focus all the attention on the inside cleaning and cooking. Was told at the drive thru it would be 4 minutes for wedges after reaching the window 5 minutes later we were then told it would be 4 minutes for wedges I told the guy we had just waited 5 minutes but did not seem to really care about that and because we were starving we waited up front staring at the dirtiest place ever. Our food was brought out nice and hot which was the only reason for the 1 star but the chicken was so greasy and looked as if it had been sitting for a very long time. Not a very positive experience and don’t think we will visit again :(

I never did care for KFC since they got rid of their chicken livers. I don’t like their spices, breading… yuck. Tastes like chicken marinated in vomit and spices. Bleck.

this is the only kfc i will go to. this one always has what you want and it tastes good. the service is good and its nice inside. all the other kfc’s i have been too have rude people this one is the only one that have nice ones. keep up the good service :)
