STAYAWAY! These guys are scammers. It isn’t even a corporate T-Mobile, just a knock off TPR called Mobile One. They pride themselves in terrible customer sevice, harassing mall patrons, and adding uneccessary charges on your monthly bill to boost up their own monthly commission. These guys are a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate T-Mobile location. These guys will RIPYOUOFF

I went today 1÷3÷15 to get a phone and service from T-mobile and the customer service from Kenia Guzman was outstanding, the best ever, very informative and very patient with me and my girlfriend. We bought an iPhone 6 and we ended up returning it because SIM card ended up working with a previous phone we had. She went the extra mile to meet our needs, I recommend anyone to shop in here for a phone and ask for her, she will blow you away with her services…

It is my experience that Tmobile cares more about their company than they do it’s own customers! No loyalty at all! What kind of company does not disclose to their customers that they are on a 2 year contract until after they have already added a new line of service? A line of service, by the way, that was added on without a 2 year contract! How did I find out you ask? When I told that was considering whether or not to cancel the service They told me my bill would be one amount when it turned out to be $ 20 more! I am a very dissatisfied customer! I’ve spoken to customer service, retention but they don’t care!!! I am pretty much stuck with paying this unprofessional company until 2015!!!

Rosa helped me buy a phone and basically didn’t tell me about a $ 200 migration fee!!! Obviously someone needs to be trained better.

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The phone service is good and their plans are decently priced. However, don’t even think about going to this store after 5pm. I waited in line for over an hour! I ended up leaving and going back on Sunday morning. No one was there and I walked right up to the counter. ***Update*** My daughter is on her 3rd Sidekick. First she got the Sidekick Slide which kept deleting her whole address book and all of her messages(a catastrophe for a 14 year old!!) and then it wouldn’t stay charged, We replaced the battery and still had the same problem. We finally got T-Mobile to send us another phone and it worked okay for a couple of months and went back to doing the same thing. She didn’t want that phone anymore so I ended up paying another $ 400 for a Sidekick LX. We have about 15 more days to decide if we’re going to keep it.
