We liked this store! There were plenty of employees. We were asked several times if we needed anything or any help. The women shoe selections were good. The popcorn smelled wonderful! The lady who posted about the chair should not have moved the seat, as there isn’t room in the aisles, and it breaks fire marshal rules for safe escape routes. We found two pairs for my wife, with 50% off the second pair, and the pricing was great. Some $ 84.xx for both. And the music was oldies. We’ll be back.

Horrible customer service. There were several employees working and only a few customers shopping, yet not one of the employees said hello to me or offered help, which I needed considering I couldn’t find any of the shoes in boxes that I wanted to try on. One of the employees was walking around eating popcorn and dropping it on the floor (wow). That same employee was actually helpful though. I asked for some socks to try on a pair shoes (the one pair I was actually able to find) and he ended up bringing a stool over for me to sit on. That was nice of him. However, a few minutes later a security guard came over and took the stool. So I tell him I’m using it. He said it couldn’t be there (exactly where the employee had put it) and then rambled on about how it’s supposed to be in a corner or several other places in the store that he kept pointing to. I basically said forget it and left. It’s safe to say I won’t go back.

I agree with three XL T about about their shoes sizes! I bought a couple of pairs of size 12 shoes when they first opened, but could not find a 12 when I went there last week on styles that I wanted, I talked to the cashier/​salesperson who was friendly, but he told me a lot of the shoe styles are very new and they’re trying to see which sizes market best. He old me to come back in a month to see if new sizes become available in the style that I want. That doesn’t help much when I need a a pair of work boots now because the outer soles are completely worn out!
What’s ironic is they carried in the style I wanted a 13, but not a 12 which is a far more common size. I’ll be a little more fair and give a 2, but I totally agree about someone giving a 1. If you are unable to purchase a shoe that you need because the store doesn’t stock a COMMON size then it is not worthy of a good experience rating.

This place is great. Lots of styles to choose from for men, even more for women and kids. Even though they don’t carry larger sizes above 11 or 12, I don’t think it warrants just a single star rating based SOLELY upon that. Still a great store with fair prices.

If you are MAN with a LARGE shoe size, DON’T waste your time at this spot. They only have up to size 10⁄11 on most shoes for men.
