Round Table Pizza

I went here with a friend. The service was great and the place seemed clean. I’ve been to a few other Round Tables; this one felt much newer and polished. Overall it was a good experience. I prefer it to the one on Pacific.

Never ever order a pizza for delivery here. If I were you, I’d opt for Domino’s instead. Cheaper, faster, better.
I only come here if I have a coupon or if my sister and I want to hit up the buffet. The buffet is open on certain hours on school nights and during lunch hour on Sundays. It’s a great option for the price — it includes a salad bar, at least 3 different kinds of pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon twists, etc.
When we’re not ordering from the buffet and dining in, my family and I usually order the King Arthur’s Supreme and BBQ Chicken Pizza. The classic BBQ wings are pretty good too.
The staff here really ought to come out and clean the place a little more. Most of the time there are more dirty tables than clean tables.
The one thing Round Table does not lack in is customer service. The staff here has always been flexible with my family’s coupons. The rule is one coupon per visit but there have been times where they honored two coupons for the same order, thus we saved so much more money. Round Table is on the pricey side, and as pricey as they are, the pizza is not that great. I never pay full price for their pizza! Never ever!

Straight fuckin trash. Waited close to an hour for two pizzas. Customers who showed up after us got their pizzas before we did. Never returning to this establishment again.

I will never order a pizza online for delivery, the estimated delivery time online was 25 – 35 minutes, however, I received a call shortly after placing my order to inform me that it would not be delivered for 1 hour 30 minutes. I declined the delivery and went to pick it up myself. But they still charged me a delivery charge because I paid for the pizza online. They didn’t know how to refund the delivery charge since I paid online. Crazy that their customer service or managers are not trained better. Poor service on delivery and very expensive! Pizza is good and that’s the only reason I would go back. Very far and few between visits at this round table pizza

Food is always great from Round Table. Their downfall was the service. I called in an order, lady was abrupt and treated me like I was disturbing her. When I asked questions, she jumped in like I was asking for the item, I had to clarify what I asked was a question. She was not paying much attention. I picked up my food since wait for delivery was over an hour and they charge extra fee. Overall, food is too expensive to be treated like I am bothering them and distracting them.

Staff was very helpful, food came out fast and it was a nice clean place. Has a few things to keep kids busy, and also a huge meeting room or banquet room.

Wow. Just wow. It is RIDICULOUS how long it takes to get a pizza delivered when we live only 10 minutes away! I agree with Jennifer C. «If you want same day delivery, order elsewhere!» Placed an online order at 6:06pm to be delivered at 7:15pm. Needless to say, we did not get our order. Called at 7:42pm and the manager, Brianne said that «they left awhile ago.»
I called again 10 minutes later and she said the same thing, «they left awhile ago.» But she also claimed that we had put our order for 8:15pm and NOT 7:15, but she will refund us our money back onto our card within 24 hours.
Guess what? 9pm and STILL NO PIZZA! I called them back and Ben tells me that Brianne canceled the order. This so called manager was RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC. I will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

Terrible service, place was dirty. Workers did not greet the customers. Last but most certainly not least, there is never any pizza when you go for the buffet.

If you want same day delivery call elsewhere. Placed order at 5:14 and was quoted a fulfillment time of 5:54. It’s 6:38 and no pizza in sight. I have three hungry kids, one of which is a my two year old who keeps saying «want pizza». How sad is that?
They are more expensive than most pizza places. I’ll drive to Rick’s in Lodi next time.

Wow! Seriously, Little Cesars is better. We ordered an XL Triple Play pizza with pan crust last night at 9pm. Specifically asking for the thick crust and this is what we got. Were they mad that we ordered at 9pm? Seriously! We need a real pizza place here. Stop supporting the quick fix and demand quality. This is ridiculous!

Should have read the reviews first before ordering from this location because most of them are like mine. Very poor customer service. Ordered online and picked up my pizza only to notice when I arrived home they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a cinnamon twist side which they gave me Parmesan instead. Drove back only to arrive to a cashier talking on her cell phone which she made me wait first. There manager needs to set things straight over there. Then they fixed my order with not even a «sorry» for it. Don’t go to this location, I know I’m never going to it again.

After my first review we were invited back in hopes of a better experience. This time around the staff was courteous and attentive, place was clean but the food was crap. If a small cheese pizza costs fourteen bucks with tax, I expect a great cheese pizza, not a dried out crust. The specialty pizza we ordered was actually burnt on about half the pizza. I like my pepperoni crispy but this was black and more like a cracker so overcooked. This location is definitely off my list now, I won’t waste anymore time or money here.

I ordered delivery online and it was to arrive at 6:08pm. It’s is now 7:08pm. 1 hour late isn’t ok, not even a simple phone call to let me know they’re even coming or not. Maybe it’s time to order from another pizza place. Thankfully I didn’t choose to pay online with a credit card. Seriously they should not quote a 40min delivery time if it truly isn’t 40min.
Infact I used to be a delivery driver at the old Lodi location on Kettleman Lane in the shopping center that has Smart foods at the opposite end from where Round Table used to be. I offered a discount or free appetizers or the next pizza free. I did something to make up for the inconvenience. My boss made sure I did because he wanted happy costumers. So far no offer. I’m not happy.

Ordered Calzone, 6 wings and soda online. Was going to have it delivered but the delivery time was 40 minutes. I hadn’t eat all day so I was really hungry and decided to pick it up myself. Online order said it would ready in 20 minutes. After 15 minutes I left to pick it up.
Server was Jasmyne, at least that is the name on my receipt. When she didn’t give me my order right away, I asked how much longer for my order to be ready. She told me 15 more minutes and they weren’t even busy at that time.
15 minutes came and went. 20 minutes, 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I got behind the person at the counter to get my money back. I was tired of waiting. 1 hour to get a calzone, wings and 1 liter of soda? That is ridiculous! I will never go back there again. This time you really pissed me off and apparently I am not the only one that gets treated this way. Just check out these reviews. I wish I would have read them before I placed my order. I was starving and there were a lot of other choices besides yours!

Wow. Worst service ever. It took us an hour to get our pizza. We left and then they said «oh wait we have your pizza» and gave it to us free. Also one of the waitresses didn’t know WHO ANY OF THE PIZZA WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO. She asked every table instead of figuring it out. Also, while I was eating the pizza, I found a bit of wax paper. Another couple was eating by my family and they had to wait half an hour to get a small pizza. Needless to say, I will never go there anytime soon.

Yikes, nothing more awkward then waiting 30mins for a custom half and half pizza you were late 10mins picking up… just be truthful and say we havnt made it yet so I can order some drinks for the wait*

I think it’s funny all the reviews are like mine.
I called, the «manager» Mia, said that after an hour and 20 minute wait for the pizza I had already ordered, and confirmed, that they don’t deliver to me and she doesn’t know why her staff would say that. And then offered to discount my meal if I wanted to come and get it. Lol. Seriously !? I expected a lot more from a place we used to eat at regularly. Absolute worst customer service. And by the looks of it, not the first time by far.

Large triple play pepperoni was the special of the day. But at $ 18.99 doesn’t seem like much of a special. Let’s see how it tastes. I also ordered a salad with the pizza and that was $ 5.99. But there is really a great selection of salad topping to add to your mixed salad. I wasn’t disappointed in the salad at all. The place is clean and the guy at the counter was friendly enough. Self serve drinks are $ 2.09 each. Now for the triple play pizza first off this was NOT the triple play pizza I ordered and paid for. This was a regular pepperoni pizza. Which is fine but don’t tell me I’m paying for a triple pay pepperoni and not give me what I ordered. When I took the pizza up to the front the guy said sorry and offered to give me a triple play, He was very nice about it. Again good customer service. So the pepperoni was served HOT! And I mean HOT almost burned your fingers, I loved that. The pizza was also well don’t which I requested. There was plenty of pepperoni and the sauce was tasty and flavorful. No skimping on the sauce or cheese. Good pizza, served hot and a very good salad bar.

I went here with my son for dinner. He wanted pizza and we were close to Stockton today. The plaza looked safe enough for dinner so we gave it a go. Ordered and paid first then sat down. Food came out after a short time. Greasy but my son likes it. Will return

I decided to order a pizza on my way through Stockton from Sacramento to Los Angeles.
I called and ordered a small, pepperoni, salami, xcheese, xsauce, half with jalapeño on original to go.
The woman who answered the phone was nice and pleasant.
When I went in was greeted by who I think was the one who took my order. She told me she would be right with me and was there within 2 minutes. I paid and she said that pizza was coming out right now and all she had to do was cut it.
While waiting I watched as she washed her hands and went to take it from the oven. From what I saw the kitchen seemed really clean. One of the cleaner, more organized kitchens I’ve seen in a while. It wasn’t busy, so I may have caught them when they had the time to clean… Which is nice to know that once the crowd clears out they aren’t just sitting around chillin rather doing something productive!
She came over and showed me the pizza. It looked perfect so I was out the door.
The pizza itself tasted delicious! She made it just the way I ordered, it was hot and the crust was perfect. Sometimes you’ll get the crust a little burnt, but this wasn’t… It was light and crispy.
I will order from this one again. Yum!
