1) I came in for a color and Veronica totally took the time to understand my wants and needs! She listened which is rare for stylists now.
2) She offered to pick up a smoothie for me because I was starving in the chair.
3) She took the time to evaluate what my hair needed and wrote down everything she did in my session so I can hold the next person up to her standards.
4) She took my dead, disgusting blonde mess and made my hair healthy and brunette again!
If this was my local Supercuts, she would be the only person I’d come to!

Laura is great, she does a wonderful job with our hair. We have been coming to her since 2009 when she was at the previous location on Lower Sacramento Road. She is always very pleasant, accommodating, and performs her craft in a timely manner. She is great at framing the face. texturing, styling and accentuating the beauty in hair. Truly an artist, she responds to input from her patrons while providing helpful direction when asked. Very nice Lady with a demeanor that makes you very comfortable.

I love this place, simply because of the girl who does my hair. Reina is GREAT! She is seriously the only person who has ever been able to cut my bangs correctly to where I love them when I leave the salon. She has officially become the only hair stylist that I will go to. I’ve also had my hair deep conditioned there, and went today to get a fresh color. Yeah, sometimes you have to wait because it’s a busy place, but the quality of the product is great and everyone has always been really nice when I’ve been there.

Not worth it, lacks customer service and way over priced. I did a walk in and there was no greeting of any sort the girl who cut my hair seemed to have an attitude. Dont take it out on customers if you hate your job.

This is close to my house. so convenience is a factor in my review. Price is reasonable and I always get nice ladies. They do very well with my 8yr old child’s hair and she likes them a lot. My cut depends on whether they rush through or not and I am sorry to say I have never had the same person twice. Don’t know whether they move from store to store, are they unhappy or what? wish I could establish a relationship with a hairdresser but I don’t think supercuts is that kind of place at least in Stockton, anyway

HORRIBLE!!! I called a day before to make an appointment for my daughter to get her brows waxed and hair styled for her 8th grade promotion. She didn’t want anythig too fancy, curls and a brade across the back. I got a call from her 40 minutes after her appointment that she was done. I was already concerned…40 minutes for hair and a wax? When I pick her up after work, about 30 minutes later (she was with my mother… not waiting at the hair salon, LOL) her hair was already flat. On top of that, whoever they assigned to do her hair told her she can’t do the braid. So, with an appointment for a hair style in advance, she ended up with curls that were gone within an hour.

I’ve been here three times; once to get a hair cut and twice for a bang trim. The store is clean, and the employees are friendly. Came on a busy afternoon and there was a 30 minute wait– no problem, since Target is close by I can easily waste some time there! I felt that the lady who trimmed my bangs listened to what I really wanted, actually looked at the pictures I showed her on my phone and even suggested some ideas. I normally do a side-​swept bang, but you know it’s too long when it’s getting in someone else’s face when you lean over to talk to them! haha! I decided on a short, above the brow bang– the stylist suggested a cut that would allow me to also do a full fringe but I decided against it– The last time I had fringe bangs I think I was in middle school: P Overall, I am really pleased with the service I got here, would definitely come again and I’m looking for that lady again! Too bad I didn’t get her name!
