My tenant called me on a saturday afternoon when I was out of town. I called a few people recommended by friends but no one answered the phone. I went to Unilocal and found Mei’s Plumbing. He had a great rating. I called and Mel answered. Good sign… I told him the situation and he was at the house in 45 minutes. He called me back, told me he had to order the part but the water heater was still under warranty so the part would be free, the only charge would be shipping and his labor. Three days later the part arrives, Mel installs it and sends me a very reasonable bill. Excellent work !!! Thanks Mel

Had our main sewer line backup after returning from a vacation, I knew it was root intrusion again. Called around and got some ridiculous prices then spoke to Sean, he was there within the hour and fixed it no problem, and for a price that was well below everyone else.

In January our main sewer line going out to the street got plugged up and we needed someone to come and root it out as soon as possible. The problem was, it was on a Sunday afternoon. I’ve used them before and knew they would take care of it, but to my amazement, within only 30 to 40 minutes of making the call, Sean from Mel’s Plumbing arrived to save the day. He not only cleared the main drain, but used a smaller line to snake our slow draining bathtub while he was here. Not only is their service great, but the price was much lower than other places I had called before. I highly recommend them! Thanks Sean!
