KFC

Went through the drive thru and ordered food for 4. The order screen was broken and the wait time at the window was long. Even after waiting, we were told to pull around and park and our food would be brought out to us. When we ordered we asked for 4 honey mustard sauces for each of the popcorn chicken orders, making a total of 12. We were told ok by the girl at the window. When the food was brought out to us eventually, we didn’t have the honey mustard sauce. Not 12, just NONE. I got out and went inside to the counter and asked for the honey mustard because we had ordered it and it wasn’t in the bags. The girl who took our order walked up and said to me, «you don’t have to be rude!» She then told me that the most she could give me was 8. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me the same story. I would have even paid for more but that was never even offered. I then brought up her employees’ insulting attitude and she patronized me by saying that she would handle it. We all know that THAT won’t ever happen. I asked for the district managers name and number and was told his name is Craig and he would be in that location this morning. I called and asked to speak with Craig this morning and was told that there’s nobody there by that name. What a bunch of CRAP! If someone from KFC reads this review, I’d be more than happy to discuss all of these issues and provide the exact time and receipt number for varification. And hopefully you’ll actually address these issues with the help of your in store cameras.
JUST DON’T GO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY FOR JUST OK FOOD AND RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

ZERO STARS!!! I hate this KFC!!! Everything looks suspect!!! I feel like if you order something on sale or a special they give you the most messed up pieces of chicken. I just left there and they gave me a chicken leg with absolutely no skin on it. The other piece leg was broken. The hot wings are tiny and dried out… I’m like really? Always? WTF??? Never again.
And if you decide to go here… DONT DO IT!!!

OMFG. How stupid do you have to be to get someone’s order wrong EVERY time?! I wish my boyfriend didn’t like this place or I would never come here. Over priced and my hot wings looked burnt. And the stupid assholes that work there always get my order wrong. One guy is nice, I wish I knew his name because sir, this review is not about you, it’s about the incompetent rude ass coworkers you have. This place is horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst drive through ever…17 min… Wrong food, melted ice cream. Young kid with bad attitude… Had to give them back the receipt so they could figure out what I ordered. Third time with this issue…
Obviously my fault for going back… They suck.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve had KFC because recent past experiences weren’t great. I had a coupon for a chicken dinner so today I decided to give it a try. Service was friendly and efficient and my to go order was ready in no time.
My chicken was original recipe. very juicy and tender. The potatoes and gravy were actually hot and perfectly seasoned. The cole slaw was cold and crisp and the biscuit was flakey and fresh tasting.
I must tell you my expectations weren’t high so I was very pleasantly surprised with a delicious old fashioned chicken dinner. Portions are just right and I had all white meat with chicken left over. I’m happy to leave a glowing review and I will return.

Cashier seemed like he hated his own life and was miserable talking to anybody. I don’t want somebody like that putting together my meal.

The worst meal I’ve had in a long long time. If KFC does not get their act together, I predict problems for the company in the future.
The employees were the best part of the experience. The white meat was stringy and tough, the dark meat was soggy and chewy… evidently held too long in the warmer. The macaroni in the macaroni and cheese tasted of old pasta. The diet A&W root beer taste like shit.
A miserable experience. I had to rinse my mouth out with bottled water when I got back to the car!
Those who know me well know that I am not a picky eater. I had leftovers of everything and I dumped it all in the garbage at the restaurant.
KFC needs to roll everything back about 25 years when they were decent and the Colonel was still alive.
Next time Popeyes, Churches, El Pollo Loco’s…any other chicken but KFC!

I wish I can give them 0 stars. EVERYTIME! It NEVER fails, my food is cold! The food is always cold and soggy and my chicken (wings, tenders, etc.) and sides are terrible. It’s bad enough that’s it’s always soggy, old, and greasy but cold too?! Ugh! I want some good chicken dammit! Sorry KFC (referring to this location only because it’s the only one I go to) but you suck!

This KFC will forget to put items you ordered in your bag so check your order before you leave the drive thru. This has happened to me on several occasions and I have stopped going because of it. The customer service isn’t that great either, only a couple of the employees are on top of things. The others walk around like it’s their first day on the job. The food taste OK half of the time and the other half its sloppy or cold.
