Customer service is sketchy; depends on what day and what time you go. The drinks themselves are pretty good and the breakfast foods are good as well. It is pretty much your average Starbucks, not the greatest but good enough to get your daily caffeine fix.

This review is directed more to management, not the cheerful and apologetic baristas. Out front, there was a sign promoting the Toasted Graham Latte. Eager to try the drink, I waltzed in and ordered. Much to my dismay, they were out of the Toasted Graham. Drat. I looked up at the menu and noticed the Salted Caramel Mocha. Excited to enjoy a sweet and salty beverage, I ordered the drink minus the Mocha only to be informed that they were out of salt. Starbucks, what could have been done to communicate your under ordering situation? How many other people experienced the tragedy of «We’re out of XYZ!»? Remove the sign or put up a «We’re sold out!» sign. Flustered and frustrated, I ordered a Grande Americano with steamed soy topper. It was very mediocre.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to hundreds. The baristas here make all the difference: attentive, friendly, confident but not arrogant, and a zeal for their work. I’ve never received better customer service from any other location. The drive thru service, even when there is a line, is quick and our orders were filled correctly… beverages tasted perfect. This team knows their coffee and loves their jobs.

Cashier was nice and helped me choose a coffee, but nobody explained I had to pick it up at a different counter, by the time I FOUND the coffee it was about 5 mins later. Customer service could be better here.

I enjoy this location very much. Parking is a pain but they share it with two other establishments so I understand the tight squeeze.
The employees and manager are super sweet. I’ve only encountered one rude employee so far. The issue was taken care of right away. I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt response.
I love the ambiance and friendly service here.
