I’ve eaten at this location a few times and have always had a positive experience. Our waiter, Conner, was very accommodating and always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The food at PFC is what I’d consider an Americanized version of Oriental cuisine, not salty or greasy. All of there dishes are freshly prepared and hot of the grill with a variety of spicy sauces. I would definitely return for lunch or dinner.

Husband and I went for a date night with a gift card we got for Christmas and I was very much underwhelmed. I am not a large woman by any means but I ordered the spicy tuna roll and a 3 of the lobster tacos and I was still very hungry. So I ordered a California roll and still wasn’t full but gave up. I also ordered a terrible-tasting margarita(I know, I know, who goes to Asian and orders a marg??) that had seemingly no alcohol. Husband got the pepper steak and enjoyed it but he didn’t rave about it. I was just really, really underwhelmed and still hungry. Will I go back? Yes because we still have money on our gift card. Will I go and pay for it after the GC is gone? Nah. Not worth it.

Came to have dinner with my two sisters tonight. Server was super nice and attentive. Once we were seated, we were served promptly. Our server was running around everywhere, but she still stopped by to check on us and remove plates. She was awesome! Ginger Beer: Tangy ginger flavor with sweet after taste. Garnished with candied ginger, which I LOVE. Clean taste. Crab Wontons: Not fried long enough so it wasn’t as crispy as I usually like. They needed an extra 20 seconds in the fryer… but it tasted good. The sweet chili sauce underneath complimented wontons well. Kung Pao Street Tacos: Tasted good, but the tacos were not consistent. One taco had all vegetables, one had all chicken, and one had both. Aside from that, the grilled vegetables went well with the Kung Pao chicken. The«tortilla» part of the taco was actually not a tortilla, which I love. Crispy Honey Shrimp: My youngest sister devoured the whole thing within minutes. It had averaged-sized, but perfectly cooked shrimp. It was moist, and sweet but savory at the same time. The shrimp was lightly fried to perfection. There wasn’t too much batter and the shrimp definitely shined. Chang’s Spicy Chicken: My sister said she really liked it and had no complaints at all. But I don’t think there was enough sauce or marinade or something. There was some kind of flavor, but it was light and I would’ve liked more of it. The chicken was cooked properly and very moist. The moistness of the chicken made it easy inhale the whole plate. Mongolian Beef: A little salty, but otherwise it was DELICIOUS! The beef was marinaded well and cooked perfectly. I love that Mongolian flavor! I honestly didn’t even mind the saltiness. I would probably go back if the opportunity came up.

PF Chang’s is a great place to go to whenever you wish. It many look fancy but really you can dress casual. I love their sangrias, a little to much of ice but still great. but their lemon chicken is by far the best! so yummy and tasty.

So bad and so over priced. I didn’t think highly of this place, but we got a $ 50 gift card, so we did a pick up. lobster fried rice — can’t believe this bland, simple fried rice is $ 17.50. The lobster is not even fresh, or real, but deep fried. The lobster isn’t even part of the fried rice, they are just placed on top. kung pao chicken — nothing special. tough, dry meat. I believe they use the same chicken and just mix diff sauce depending on the dish. shaking beef — beef is so dried and hard that made my teeth hurt. I thought i was eating beef jerky. these 3 dishes came up to about $ 50. Very small portion and nothing special for this price!!! i could go any China King and be more happy bout it. Oh, they also forgot my plates, chopsticks, utensils, fortune cookies, and napkins like i asked for on the phone!!!

Been to this Changs at least 6 times before, but tonight might be my last. Had the ribs for appetizers and they were luke warm. Also had two egg rolls which really looked good on the plate until I picked one up and it was sitting in a pool of grease. Clearly they just dunked them to get them hot but it didn’t work… They too were Luke warm. Wife had Changs chicken which she always gets but this time there was no sauce and that’s the best part. Waitress was nice and got her some on the side but by the time she got it dinner was over. I had the Kung Pao shrimp which also lacked any extra sauce and was just blah. Just really disappointed. Had to drive an hour to get here. Ugh…,

Food is the usual PF Chang food. However the service has gotten worse! The waiter we got today was so grumpy! No smile no greeting. in fact we asked him ‘Hi How are you?’ Seriously ? We may probably go to another location the next time we feel like P F Changs. Service at this location sucks!

I tend not to be too harsh on restaurants but this P. F. Chang has a weak link that ruined our dining experience. First I will state the one star is for the hosting and management that took care of our table of two. We were seated at a wonderful spot with a great view of how impeccable the inside of the restaurant looks. We were greeted, 15 minutes after being seated with a, «be right back.» After watching our waiter greet two tables of 4 or more we were approached by a manager who got our drinks. About 20 minutes go by, still no sign of our waiter. I felt as if because we weren’t a large check that we were not a priority. Thus, a manager was flagged down by a host to take care of us. We still waited about 30 minutes for food on top of the 30 we had waited just to get drinks. It would have been even better if I didn’t feel like the meal sat in the window for our server to pick up. After a few bites, the first time our waiter appeared, he accidentally brought us alcoholic drinks. The second time, I asked for a spicy sauce and he said it will take a while… seemed to be the theme. The sauce was never brought. Refills were given by another server. All and all, the weak link is this one server, taking on 5 tables and blaming the kitchen or he kept saying, «it’s crazy in here.» I will not be going to this P.F. Chang again. There is one on Fairfax that is amazing and I highly recommend instead of Dulles!

Terrible food, terrible service, dirty, GM that doesn’t care about customers. Multiple parties complaining as we walked out the door. Not at all like other locations in the area.

You might wonder why after my last review I was back. Well, the Cheesecake Factory next door had lines of people waiting and this place didn’t so I decided to give it another chance. I ordered the same cup of hot and sour soup so I could compare it to last time, and fortunately, this time, it was really good. Next, I selected oolong tea to go with calamari and sweet sauce, served on the side. The seafood was excellent, more than adequate for one person’s meal, spread over dried rice noodles(tasteless, didn’t eat them). I’m not yet wild about this place, but I will say I left satisfied. A meal is always more pleasant when you are served by an attentive waiter. Things could be improving here!

I really like PF Chang’s and this location did not disappoint. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and nice, he was a bit chatty but it was in the name of efficiency. He did a good job, kept our drinks full and kept us informed of wait times so I was all for it. I never experiment when I come here, I always get the combo fried rice, I know predictable… But it’s consistently good.

–Food tastes great but is way too salty! –Service was average; I wish our glasses hadn’t gone empty for so long because, did I mention, the food was so salty! Excuse me while I go eat a pound of bananas…

Typical suburban PF Chang’s deal. The lettuce wraps are good, the food in general is pretty good. I was pretty unimpressed to the see the restaurant nearly empty and the hostesses hassling a family of 9 with 3 little kids. They told the family they couldn’t accommodate them for hours and yet… there were empty tables everywhere — including an empty/dirty table that had had 9 people just leave. We sat in the bar. Our waiter looked and acted like Guy Smiley. He was nice, but overbearing, which was way out of sync with our vibe.(A) We had just flown into Dulles from SF and(B) we were in town for a family emergency. Isn’t rule #1 of all jobs still, «Know Your Audience?» With a 2-hour drive ahead of us, it was pretty obnoxious how he kept pushing alcohol on us… We won’t be back anyway but I wouldn’t say it was a flying colors kind of meal.

I dont eat chinese food as much as before due to my love for Thai and Vietnamese food, even though P F Changs is americanized its really good and the service is on point, happy hour specials are decent and during certain times of the year they have limited time offerings which is usually when I try to stop in, my last visit I tried food from the new year Lucky 8 menu and everything was awesome, if you‘ve never been and drop in the lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp are must trys!

Horrible brown rice. Horrible pad thai. Decent lettuce wrap. Very good mongolian beef. Decent kung pao scallops. I have much better memories of this place than the present reality. Smaller portions. Way too small. High prices. No more presentation of the custom made sauce. No sauce at all, we had to flag down our waiter to get sauce, and he brought sweet sauce, mustard?!, and plain chili paste. Frankly, there are just two reasons to go here at this point. 1, the atmosphere is very nice. 2, we did go there for my daughter’s birthday, and they threw in free birthday cake and a candle for her at the end of the meal. Correction, they brought the largest slice of chocolate fudge cake I have ever seen in my life, enough that six of us couldn’t finish it. That was pretty cool.

So, I’m not normally a big«chain» fan, but I was really pleased on a recent dining experience at this PF Chang’s. First off, I had made a reservation but was running a little late — gave them a call and they were happy to accommodate and I was seated promptly once I arrived. I appreciated that they seemed to be fairly organized with scheduling here(which is essential when you have a movie to catch after!). I’ve had the lettuce wraps before, but as usual, they were great. A fairly filling appetizer that is still healthy before your meal comes out. I ordered the coconut curry vegetables and tofu which was delicious and the serving was generous(I had enough leftovers for another meal!). I’ll definitely come back here again. I keep craving the coconut curry!

This location was a bit of a disappointment. We stopped in on the way to a local conference. We made our way to the bar area for some quick appetizers and a drink. We landed a couple of seats in an area that appeared to be for wheelchairs. The bartender said that no one ever used that section so he said we could sit there. Of course, that was obvious when we sat down to a sticky and wet counter area. Even after using my drink napkin to clean it, no one made an attempt to wipe it down. We ordered several dishes: crispy green beans, dumplings, calamari, ahi, egg rolls, and their signature margaritas. Unfortunately, the food was not up to PF Changs standards. Although the calamari was tasty, it appeared to have been sitting out for a while. The crispy green beans were heavily coated with batter and were so greasy. The pork dumplings also looked and tasted like they slapped those things on the microwave and served them up! Service was definitely lacking. Although we were asked if we wanted water, it never came until after we asked twice. I’m sure it was busy for a cold Sat night but usually sitting at the bar should bring some sort of urgency to a drink request. All in all, it fulfilled our dining needs but not sure if I would recommend this location.
