Don’t let the negative reviews deter you. If you dig a little deeper into the filtered reviews you’ll see that the good outweighs the bad. So the reason for my visit today was for a keratin treatment. I had won a gift certificate from a work raffle. I booked my appointment at 10:30 am. Showed up on time. There were already about four woman in the salon being cut processed and primped. I was seated for a wash right away. Which came to my surprise because the place already had clients. Jasenya washed my hair and I wash seated quickly and immediately was seen by Ziada(Zee). Very personable hands on the shoulders smile! «What are you here for today?» Gave her my certificate and I was on my way to process. Had delicious cookies. Was offered refreshments multiple times. I will say(and this isn’t negative) that I found myself waiting a few times, BECAUSE she had no receptionist and that place was PACKED. So my minds like«this place is nothing like the reviews I’ve read. This place is busy!» I’m glad I went. Ziada works very hard and so do her employees. So! Long story short! I left this place very happy. I will recommend and I will be returning. THANKYOUZIADAANDCO.

I had a brazillian blowout, the stylis Tucie was great, however I was suckered into buying the special shampoo and masque only to come home to find out I could get it so much cheaper on Amazon, my bad, live and learn, I won’t be buying any products from a salon again!!! Everything is a life lesson Otherwise, my hair looks super great.

OH ! so right after they opened up the salon again, Zaida sends me a compliment saying i dont know what i am talking about because the posting was made after the hurricaine. SOEFFINGWHAT??? & not to mention unprofessional. i went to this salon well before this disaster happened and have to say that the polish chipped and all fell off the very next day. Haircuts suck and you walk out with more split ends than you come in with if thats even possible.

I am not surprised at all the horrible reviews this place has gotten. I received the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my entire life at this place. I’m not even exaggerating. It was horrible. I brought a picture in of a style I really liked. I don’t know why I even bothered because the girl just did whatever she wanted to. She butchered my hair. It took months for it to finally start looking normal again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Unprofessional — Poor Results — Totally Dissatisfied. After having this salon recommended to me, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was an extremely poor one. The staff and management do not understand good customer service nor what being a professional entails. They think that knowing how to cut and style hair should be enough. What I received was a horrible haircut — lopsided and uneven. Never had I been to a salon where I was in and out of the chair in 30 minutes. I felt that the hairstylist was uninterested in providing me with suggestions and just wanted to do as little as possible. Obviously, the results can attest to this. When I got home, I saw that the haircut was poor. When I called the salon to address this issue, I was not able to speak to a person live, but left a message on the answering machine. No one from the salon had the courtesy to return my call — neither the hairstylist, nor the Owner. I called, again, the next day, and the Owner answered. I told her that my haircut was uneven and that I was not satisfied with the results. She was very defensive and insinuated that I was lying, without actually calling me a liar. I was told, «If you were unhappy, why did you leave?» I was also told that she never received any complaints before, and didn’t understand why I would have one.(I find that very hard to believe.) I responded with telling her that«I don’t have eyes in the back of my head so I could not tell at the time. I only noticed it when I got home(and it was very noticeable), since I was rushed out of the salon.» Zaida, the Owner, was totally disinterested in helping me. Apparently, the staff takes on the attitude of owner. I was insulted and frustrated. They are only interested in taking your money. This is the worst example of customer service that I have ever been the recipient of. They need to take a course in developing their customer service and people skills, if they want repeated business from their clients, especially first-time clients. It’s not enough these days to only know how to cut and style hair. Salons are a dime a dozen. Never had I receved so much pushback. In my mind, the customer is always right and they should have apologized and then be willing to fix the problem. So… as a result, I will have to find another hair salon to correct their unprofessinal work and incur another cost. My recommendation to anyone thinking about trying this Salon would be to stay away from this place! The Owner has failed to realize that they are not the only Salon in town. Clients expect to receive quality results and proper attentiveness when they pay for a service. They also expect the Salon to stand behind their work and make things right. When this does not happen(as in my case), clients will go elsewhere!!!

I went to H2O a few times since a friend of the family recommended it. I must say the owner gives great blow-outs but when it comes to coloring I’ve witnessed and heard horror stories. Last time I was there was 2 years ago… I brought a picture of what I wanted(light brown hair) ended up with blonde hair. I was not satisfied with the work or her high prices. When I gave the owner a poor tip she gave me an attitude. NEVERAGAINWILL I GOBACKHERE!

Went here to get a quick mani/pedi while I got new tires next door and got horrible service. The lady who did my nails(older Asian lady named Jenny I think) was horrible. She had a regular customer come in knowing that I was waiting and wanted me to wait so she could take her first. After she saw I was not feeling that idea she quickly said«I’ll start your manicure and then your pedicure will be 10 minutes after». By this time I was already turned off at the way she handled the first situation so I just wanted a mani. She kept trying to persuade me to get a pedi which frustrated me. When I picked my color she insisted that she put that glittery stuff over it because to her it’ll look better than a plain solid color. She outright made me feel like my choice wasn’t a good one and I suck at life. Then I gave her my card to run for payment and she said they don’t take cards under $ 10 which I understood and said just run for $ 10 thinking that it was including my tip. When she handed me my receipt the tip line said«CASH»!! Seriously?! You’re expecting a tip AFTER overcharging my card too?!! I will NOT be going here again!

About 6 months ago I went to Salon H20. I had jet black hair and I called up and said I want to get the black out of my hair and I don’t want to bleach it. The owner of the store said«yes sure come in I wont bleach your hair there’s a product that I have and it wont damage your hair, it isn’t bleach I have to order it a head of time it just smells very bad.» I didn’t have a problem how can you go wrong with a product like that. I walked in the salon a few days later the owner was friendly and said she applied the product right away. Yes a lot of black came out my hair but NOTEVERYTHING. So she showed me a book with different shades of brown and I finally choose one. She re-died my hair and It was UNEVEN. I said why does it look like that? All she kept saying was«well look how light it is, there isn’t much black in it. Just wait and in a few days it will even out.» I ended up walking out with an uneven hair color. I honestly don’t know what she was thinking letting a customer walk out like that. I would never go back, seem like she didn’t know what she was doing/talking about. Also they were over priced. You just dint let a client walk out like that.
