I went here with my boyfriend for the first time today, he was extremely pleased with his hair cut. They took their time even though they had a few customers waiting, but don’t worry they still are swift on making sure you don’t wait too long. The ambiance is really relaxing and the interior is very clean and modern yet still has an old school barber shop element. Overall a very nice barber shop and definitely a pleasant visit.

First experience went well. Walked in on a Sunday morning. Waited almost 2 hours for a fresh cut. $ 18 for regular men’s cut plus $ 6 tip = $ 24 cut
However 2nd walk-​in visit was absolutely dreadful. The shop offers a «sign in» sheet for people who walk-​in. But the sign in sheet is useless. Turns out you can make an «appointment» with a barber and can show up and skip everyone who was in line.
It wouldn’t be a problem but none of the barbers communicated that they had existing appointments.
Here’s a tip why not have a schedule for the barbers who have appointments so people who walk in don’t wait 2 hours wondering what the hell is going on and keep thinking they’re getting skipped.

My husband’s been going to get his haircut with Jr for over 10 years. Ownership and management at Pure are top notch. They serve a diverse clientele, and are all about customer service and making sure each client leaves the chair looking right. The shop has a cool trendy vibe and is always kept clean. We trust Jr’s skill and craft so much we booked him to provide cuts for all the groomsmen in our wedding this past summer. If you’re looking for great barbers in the OC area don’t think twice about Pure. Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Y’all don’t even deserve 1 star! What’s the point of making at appointment if you’re not going to honor it? Then act like no one took my call and make me wait and still get skipped? I really liked your place but you just lost a customer.

Patrick is my barber now. Every 2 weeks I’ll be getting my haircut there. As soon as I walked in I got in Patrick’s chair and got my haircut. He’s freaking awesome. I wish I would have came here a lot sooner.

Pure Barbers open February 2015 and they 6 Amazing Barbers. Jr, co-​owner has been cutting my hair for 3 years and hands down the BEST Barber I ever had! Not only does he have the Skills to cut hair, he also has a great Personality. It’s HARD to find a great barber even though there is so many options. I currently live in Riverside and I drive every 2 weeks to the OC to get my haircut at Pure Barbers. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this Barber Shop!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Wait time each time I have been here is a minimum of an hour and a half this is now the fourth time I’ve been here Chris did a great job cutting my hair but he ownership and management is pretty ridiculous. They never have enough barbers to keep up with customers demand. I have had too walk out twice because they couldn’t fit me in. Now I have been sitting here for 2 hours. Mean while no mention that it would be 2 hours because of the fact that they have appointments. D

My sons get their haircut from Junior and Patrick they are both very talented. I always receive compliments about my boys haircut. The staff there are friendly and professional. The shop is very clean and well-​kept. There’s little wait time and the prices are very reasonable. For school pictures, family events, and special occasions I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else for their haircuts.

These guys are amazing!!! I’ve brought my sons here two times (use to drive out to Artesia but this is much closer) and so far everything is just as I have expected great work its not cheap but it’s worth it my boys leave feeling good and sharp!!! On top of the barbers being on point they are very easy to talk to and very chill ambience

Nathan, hes the man to get your haricut with. He double checks before getting started. Hes not much of a talker but hey, you’re there to get a clean cut, So that’s not a problem. Dont get me wrong, you can trust all of them with your hair. They are all very talented and friendly. This place is a 5⁄5 and the atmosphere is great. I recommend it period, and i will be coming back here every time i need to look fresh af.

Very talented barbers in this shop. I’ve been to Myke, Chris, and George and all of them hooked it up w/​a fresh cut.
They play good music and usually never a long wait if you come mon-​wed (Thursday and Friday busiest days.) price is fair depending on what you get but like the sign inside the shop says «cheap hair cuts aren’t good, and good haircuts aren’t cheap»… Or something like that lol
You guys should definitely hit this place up for your next cut.

Sino’s been cutting my hair for two years now and keeps it consistent every time. Actually the first day he cut my hair was my wedding day so he definitely knows how to work under pressure lol. He did a great job then and has kept it up until this day.
The shop is a chill environment and sino is respectful individual. I had no problems recommending my mom to him for my lil bro and now he gets cut there too.

Besides the fact Pure Barber shop is less than 10 mins away from me… These guys are awesome! JR (owner) is very chill, cool person and a elite barber!
Pure Barber Shop, takes walk-​ins, but I’d recommend booking an appointment.
