Overcooked biscuits
Ordered 2 egg & cheese biscuits and the girl behind the counter tried charging me $ 6 for it even though there was a special going on for $ 3.50 for 2
I mentioned this to her and she said that the special was for bacon egg cheese biscuits
I told her to simply not put the bacon on and that’s when she gets an attitude.

Not bad… the foods good… a lot of homless come off the streets and linger in and outside of here, I get asked for change everytime I go in and out, I dont mind sparing what I can every now and then, but everytime from the same guy gets old quick… but as far as the food and service, its pretty decent. The staff here is accually really cool, I live around the corner and I visit often.

This Carl’s Jr is my favorite store. All people are so nice, great and store is always nice and clean. Service are so good. Really love to come again and again.

They goofed up my order this morning when I ordered the real deal for $ 4 with no ice in my drink or white raw onions in my burger. I drove up to the window and while the lady was humming and in a «La-​la-​la» mood she failed to listen when I mentioned no ice in my drink. That was my breakfast watered down Dr. Pepper, fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich.
Fast forward to 2 PM and they came out to my car after I pulled up and called them about the matter since I was exhausted from work and was not able to carry in my order on crutches.
Four stars for the manager and her accomandating my requests for getting my drink and burger replaced.
As for miss tr-​la-​la keep your light step and smile just don’t forget the details. =P

of all the fast food places, this place was the worst and the workers have a lack of ethics and education or no respect. Bad experience

Pretty unbelievable how the manager walks around on the phone the entire time on here… And pretty much every other time I’ve come here… So unprofessional!!! (Skinny Mexican lady)

Corner of Beach and Chapman in the city of Stanton with 24 hour drive thru access. This is not always the case because I have attempted to order after midnight and nobody heard my cries for food. Hello? Hello? 5 minutes later I pull up to the window peek inside and nobody can be found. Fail to my belly!
Food is okay. Usually stick to the plain Big Cheeseburger. I prefer Carls over their competition. Super cheap eats here.

The guy at the register was wonderful and friendly but the lady at the drive thru was not friendly at all… I was waiting for my food and I could over hear her talking bad about customers wanting to change their orders and stuff like that. Seems like she may have been in charge, she was wearing a regular sweater shirt and black plants… I just didn’t like the customer service here expect for the nice older man at the register…

food is pretty good, but the fries are always cold. has some shady characters hanging around. drive another 2 blocks and go to the one on chapman and valley view

I tried their fish sandwich as was underwhelmed! They put so much sauce it squeezed out from the sandwich as I ate it… perhaps they were drowning out the fish patty blandness? Nothing about this sandwich makes me want to return… only saving grace was their fries!

Worst Carls Jr ever. The manager isnt friendly I don’t even know her name! She always says «my pleasure» but is rude and not only to customers which I’ve seen time and time again but to her staff as well. There used to be a guy who worked there that was older and she talked to him like he was stupid and in front of customers. I give her staff 4 stars but she needs to go AND fix that attitude.

This Carl’s Jr. deserves zero stars! It doesn’t allow me to give it zero, so I had to leave one star… and it still doesn’t even deserve at least one. For the past two times I have gone, the hamburgers are always almost cold. I understand once or twice; it’s bound to happen… but for it to happen consistently? No thank you! Today, is the last freaking time I go there. I just bought a combo, and had to straight throw it in the trash because it was cold. The meat wasn’t cooked right either; it was ridiculous. It wasn’t even worth my gas or time to drive back, and show them. It’s a shame because I live nearby, so this Carl’s was convenient … But since the food quality is shit horrible… NEVER again will I go back. I rather drive to the one in Westminster or Cypress, tbh. But after this experience, I think I’m done eating Carl’s Jr. Save your time, and go somewhere else! IN-​N-​OUT hasn’t disappointed me yet, I love it! I suggest you to go there; food Is always warm, and excellent customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’m livid right now. The lady managing was so rude! When I told her I had received the wrong sandwich she turned her back and responded that I got the right sandwich and she wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem! I only live a mile away and come here all the time… never again. Whoever hired her should be fired as well.

This place deserves zero stars but whatever went there and got a mile high cheeseburger after looking at the picture the mayo was bad… I asked for no onions the put a lot of onions and to top it all of the bacon was so hard I couldn’t even chew it… I asked for 2 chicken sandwiches plain with pickles which I have done 1099 before and the girl gave me so much attitude I forgot to order fries there was no one behind me so I ordered them at the window and the chick rolled her eyes sighed at me and then said fine and rang me up. I am so disgusted with this place I would come here almost every other day but I won’t anymore they dilabratly screwed up my order because when I saw it on the screen it was correct and when I came home it was wrong ohh and my fries were cold and stale when I got home which is around the corner ughhh these people are horrible horrible horrible

This place is o. k with me. By the Home Depot I go to for work a lot. The food is Carl’s Junior quality if that’s what you want. And I would hope it is if your here. The local seen also ads to the ambience of the place is good for me because i’m a people watcher. So this place on a good day is a lunch and a show.

I eat here alot. But I would advise you to check your food most carefully. About 1 in ten times I get something rotten or spoiled here. On my last visit 8÷30÷13 at 230 pm I ordered zuccinni with blue cheese dressing. When I opened the blue chesse dressing the smell was so bad I almost puked. I dumped it out into the top of my burger box, smelled it again, and it was absolutely spoiled rotten. This stuff might have killed me. I posted a pic of the dressing in the burger box. Look at it and decide for yourself. Again look over and smell your food carefully before you eat Iit.

I just can’t get into Carl’s. I don’t know what it is.
When I need a quick bite at lunch I never even consider them.

Happy to say my experience at this Carl’s Jr was much better last night than my previous visit. My wife has a major cold and stayed home sick. With my twisted logic I justified to myself that picking up some unhealthy fast food would be just the thing to cheer her up and make her feel better… and of course I’d have to eat some too just to make sure the food was ok.
It’s no secret, I love Carl’s Jr western bacon cheeseburgers. Ever since I was a child this burger has been a favorite of mine. Since my wife was sick I needed to make sure she got enough nutrition so I ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger… for nutrition sake.
Unlike my poor experience last time all the food was very fresh tasting. No limp soggy cold fries. The fries were hot and crispy and the burger kicks ass as always.
Anyways. I felt better after eating, but Donna couldn’t eat anything. She was too sick. Her double western bacon cheeseburger and fries when down the garbage disposal :-(Oh well, my immune system was boosted at least.

This place is like any carls all the food is the same You know its bad for you and you buy it when you feel like cheating on your diet and want to pig out .The difference is the location, this one in particular is pretty chill not a lot of ppl. therefore service is quicker its never really packed as it is in many other carls ive visited, customer service is friendly enough.
