Stopped in for breakfast. Got an egg, ham and cheese bagel sandwich. Really tasty. Great price of $ 3.25. Chocolate glazed doughnut was surprisingly good and the bagel my dining companion got was toasted and very fresh. Getting 4 stars due to no decaf coffee. Other than that decent meal at a great price. Updated to 2 stars. When I ordered a Philly cheesesteak on a roll I got a Kaiser roll. When I asked where the long roll was I got attitude and was told I offered it in a roll not a wedge. Never heard the term wedge growing up in philly so I guess I am the idiot for ordering an authentic cheesesteak and expecting it to be as such.

Food: A consistent 3.5 stars. Solid options, made consistent, no major complaints but nothing has wowed me. Round up to 4 for consistency. Service: In dining service: pretty quick but you may feel rushed. As far as delivery: Don’t do it. It will arrive in 20 minutes — 2 hours. If you call to check in, you’ll be ushered off the phone with a not-so-authentic«sorry we’re running late» with no delivery estimate. Delivery guy calls office buildings to have them meet him on the sidewalk. Not cool. Overall, I’d say go to Jenna Maries or Corbos instead. They all have the same quality without the uncertainty of timing.

Very good deli. Bagel and cream cheese was excellent. Got a chocolate glazed donut and coffee. Wish they had decaf but will say the coffee is full flavor and very good. They have a Philly cheese steak sandwich which we will have to try per the guy behind the counter saying it’s very authentic. Definitely will try. They also sell Boar’s Head deli meats and cheeses.

It doesn’t get any better than Rinaldi’s. Family owned, well-priced and quick service. Last time I sat down for lunch with a group the owner brought over some free food for the table. The food is always fresh and tasty and the portions are large. Would go here every day if I could.

Best wedge I’ve had in Stamford. Chicken cutlet, Philly Cheese Steak, and Italian combo are all favorites. Salads and rice pudding are also winners.

Their philly cheese steak was top notch. They also have a great house dressing for salads. The only down side is that parking is a little tight.

Was in the area for business and saw the reviews on Unilocal, deciding to give place a try. Had a chicken parm wedge. I’m very picky and did not have one compliment about the sandwich. Everything was good and will def come back next time I’m in the area

as everyone else has mentioned… the chicken cutlet sandwich is SO good. The place is awesome, but i gave 4 stars bc it’s not open on sundays(when I need my hangover bacon egg and cheese most), parking can be tough(but its stamford so that’s expected) and there isn’t much seating inside. 3 tables and a picnic bench.

I just have to review for a 3rd. Don’t think that I’ve ever even reviewed something for a 2nd time but have to do it… The Thanksgiving sandwich of the day is epic but today, I had the Chicken Scarpiello wedge. WOW! That might be my most favorite sandwich outside of a real Philly Cheese Steak(Pat’s King of Steaks). Delicious. Tastes like they’ve been marinating it for weeks. And its HUGE! Spicy enough and just delicious. Bread turns into mush from all the juices — which is good as long as you have a fork and a plate. And, its only $ 7. Are you kidding me? There are places here who dare to charge $ 10+ for sandwiches. Thoroughly delicious.

If you have a line, it’s worth the line! They make massive and delicious sandwiches — there is a menu of pre-created sandwiches or you can make your own. A few places to sit but also good for to go.

Rinaldi’s has set the bar for all of the other delis that come into my life(none have stood the test of tiem like Rinaldi’s). The chicken cutlet is wonderful. The turkey sandwich of the day is an event. The famly that runs this place are good people. Parking is tough, sometimes it is best to park on the street to avoid getting blocked in.

Rinaldi’s is amazing. I usually get the chicken cutlet sandwich — occasionally switch it up to the American combo or another delicious option. Sandwiches are always stuffed with meat, prepared fresh, so tasty. I would eat lunch there more often if I could.

We ordered from here again on a Saturday… I don’t know what it is but I like this place less and less every time I try it. Food is always fresh but it doesn’t wow me the least bit. Only order from here cause my team likes it.

Great deli, great food, not enough parking. Five minutes ago, for the thousandth time, I tried to go to Rinaldi’s, couldn’t park, and went elsewhere. It’s a bummer.

Husband and I were in Stamford over the weekend for a wedding and were looking for a casual place to grab a couple of grinders that was NOT subway. The restaurant is in a small strip mall and we passed it the first time through. Parking is at a premium but we were luck to snag a spot. Rinaldi’s is a pretty non descript place from the outside and walking by one might pass it by as a cheap and low brow deli. However that was NOT the case. You walk in and are greeted with a menu of about 20 different sandwiches all using premium boar’s head meat. I got the Honey Baked Turkey and my husband got the hot pastami with coleslaw. Both were heated to perfection with the cheese getting ever so golden brown and melty. Quality meats and good bread made out dining experience. They were quite busy for a Saturday afternoon and we had to wait a bit for the sandwiches but it was worth the wait. Did not try any of the prepared salads or soups but the looked fresh and tasty. They also have a hot table with what looked like chicken and veal parm as well as sausage and peppers which looked great as well. Definately will be heading back there the next time we are in Stamford.

The food is fresh and the food is great. You can’t argue that point and if you can you’re likely to have had a fluke incident. I get lunch here once a week and I’ve always had a great experience. If you looking for health than I’d say it may not be your best bet but that’s mostly attributed to what I order. They will make whatever you like however you want so it’s your choice whether to be a fatty or a salad picker. I’ve had great salads, great sandwiches and everything else in between(except the pizza). Pizza Grill? I’ve never seen anyone eat the pizza… am I crazy? I digress. I must say, the chicken cutlet sandwich is EPIC. I know, I know… it’s bad for you but since I don’t eat it everyday I’ve convinced myself of it’s merit and therefore continue to indulge. It’s that good and you won’t be disappointed. I’m a big fan(not literally of course, fans can’t write reviews silly).

If you’re looking for a good deli in Stamford, look no further. Great selection of hot foods and sandwiches. Great service and atmosphere. There are tables to sit at both inside and out. Most importantly though, I had a great sandwich… an Italian combo, which to me is one of the true tests of a good deli. Good, fresh wedges, and perfect bread to filling ratio. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m craving a deli sandwich.

After having traveling the country, I always miss, what I consider, the taste of home, the quintessential Italian deli. Rinaldi’s is the best deli in the entire City of Stamford. Hands down. I have never had a bad meal there. I would even go as far as to say that the worst meal that I’ve had there is better than the best sandwich at any other deli. There hot line is always filled with tasty choices. I really don’t think that there is a bad option at Rinaldi’s. You want a suggestion? Get the chicken parm grinder. Don’t ask questions, just do it. Oh, also, if they have pasta fagioli, and you need something to warm your bones… it’s a great choice.
