One Stop Auto Service Center

I am more than pleased with the care and customer service that I received at One Stop Auto in Stafford, Virginia. The owners happened to be in and out, and I had the pleasure of speaking with both of them in the course of my two cars being worked on. They are both easy to talk to, helpful and seem to go above and beyond what the average repair shop offers. They took the time to explain to me different aspects of the service I was getting. You meet some people that you just have an intuitive feeling that they are just good people. Their receptionist was wonderful too. She got me in and out in NO TIME, when I got my Kia’s oil changed. GREAT place!!!

Was driving back from DC this past weekend and had brake problems. Started panicking at 3:30pm looking for a place to fix it so we could be on our way in the morning (staying with friends for the night). Called one place and got a condescending response of how they «get this story all the time» about travelers breaking down in their area. Called One Stop Auto Service Center, was told to bring it in and they’d look at it RIGHT AWAY! While they looked at our car one of the owners came in to check on us and asked if we needed anything to let him know.
Not only did they find the parts we needed, but they STAYED LATE TO FIX OUR CAR SO WE COULD GET ON THE ROAD! By 6:45 pm we were able to leave with a fully fixed car! Went from freaking at at 3:30 pm to having it fixed in 3 hours as a result of the hard work this place put in!
Only downside was that it cost us an arm, leg, and rights to our firstborn child to pay for labor and parts, but seeing the service we got (the owner checked with us again to confirm the right diagnosis for our car while it was being fixed), the fact they were able to find the parts, and how they stayed late to fix it, I didn’t mind as much.
If you have car problems, this is the only place I would take my car!

One Stop is the best! Quality service! I’ve never had a bad experience. Fair pricing. They truly care about their customers. Jimmie and Sandy are the amazing! In the four years I’ve lived in Stafford I have never taken my car to anywhere else. They are honestly worth every penny. One Stop Auto is amazing!

VERY honest and knowldgable when giving advice or estimates. Had my 02 TJ clutch and flywheel replaced. For this service I only gave 4 stars because my final cost was a little higher than my estimate, but it was still fair because the extra part was unexpected.
My family and I have been going to this shop with all our cars since 1978. Jimmy and Kevin are honest and will tell you what is needed and options to the repair. If it isn’t right they will make it right within reason.
I have recommended them to all my friends, co-​workers and relatives over the years and will continue to do so. I have been to the other Stafford mainstays like Eddie’s and Kaz’s, but have had the BEST service, value and honesty at One Stop.

I had some work done at another place that completely messed my car up and it would not drive right for months. I finally was fed up took it to One Stop because my sister has used them for a couple of years and said they are great. I received nothing but excellent service from them. They found out exactly what was wrong with my car and and explained everything to me in detail. My car drives great. They are my new car repair shop.
