I have been wanting to try this place out! I realized they delivered and called in an order. I ordered the half chicken which comes with two sides. I opted for the salad and yuca.
The delivery was timely, correct, and the food was hot.
The chicken was extremely tender and very juicy. The seasonings were good. The yuca was fried perfectly and the salad tasted fresh.
I deducted a star because the green sauce was not spicy AT ALL and was thin and runny. I have never had it like that before and I felt like it ruined the chicken a little bit! Maybe it was just a bad batch? I will try again another time!

The chicken and the sides are excellent and seemed very authentic! Their prices are more than reasonable, considering they provide large potions. Not all of the staff was knowledgable about the menu. However, the cook was from Central America and obviously new the cuisine. I would recommend anyone try this restaurant, suggest you do not judge it by the exterior.

if I could give zero stars I would. this peruvian chicken is does not taste good and it is extremely dry. I ordered a full chicken and I got ¾ of it dark meat. I ordered coleslaw and I got a side salad instead. my food was cold and the place was not very clean even though it was pretty much empty. don’t waste your time here

Great Peruvian chicken. The beans are delicious too, as are the pupusas. Nice, friendly staff. The white sauce is a bit vinegary/​tart, but it’s good with the fries or yucca.

Check this place out… don’t be thrown off by exterior; Ricky’s is big on inside. The food here is very good; the owner puts in work here. This place is a must checkout and if you do you will want to come again.

This is some good food. For the relatively low price and the SPEED at which I received my orders both times, I was impressed. I won’t say this is the BEST food, but if you’re in the Stafford/​Quantico area on business and stuck in a hotel and going out every meal, do yourself a favor: stay in; order delivery of any of the latin-​based foods from this spot; and stuff your face in the privacy of your room.
I mean, that’s what –I– did.

We tried out Ricky’s Chicken II for the first time earlier this week. Peruvian food is one of my favorites, so I was really looking forward to the meal. We ordered take out. The chicken has a really great flavor, but was extremely dry. I was pretty disappointed with how dry the chicken was. It may have been because we ordered take out about 45 minutes before they closed. The beans, rice and yucca sides were really great! I was very pleased with those. The yellow sauce they offer had a little too much mustard taste compared to other Peruvian places we have eaten at, so it was not my favorite. My husband loved the Papusa and would definitely recommend that. Overall, we will definitely try this place again as there are not many options for Peruvian in the local area and we are hope this was just an off night for them. Hoping that the next time we try it, the chicken won’t be as dry and we can enjoy the great flavor.

Fries were undercooked, and dont even try the green sauce– its really nasty. chicken was pretty dry and its a shame the sauces were so terrible. I ate half and pitched the rest of my meal. wont be going back. too spoiled eating at Edy’s in alexadria

Their chicken is always fresh and delicious, love their rice and yellow sauce! Their prices can’t be beat for a dinner for 2! Love this place! Service is always fast and professional! The owner is the nicest guy ever!

False advertising! I checked the closing hours posted on Unilocal prior to watching a movie with my husband and three kids to make sure we can eat dinner here. At 9:20pm in a Saturday night, they’re closed.
Why post hours of operation if you don’t honor them?!

I’ve been eating at Rickies for years in Dale City. When I moved from Dale City to Stafford within a few weeks they made Rickies 2. I said quit playing Ricky over here following me making sure I get my Peruvian chicken with my rice and yuca.
Must try this place just give it one chance and you’ll be back. great on days I don’t know what to feed the family and I’m in a rush. better than getting fast food and maybe even cheaper than getting fast food.

Ricky’s chicken!!! the style is Peruvian if you’re in the mood for some fabulous food, delicious rotisserie chicken, perfectly cooked pinto beans and a little bit of spice this is the place to go! I absolutely love this place! it’s a hole in the wall joint that you kind a look twice before you go in but the hospitality and the service is absolutely five-​star ! food gets five stars definitely !! make some time to check out this place if your hungry bring your appetite for delicious meals! They cook the food right there so it’s not like it’s premade and sitting out all day and the other thing is they are more than willing to package everything up so you have some for lunch or dinner the next day. Everything is perfect! food is hot and it tastes even better the next day enjoy!

This place is much bigger than their Mapledale location. Although this place is bigger, it’s dark due to the ceiling being black. The floor is sticky like crap, they need to mop! The location is off of Rt1 right next to 7 – 11. During rush hour it’s dangerous to get in and out since there are no traffic lights.
I haven’t had Ricky’s for more than 3 years, the food seems to taste the same. I’m still in love with their tres leche cake, no place seems to make it like they do. Very moist unlike some places that makes em’ dry.

The place has done GREAT chicken. I love their carne asada and chicken tacos. It is good when you mix it with some pico de gallo.

Delicious! Fast & hot! Got a whole chicken with rice & platanos. Delicious. Fed 3 adults & got a tres leches cake that was large & very well priced. Chicken was moist. Food was fast & the people working were really nice. Clean & open fairly late. Will be back.
