The worst place to take out food to eat. Car side service was a big joke. When I called to report that you have to get down to get your food, manager said it was due to a shortage of staff. We ordered a salad which cost $ 10 and McDonalds salad is 100% better and more satisfying. Quantity of food is very slim… Worst than a side order! This place definitely needs to close!!! Do not order buffalo wings, either very dry!!!

We did the 2 for $ 20. Salads were adequate and mostly fresh. Quesadilla Burger very tasty. Fries were average. The lemon chicken dish was fair. Service was good. «D» was our waiter.

Went affter a concert. Absolutely horrible. Unprofessional behavior from waitress, brought apps with entrees, took 1.5 hrs to bring the bill… will never go to this applebees.

When my friend and I arrived there was no one to greet us. We waited a few minutes and then a hostess adviced that she couldn’t seat us at the moment because there wasn’t any silverware rolled up! That should have been my first indication to just leave and have a late dinner somewhere else! We finally sat in the bar area and we waited 10 minutes before the waiter came to attend to us. The waiter didn’t introduce himself and came over with dirty plates in his hands and said,” What do you want to drink.” We ordered water one glass with lemon and the other without. Mind you thhat Applebee’s was not crowded and just to get two glasses of water it took 10 minutes. I asked the waiter where was the lemon he said he would be right back with lemons…5 minutes later we got them. I noticed that he, the waiter, was close to the register where you could get a decent view of the basketball game being televised. We placed our appetizer and entrée orders and the delivery of the appetizer (spinach artichoke dip) took 20 minutes to reach us. Then 15 minutes after that the entrees came and my Thai Shrimp salad didn’t come with the peanut sauce. I told the waiter that I didn’t have it and he said the peanut sauce was already in the salad. He went back to the kitchen and brought a small cup of peanut sauce after 5 minutes. Meanwhile our water glasses were empty and the waiter never came by to check on the beverage refills nor to ask us if the food was OK… why…the basketball game. I didn’t want to address myself anymore with the waiter and I try to cancel my expenses on the small apparatus on the table. However to my luck the apparatus was not able to close out my charges and I had to call the waiter back. I can understand that waiters/​waitress have there bad and good days but this visit to Applebee’s was horrific. I didn’t leave a tip for the waiter, whose initials are D.K. per the receipt. I didn’t think his service was up to par to what good service I have received at fast food and dine in restaurants. I would like to note that the basketball semifinal game was being televised and its a great atmosphere for the dining customer but it caused D.K. to provide horrible service to me because his attention was on the game and not in my dine-​in service. I would have brought it to the manager’s attention but he to was involved in watching the game.

I came here with my mom and I can tell you. She didn’t like it either. Applebee’s is like chilis to me. Food you just heat up in a microwave and serve .Will never eat here again. I swear this place gave me food poisoning

basically this is a «fancier» version of Denny’s, except no breakfast.
Don’t expect experienced, knowledgeable and friendly wait staff here. Most of them are ghetto teens or college dropouts (and that can include any race so stop assuming), makes you wonder how desperate and ignorant the manager can be hiring these folks.
Just want to make a suggestion. If you been waiting for a long time for service, taking orders or for a table, take the initial and go straight to the manager. Don’t just sit there and wait and wait and wait. I’d just get my a55 up and track down the freaking manager and bltch him/​her out, and I deduct all that trouble from their measly tip.
Only reason I go there once in a blue moon still is of their coupons and kids eat free special.

This place sucks big time! Slow with service an it’s dirty as hell in here sitting here and look down and the seat has a old bone in it ugh I’m grossed out hunni.

This is the worst place EVER!!! We were told the wait for a table was 15 minutes and 30 minutes later we were still waiting. When tables became available they sat 3 other parties that came in after us. We for up to leave and the hostess said that we were next to be seated. I told her no thanks because it was wrong to seat people who came after us. I will never visit this Applebee’s again! Rude, slow and dingy!

Horrible service. Carside service is a joke.
I ordered online 2÷23÷16 at 2:03pm, a lunch combo (half sandwich & mac n chz) and the order was supposed to be ready at 2:18.
I pull up in the curbside parking spot right before 2:18 & wait… and wait… and wait. At about 2:25 I walk in. No one at the togo booth. Restaurant had maybe 5 people being waited on, not busy at all. I walk to the bar & ask for help & the bartender was I guess closing out another ticket. I waited another 3 – 4 minutes to get my food & cash out. Im walking out to my car with my food at 2:30pm. You really should stop advertising service & standards you cant live up to. Poor service, I had to track someone down when they were supposed to deliver to my car, & then my sandwich was sloppily made. Good grief, I know the food is cheap but that doesn’t mean skimp on the service!!!

Worst service ever. The waiter seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed. I ordered a Dr Pepper and was told the dispenser was broken. We ordered appetizers and I asked for plates that we never received. After waiting for 15 minutes for our entrée, this was appeared at our table in regular clothes and set the food down. She did not introduce herself and had no facial expression. WTH! We still do not know who she was. This used to be a great place to go for a cheap meal. The old manager would from table to table greeting customers making sure that everything was fine. No tip for our waiter. I vowed to never go back to the Stafford location.

This place will be going out of business soon. Walked in to find place was empty. I counted at least 5 lazy ass mofos standing around doing nothing. N other one person came to take drink order.

I received the worst service possible here. After waiting almost 15 minutes to even see a waiter, I was ready to leave. He finally came over and took my drink order and was about to walk away. No sir! I don’t know when I will see you again so take my order now.
The food came out in the average time you would expect for a burger. Most tables were empty so I’m uncertain why device was so slow. Maybe the waiter was new? Anywho, I never received a refill and was there for a little over an hour. I also did not get napkins or a check back.
I will try going again and sitting at the bar instead.

Steak was good today. The deal 2 for $ 25 included 2 salads or 1 appetizer to share. He had the Caesar and I had the house salad. We were not giving any silverware. My salad was struggling to be a house salad. He placed our order at the bar because host said it was self serve. Then 10 minutes later waitress arrives with our drinks. The whole process was confusing. If we ever stop in again, we will probably just order to go.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The place wasn’t even busy and it took at least 15 just to get someone to come to take our drink order. Everything took forever. Our appetizer came out after our food as well. The food was subpar and then it took us 30 minutes to just pay so we could leave. The place is dirty, poorly managed and none of the employees even seem to care because they’re all nowhere to be found to even complain too. I have been to Applebee’s all over the country and I have never been to one that was this poorly managed. Don’t waste your time here or your money.

This place sucks… took my kids there after a graduation and we waited 20 minutes for a menu. Then lady came back with crayons for kids and gone another 20 minutes. I approached a girl for service and she took drink orders and another 20 minutes we walked out and went to outback… had full service there in 3 minutes. Applebee’s needs to up there customer service… the workers just don’t want to work. goof around, talk on phones, and don’t care about customers very sad… and to be in such a beautiful area. We won’t be going back!

I am not one to nitpick about things at places I go. I can let a lot of things pass, when others may throw a fit. But, I have to say something, in an effort to HELP management.
The service is sub par. Slow, forgetful, and very young/​inexperienced. There were tables left un-​bussed, and I watched one server clear a table by simply wiping everything onto the floor. My eyes were drawn to those fries and straw wrappers for half my meal. Plates were brought out in hands, not on a tray. I watched one server hand those wooden hot plates directly to the patron, instead of laying it on the table in front of them. I may be wrong, but that doesn’t seem right.
As for the food, the appetizers were acceptable. But my 4 cheese macaroni with chicken tenders was boring and bland. No flavor, and did not taste like any type of cheese. I had not been to Applebee’s in several years, and now I recall why. Please, someone take this place in hand!

I wish I could rate a ZERO. I used to love this place until today. Eating dinner with my kids and within 10 minutes of eating, discovered a roach in my garlic mashed potatoes. OMG! appetite totally disappeared and instantly became nauseous. I will NEVER eat at this location again.
