Had I wrote this review a few days ago, it would’ve been different, but really credit where credit is due. Nick, Wayne Mitchel and Doug took the time and made certain my 4 new DuraTracs were dialed in and perfect on my Tundra before I left there today. Very pleased overall.

Don’t go to Dobbs. They are paid by commission. I went there to get my a/c recharged. Doug said the refrigerant was leaking out as fast as it was going in. They found a dent in the line that led to the rear a/c. They stated it must be leaking from there. They quoted me $ 1,598 to replace the line plus charged me $ 40 for the refrigerant recharge and stated they would credit that back after the replacement. I took the car to Weldon Springs Automotive for a second opinion. They recharged the system with dye to see if there was a leak. They did this at no charge after I told them what I went through with Dobbs. I now have cold a/c with no leaks detected. When I called Doug back at Dobbs and told him what Weldon Springs Automotive did, he denied charging the system and stated they just suspected that was the problem. So he is saying he charged me $ 40 to look at the lines and do nothing else. He also stated that I will call him back in 2 days when my a/c goes out again. Sorry Doug. Still running good! Save yourself some grief and avoid Dobbs. Go to Weldon Springs Automotive and ask for Mitch, the owner. Tell him Kory sent you because he is the most honest mechanic around.

I recently experienced a mishap resulting in my needing two new tires… took my car to Dobbs as I originally purchased tires at this location and thought they had a good replacement policy – not so much. In the course of one day, my needed tires/alignment varied in price by several hundred dollars. At one point, «Pat» asked me to call my insurance company and get them involved to pay. I restated two tires, balanced and i will pick up. They also told me I needed new front brakes and quoted a price of $ 500. Today I found front brakes with rotors for $ 179 at Quick Lane. Save yourself some big bucks — head for Quick Lane or anywhere else!
