The phở here is pretty good. The dish that I do always crave for from here is actually the orange chicken. This is probably the best orange chicken aside from the classic panda express one. Not only but the cream cheese wontons from here are also very sweet(the best ones I’ve ever had considering I love sweets). One dish that I do not recommend here is the wonton soup. It’s a super plain broth. The service here is nothing to brag about, it’s pretty decent.

I ordered their P6 Phở and it was delicious. The broth is flavorful and the meatballs are homemade. I would recommend trying this place. Small restaurant so don’t bring too many people with.

I remember this restaurant being recognized for their amazing phở, but sadly over the years their reputation has dropped. Their phở now doesn’t feel as fresh as they once were, and I feel as if the owners now, has taken a lot of short cuts in using fresh ingredients to their dishes. The customer service isn’t too friendly either and the quality of the food has dropped. I would refer a lot of people to go somewhere else for a quick phở bite.

$ 10.xx for a HUGE amount of PHO to go. The broth is good. Love it! Also, I love the vietnamese coffee. $ 2.95 for a cup? Loveeeeeeeeeeeeee! Sesame chicke — Happy that the chicken is lighting breaded.

The phở is good here. Bahn mi’s here aren’t though. The fillings are good, but the bread is for sure different from a regular French bread. Which to me made a really big difference.

This is my number one choice for pork chop and egg dish and Bahnmi. Best viet restaurant in st paul so far. The only down side is how small and tight the place is. Could be better if plentiful napkins are on the table. Parking is not fun.

Phở is good but I found a strand of hair in my bowl of phở twice. It was all entangled within the noodles when I went to stir everything around before putting in my condiments. The place is dirty and service isn’t good. Never going here

Giving it 5 stars because it has the best phở and vermicelli noodles dish I ever had in my life! So what if it’s small, not as clean, or service sucks most times. I mean most asian places are like that, so what do you expect. The vermicelli dish has huge portions of tasty meats. The phở broth and their meat ball is the most flavorful and most unique I ever had at any resturant. Sometimes you gotta get over your high maintenance self and judge the food purely on its food.

Skip it. If you do eat here, the food isn’t terrible, but don’t order the smoothie. It tasted like perfume. I was a little afraid to eat my food because it was pretty dirty in there. Usually I’m not so picky about such things, but I had a bad feeling about it. My husband said his phở was ok. I ordered a dish with meat, rice, and eggs, and that was pretty much what I got… with no flavor at all.

Love this place! It’s as good as it gets this side of St. Paul! If you want nice ambience, go elsewhere. If you want fast, inexpensive and great Vietnamese food, come on in! The phở is good. Their banh mi’s are great! VERYLOADED banh mi’s. They don’t skimp on veggies and meat. I’ve been lucky to have never had an issue with service either. They’ve always been polite and attentive.

I ate the phở with meatballs. The noodle portion was a bit skimpy for a large bowl and a bit overcooked. The meatballs were good. The broth flavor was good. The ambiance is dive-like, but not a put-off. The price was reasonable. It’s not as good as Phở Quan, but it’s much closer to my house. I’d return.

I chewed on a piece of glass in my banh mi sandwich, which chipped my tooth. I was as disappointed as I was surprised. What is a chunk of glass doing in a sandwich, anyway? I’ve order banh mi sandwiches from Saigon Express before, but after this experience, never again.

My brother has ate here a couple of times and is always raving up a storm about the meatballs in their Phở. Today, we decided to go on a Phở date. We ended up here and need I say, their meatballs are delicious! It’s not the ordinary meatballs at the other Phở places. These meatballs were sweet in the center. Besides the meatballs, the broth was delicious! I will have to make sure to eat it plain next time. Also, I was debating about getting a small but my brother convinced me to get a jumbo sized bowl so I did and man oh man, it was a lot! We could not finish it! We usually are the ones who always finishes our Phở too, so I can tell you now, it lives up to its«jumbo» size. We ordered an order of Eggrolls too and maaaan… Every bite was DELICIOUS! I will have to try the other menu items the next time I go in again but the reason for giving them only 4⁄5: not knowing how to refill water and waiting a long time to pay.

The food is delicious, the place is really cramped though and I don’t know if I’d consider everything to be sanitary, customer service is good but sometimes they forget what you ordered and you have to ask them but in generally they are very kind and will get on it.

Went back recently and it’s under new management. Prices are fairly cheap. Best food are their cream cheese wontons. Everything else is okay.

Their rations are smaller than other phở places and it doesn’t taste that good. They chop every thing up really big. The tripe was sliced thick and still had the taste of cow poop on them. The meat ball and brisket slices were huge and overtook my bowl. The egg rolls sucked. The spring rolls sucked. This place is not that good. If you hear otherwise, those people must have really bad taste because this is one of the worst places I’ve been to besides Destiny Café 2. Oh yeah, and parking sucks. You have to park in the street where there are no parking spots on Arcade.
