I came to Sprint to get a new SIM card for my iPhone 6 and activate my phone. After multiple phone calls and attempt to activate my phone the rep was unable to do so; But even after all the back and forth the rep was pleasant and he didn’t get flustered by the situation. I left the store with the problem not being solved but the customer service was exceptional.
