16 years ago my engagement ring was purchased from another Hannoush location on a 22 year old’s budget. The salesman treated him like it was a million dollar purchase.
All these years later this ring (and the wedding band I received shortly after) have seen some wear and tear. We stopped by this Eastfield Mall location expecting to have them fix the damage for approx. $ 200 (a price we were quoted at an earlier time) and have it for a few weeks. Instead, I was treated like a rock star, commended for the way I took care of my jewelry and THANKED for purchasing it from them in the first place!
They fixed my ring for next to nothing, told me to stop by to get it cleaned free of charge anytime and brought me nearly to tears with their kind words. In fact, the original salesman who sold my husband the ring still works there.
I can’t say enough good things, the respect and service they demonstrated goes beyond words. They only had my ring for a few days, which I appreciated. Try this place first when looking for that special item, these folks will treat you right.
